Main Course pan roasted red snapper over spinach & feta orzo with lemon oregano sauce portuguese style pork chop over braised escarole with a clam madeira sauce homemade wild mushroom ravioli with roasted tomatoes & tarragon in a porcini broth charred hanger steak with roasted asparagus & mushroom-leek potato gratin roasted duck breast over braised cabbage with a potato, carrot & duck confit
