First part is the academic project that I have completed, which includes my final project for the bachelor degree, a competition achievement, and the research thesis for postgraduate. Through the operation and configuration of architecture and spatial forms, the 23.6 km route regards the ignition, driving, and the acceleration and deceleration on straight lines and corners by mechanical vehicles to observe their standpoints and roles,, attempting to reinterpret a set of landscape formations and architectural spaces that are scattered on route 106.

According to the official law of building, there is an essential rule for each flat which is retaining a 2.5-3 meter distance to protect them away from a fire if there is fire occurring from any other side of the flat.; nevertheless, the distance between flats is too narrow, shady and dank to be put into any uses; therefore the interaction of the distance is relied on the people who are living in this sort of condition, and its mutual effect is creating an invisible wall within the residence. The urbanization in Taipei city has shown that everything is a double-edged sword; the continuing changeable process of urban condition exerts the attitudes that are appeared by physical items or mental behaviors. In fact, this proposal is like a debate that does not only copes with typical local problems in our inhabitant, but also thinks about the probable viable solution; however the process of urbanization never stops.

This study investigates Taiwanese cities by looking at the widespread condition of rules violation in construction. In this study, the original situation of a constructed building following legal procedures is perceived as the “whole”, and secondary construction - an addition to or an adjustment of the whole - as “parts”; the relation between the “whole” and the “parts” resembles the relation between a mother and her children. Through hiring people for reconstruction or DIY by the owners, a space that satisfies the inhabitants is then created.

The idea of planning and space organization comes from the

This project is located on Taoyung, Taiwan, which close to HSR station. In fact that this district mostly used to agriculture replaced by new policies of developing to infrastructures as well as housing; however, the former usage still specifically left a lot landscape such as ponds which used to irrigation. As such, in this case, aim to indicate those special elements of what have been to there from long time ago. Furthermore, creating a productive land for residents is crucial for retaining the memory of community.
