1. Introducing E-Commerce Networks, S.L. 1.1 History. BigPrints is founded in 2006 but the professional knowhow of the owners begins in 1992 working and participating in companies such as “Decoraccion” “ La tienda de la Publicidad “ and

“ Visual Store”.

From the beginning we have been working for multinational customers such as : Christian Dior, Amercian Express, Coca Cola, Nokia, Warner Music, Gucci , Nike, etc… After a huge transformation we create different areas such as : designing, production, printing , warehousing and logistics suited to meet the needs of our customers. Actually the core business of Big Prints is the Point of Sell services. 89% of our incomes come from this business unit.

1.3 Company evolution and current situation From the beginning we have had an upward trajectory with a 78% annual growth average We have created different brands to cover all the POS developing areas: - Big Prints: Visual Communication - LightBox: Signing - ViewMAX: Dynamic Marketing and Digital Signage. Actually we cover all the POS services any customer may need:

designing, production, printing,

warehousing and logistics. Current productivity, management, production and installation capacities are based in years of experiences with the highest profile customers. Our daily effort is focused in improving quality process to reach the excellence for our customers.

Big Prints is our main POS visual communication leading brand From the beginning the evolution has been very positive and our quality level gave us the opportunity of working for international retail leading brands such as : Chanel, Christian Dior, Gucci, Armani, Hugo Boss, Safilo, American Nike, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, Balenciaga and Marc Jacobs.

2.2 Services description We are specialized in the design, manufacture and installation of point of sale advertising, POP, displays, signage and digital printing. Our goal is to achieve maximum efficiency in all marketing and communication activities carried out by our customers at the point of sale. Manage and control the entire production process in each of our projects. Our added value is the deep knowledge of materials and their application, pricing, timing, production and assembly or distribution therefore. Getting a really fast delivery and optimal value for money.

Emporio Armani 25-10-2010

Window instalation for the brand Emporio Armani nationwide. We installed more than 80 outlets with the new international brand image. A esthetics and quality is the dominant note in this campaign showcases the Italian brand Emporio Armani worldwide. The display is made of methacrylate combined with wood or cardboard, depending on point of sale. By installing some vinyl you get a depth and a visual effect accepted by customers and very bonded to the image of the brand at point of sale and shop windows all over the world.

New window assembly of the mark in Spain Optimal presentation of the new line of men and women view for the 2010/2011 season mark with items made from wood and various plastics, compose these windows that represent and identify the brand image in the windows of the outlet.
