THE ANTARCTICO TREATY HEREBY DECL ARES THE CEMENTING OF THE NEW-FOUND REL ATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ANTARCTICO CORPORATION AND THE NATION OF POST-ENVIRONMENT ® . Following the devastating ‘Environmental Revolution’, where for seven years, our government fought and defended the beloved citizens of the nation from the Environmentalist aggressors, the great N.P.E ® nation has risen from the ashes and is forging a new path for neo-consumerism. Key to the reformation of this great nation is the signing of the Antarctico Treaty, whereby the leaders of the N.P.E ® abdicate all governmental power to the Antarctico corporation. Thus ensuring the citizens of the N.P.E ® the neo-consumerist life they all deserve. THROUGH THE SIGNING OF THE ANTARCTICO TREATY, THE N.P.E ® HAS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: (

All parties involved with the signing of this treaty commits to maintain the secrecy and prevention of flow of all information documented within this manifesto, with all means possible. The N.P.E ® commits to the abdication of all governmental power and control to the Antarctico corporation. The N.P.E ® commits to the shuttering of all industry and companies in favour for Antarctico Subsidiaries. The N.P.E ® commits to the implementation of the new social class system, curated by Antarctico to maintain social order. The N.P.E ® commits to the transferring of all police and army duties to the Antarctico Defence subsidiary. The N.P.E ® commits to the removal of all environmental protection laws, granting the ability for Antarctico’s continued industrialisation of the Antarctic and extraction of oil in the region. The N.P.E ® commits to maintaining citizen obedience to neo-consumerism and reliance on Antarctico. The N.P.E ® commits to the prevention of any rises in Environmental sentiment amongst the population from occurring again

“ONE NATION UNDER OIL, INDIVISIBLE, IN OIL WE TRUST” THE NATION OF POST-ENVIRONEMNT ® NATIONAL MOTTO. Throughout the early 2000’s, the world had seen a rise in the ‘environmentalist’ movement. Due to seemingly unnatural weather patterns and worsening natural disasters, they attempted at brainwashing the public conscience to believe that their daily actions were resulting in ‘climate change’. The Environmentalists flooded the media and streets with propaganda claiming science was on their side. This propaganda threatened that life on Earth would collapse unless urgent action was taken to halt our wondrous consumerist society in favour of renewability and frugality. As seen today, the N.P.E ® is a shining example of neo-consumerism and the continued existence of life on Earth. Following the seven year ‘Environmental Revolution’, the N.P.E ® rose from the ashes of its preceding government, and vowed to never let such atrocities happen again. With the first deceleration following the formation of the new government announcing the forbidding of any environmentalist sentiment or thought amongst the citizens from arising once again. Naturally occurring high temperatures has brought lovely warm weather to the previously cold north and with a roaring economy we have built thousands of sparkling new homes and cities across the country prefect for all families who may have been displaces by the naturally rising sea levels. Furthermore, huge advancements in technolog y have allowed us to produce great quantities of produce opening up our fields and luscious landscapes for glorious industrialisation allowing for cityscapes as far as the eye can see. NEO-CONSUMERISM: The philosophy in which our society is built upon. Neo-consumerism is the desire for nothing but the luxuries of life, consumption of excess and the survival of the richest.

Beginning with the signing of the Antarctico Treaty, the N.P.E® has officially initiated the further expansion of the nations economy. After years of record growth following the ‘Environmental Revolution’, this Five Year Plan will outline the absolute goals to be achieved by 2071. Securing oil reser ved in the Antarctic, the N.P.E ® now will have exclusive rights over the last remaining oil deposits in the world. CURRENT STATISTICS: Current ranking in the worlds economy at 3 rd place. Current numbers of sectors within the N.P.E ® at 28. Current population at 513,720,000 people. Current standing military at 1,348,000 personnel. With 8000 tanks, 2,450 aircraft and 550 warships on call. Current GDP at $23,497,000,000. Current Antarctico Pavilions at 3. Current number of oil platforms in the Antarctico at 21. Current daily barrels of oil extracted in the Antarctic at 6 million barrels per day. Current oil price as of June 2061 at $24.74.

Five years is considered to be the minimum time required to bolster the N.P.E速 to the top of the world stage with the new-found alliance with Antarctico. Following the complete depletion of all oil deposits bar the Antarctic, all nations around the world must purchase from Antarctico in order to survive, after the loss of most renewable energy knowledge following the Environmental Revolution.

PROPOSED STATISTICS: Reach the largest economy in the world. Increase the sphere of N.P.E 速 influence by incorporating a further 18 sectors. Boost population growth and increase labour growth of 750,000,000 people. Increase standing military by 100% and situate 750,000 personnel on the Antarctic continent to protect oil reserves. Increase GDP to $40,000,000,000. Erect 50,000 Antarctico Pavilions amongst all sectors within the N.P.E 速 . Increase the number of oil platforms in the Antarctic to 800. Increase daily barrels of oil extracted in the Antarctic to 97 million barrels per day. Increase oil prices once achieved full control of market share to $200 per barrel, with subsidies to citizens of the N.P.E 速 .

NEW N.P.E ® PER SON How like the sculptures of ancient Greece, the model N.P.E ® person is flawlessly beautiful, how noble in content and how infinite in consumption. In beauty how like an angel, in ignorance how like a god! Bearing our nations motto, ‘One Nation Under Oil, Indivisible, In Oil We Trust’ each citizen is expected to do their part for the country through their participation in the workforce and unfettered loyalty to our neo-consumerist philosophy. As the paragon of nations, failure to maintain the N.P.E ® image, citizens risk the demotion of their class ranking and certain social privileges. However, through their hard work and devotion, we believe any and all citizens possess what it takes to proudly represent this great country.

Walking along a country road, While yet the morning air was damp, As unreflecting , on I strode, I marked approach the frequent tramp. The haggard, ragged careworn man Accosted me with plaintive tone, “I must have food-” he straight began ; “ Vile miscreant,” I cried, “ begone! Tis contrary to every rule That I my fellows should assist; I’m of the scientific school, Political economist. Dost thou know, deluded one, What Adam Smith has clearly proved, That ‘tis self-interest alone by which the wheels of life are moved? This competition is the law By which we either live or die ; I’ve no demand thy labor for, Why, then, should I thy wants supply? And Herbert Spencer’s active brain Shows how the social struggle ends ; The weak die out the strong remain ; ‘ Tis this that nature’s plan intends. Now really ‘tis absurd of you To think I’d interfere at all; Just grasp the scientific view, The weakest must go to the wall.” As unreflecting , on I strode, I marked approach the frequent tramp. Through the industrialisation of the Antarctic, there has been a noted increase in penguin mortality in the region. Further studies are required as to the cause of this sudden occurrence. Therefore, Antarctico Produce will be introducing ‘Penguin Steak’ as the latest food delicacy, to prevent any wastage of these precious animal lives.
