On a practical level, this course will offer you the opportunity to develop skills that allow you to conduct research that is relevant from a practical and at the same time a theoretical point of view and to communicate your findings orally and in writing. Twenty-five percent of your grade will be based upon your performance on an individual activity. This individual activity entails a very brief paper (300 words, excluding references) in which you analyse a real-life corporate integrity case in terms of relevant theory that was presented during the course. Seventy-five percent of your grade will be based upon a research project that you set up with, conduct, and present in collaboration with three other students. You will present the results of this study both in oral form (25% of your grade) and in the form of a research paper (75% of your grade).
