Watch us on TV on the news or on State Street Saturday night Wear warm clothes!

Jason was asking me to make apple donuts First I wash my hands and put gloves. Make sure I make a apple hole. Cut it, slice. Almost finish it, make sure there’s no seeds in it
Afterwards, Jason give me peanut butter. Spread the apple nice and neat. I felt
gooey in my gloves I take it off and get extra gloves I make nutella with apple. Jason put the apple in the frigerator, make it cold. Leave it there for a while. I am put the apple in the plate in the conference room. I was happy helping out.
I walk myself at midnight 12:00 clock I was alone I’m upset
Look at the sky I see beautiful full moon I never leave Amazing day Feel refreshed air Clear my mind
Relax my body I went back to home around 5:30 Fall asleep good I wake up in the morning around 9:00
I went to jogging around the building

BOOST YOUR BRAIN AND MEMORY

I’m taking the Boost Your Brain and Memory class at the Humboldt Park Library. They tell you everything you need to know about your brain, what your mind is thinking. We talk about the brain, stress, aneurysm, Alzheimers, and how stress puts your blood pressure up
The teacher Cassie talked about relaxation. It’s good to go every week. It will help your thoughts, help your feelings, help your concentration. In another class, we talked about a healthy diet - vegetables, salads, cucumbers, celery, different things. Coffee is sometimes good for your mind. It’s good for your brain. We talk about different foods to eat. It’s good to eat nutritious food and have a proper diet, work out.
We talk about having quiet time, having time to yourself at home, going to church, deep breathing. I tell them I go to the library, go to the store, go to the church, have quiet time, meditate I pray at church and take Holy Communion. We close our eyes, see what we ’ re thinking in our mind, and look at dark shadows and pictures on the wall. I image certain pictures of Jesus. I be having picture of my mother and father in my mind.
I like going to the park and dogs. I have dogs at my house. They sit outside, crap in my yard...that’s something I don’t like them doing I talk to people at Kruger Center; that helps me relax too
The class is pretty nice! My brain be tired but I gotta keep it active, keep it moving.

They had good donunts, coffee Krispy Kreme Donuts is good! I liked it yesterday I liked the coffee, iced coffee. It was good donuts. I ordered by myself. I do it by myself. I had iced coffee and a yellow donut. I saw the Ghostbusters donut. I saw the pumpkin iced coffee.

I enjoy the class completely! I like learning about how to stay healthy. Not too much potato chips and red meat. Too much junk is not good for you. They were talking about praying, who goes to church, do we pray every day and night I pray for the whole Chicago

I like her mask I like her sister She goes to a bar I like the boss I like the motorcycle The bat bike I like the Tumbler It’s the bike It turns around and goes under the Tumbler. It spins. I like the Bat Cave part. The paintings are in Bruce’s home. I like the town. I like the kids. They go to a cafe. I like Alfred, the butler. I like his clothes. They brought in the house, the hotel. It was filmed in Chicago. I like the scene when they go through the cafe I say hi to the cast

I like the scenery. I like the cast. I like the car. He uses weapons, armory, his outfit with the soft fabric, Kevlar I like Alfred He’s nice He gets sick with some juice I like the scarecrow I like Katie Holmes She plays a lawyer. There are two lawyers in that one. I like the office. I like her clothes. When she was a kid. Bruce Willis is in the bat cave, the bat hole. He went to that play with his parents, his mom and dad. He played a cop in that series. He wrote the train part The train goes on top of the building on the swinging tower I like the secretary I like his car It’s the tumbler It’s a car I like his weapons. It goes really fast. I’m gonna be Batman for Halloween this year. I like the town over the bridge. I like the theme music. Christopher Nolan directed it. Happy Holidays to the cast.

I like the makeup in Hook. I like the town in Aladdin. Jonathan Freeman played Jafar. He’s evil I like the costumes I like Jasmine’s father in there He was the king I like the pets I like the cat, the tiger. I like the music. I like the soundtrack. Alan Menken wrote it.
