Through workshops and conferences, TBS professors and staff shared TBS’ competencies model and how it’s integrated both in classes and in services such as the Career Starter, TBS’ very own service to ensure employability of students. Counsellors had the opportunity to visit both the Barcelona and the Toulouse campuses, as well as meet staff, professors and students from different backgrounds. As explained by TBS Barcelona director, Olivier Benielli, “the aim of Re-think counselling, create opportunities, is to give you a taste of what TBS is like”. 17 counsellors from 10 countries attended the event, for which the intention was also to promote networking just a few days before a major event on international admission and guidance held in Edinburgh by the Council of International Schools.
