Max Weber Fellows on the Job Market From the 2013-2014 cohort of the MWF, only 2 fellows were without a job. Of those with a job, 12 Fellows stayed one more year at the MWP, while 28 Fellows moved on to other institutions. Of the latter, 14 were going back to the country of their PhD, while 14 were continuing their careers in a different country. Figure 11.
