Falkland Place is a small neighbourhood play space nestled amongst residential buildings. The site is split into three parts, including two hard surfaced play areas for different age ranges (separated by a central footpath) and an open grassed area used primarily for dogs to be exercised. The space had become tired and run down, leaving little to the imagination, and offering limited play value.

New contemporary play items and colourful wet pour revitalises the existing toddler play area, whilst the addition of timber play items across the footpath provides play opportunities for older children. Sensory planting and wildflower borders add biodiversity value to the urban space.
