Pursuant to Resolution No. 26/NA, dated 20 May 2005, of the National Assembly regarding the adoption of the Anti-Corruption Law; and Pursuant to Chapter 6, Article 67, point 1 of the Constitution of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, which provides for the promulgation of the Constitution and of laws which are adopted by the National Assembly; The President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic Khamtai SIPHANDON Article 1. The Anti-Corruption Law is hereby promulgated. ________________
