FOR REGISTRATIONS, PLEASE FULFILL THESE RULES To formalize the registered subscriber of the activities at the facilities you’ve to provide: Registration form filled. Photocopy of ID card or Passport. Photocopy of bank details in case of payment by direct debit. ·The first payment will be made by credit card and the following payments will be made by direct debit if you’ve choose this option. ·Registration has to be made in person. It’s not allowed to book an application by call phone. ·In the form of debit payment, in case of return of receipt the fees received will be in customer’s care. ·From the start of the activities, the amount of the registration won’t be refunded, except in that case of medical report proving the impossibility to continue. ·In case of pink card, please deliver photocopy of pink card. ·We will consider the place as reserved when payment has been made. ·Classes will be recovered due to external causes. ·The administrative office reserves the right to suspend activities that do not achieve a minimum number of participants. ·The administrative office reserves the right to change the teacher if necessary. ·The administrative office doesn’t take any responsibility for personal belongings of the staff and the users. INFORMATION Registration: From 17 to 24 March 9 to 14 and 15 to 17 h. The schedule of activities is April-June quarter. Registrations and payments can be made monthly. Price monthly activities: Registration: Free Activities 1h x 2 days a week = 35.26 € / month Activities 1.5h x 1 day a week = 26.50 € / month Discount with pink card Start activities: Week from 1 to 7 April. Completion activities: Week 24 to 30 June. 

PHYSICAL /SPORT ACTIVITIES BEACH FIT PROGRAMME It is a physical activity that works in a cardiovascular level and give tone to muscles, a simple practice with the goal of maintaining your physical condition or if you want to lose weight. Sessions are fun and different, using a variety of materials such as body bars, rubber bands, elastics bands, dumbbells, fit balls, bosu balls and flexi bars. Schedule A: Monday and Wednesday from 9 to 10 am Schedule B: Tuesday and Thursday from 20 to 21h

TONE BEACH FIT It’s an activity that requires no muscle tone and the cardiovascular training increases the strength of muscular groups. All sessions are tailored to all levels at the multiactivities rooms and on the beach, using a variety of materials such as body bars, rubber bands, elastic bands, dumbbells, fitballs, bosu balls and flexi bars. Schedule: Monday and Wednesday from 10 to 11 am


SUMMER BODY It’s an activity to achieve a gluteus, abs and legs muscle tone. Work and define your muscles practicing personalized sessions according to your needs. You’ll practice multiple exercises using a variety of materials such as body bars, rubber bands, elastic bands, dumbbells, fitballs, bosu balls and flexibars. Schedule A: Monday and Wednesday from 14 to 15h Schedule B: Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 10 am Schedule C: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19 to 20h

CARDIO BOX BEACH The cardiobox choreographed activity is a high intensity practice based on aerobic movements using choreographies with punches and kicks. It’s a combination of exercises with martial arts similar to Boxing Kick Boxing, Karate, Kung Fu, Tai-Chi, Taekwondo, etc. All movements are synchronized with an energetic atmosphere. Schedule A: Monday and Wednesday from 14 to 15h Schedule B: Tuesday and Thursday from 8 to 9 am

BEACH AIKIDO Aikido is a good way for controlling the energy. The basic aspect of aikido is neutralizing the opponent in critical situations. Aikido always trains the practitioners as peacemakers. ZUMBA Zumba is a choreographed activity you’ll love for sure. Have fun and get fit. You’ll practice exercises and dance steps, easy to follow! Live the new experience of a Zumba class with sea views. Learn the basic techniques of Merengue, Bachata, Salsa and Cha-cha-cha. This practice of coordinating body language will make you out of your routine. CROSS SPORT BEACH TRAINNING Cross Sport is a activity program to increase strength and develop a good fitness based on increasing your cardiovascular endurance and respiratory/muscular strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, motor skills, balance, and precision. You will be hooked from the first session. Also our coach will give you the freedom to integrate this training into your personal practices, achieving your goals and your feelings. If you want to look as a marine, firefighter or military, choose this workout. Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday from 8 to 9 am

CORE BEACH TRAINNING The trunk is the core or center of the body and it’s a basic support for most of the movements we do every day and practicing sports. So it’s very important to train it, having a strong and toned trunk for our physical well-being and for preventing possible injuries. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING IN SUSPENSION Suspension training is a new and attractive classic hard work done in gyms. This methodology is based on functional work of the body through using the gravity, with the aim of generating movements that improve all muscles in a coordinated manner. GYM BEACH SPORT SENIOR Physical and playful activities for people over 65 who want to practice some exercise and improve the quality of life enjoying the surroundings of Barceloneta beach. If you’re tired of a monotonous and boring gym, join it. You’ll practice many exercises, games, practicing on the beach or in parks and a lot of materials (body bars, bands, elastic bands, dumbbells, fitballs, bosu balls and flexibars).
