Atlanta 1996 The 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta were incredibly successful for the U.S., with all three equestrian teams winning medals. The U. S. Dressage Team of Robert Dover and Metallic, Michelle Gibson and Peron, Steffen Peters and Udon, and Guenter Seidel and Graf George earned the Bronze medal. The U.S. Eventing Team took home the Silver medal. The team was comprised of Bruce Davidson Sr. and Heyday, Jill Henneberg and Nirvana, David O’Connor and Giltedge, and Karen O’Connor and Biko. Kerry Millikin and Out and About also won the Individual Eventing Bronze medal.
