I began my Real Estate career with larger franchises to learn their tools, what worked and what did not, what was missing and what was important. I learned neighborhoods, schools, pertinent area and market information, making myself well versed from Lancaster to the northern Charlotte area and every community and city in between. I also found that a one size fits all system offered by many larger companies did not work. People are unique and so are the homes where they reside. I took the good with me and made it better. By developing my own system that puts the needs of my clients first and not just a marketing plan that I could offer.
