Enkode Technologies How to Architect a Blockchain Application

The blockchain became known to the world in 2008 after the paper titled Bitcoin: A peer-to-peer electronic cash system by Satoshi Nakamoto was published. The paper had a mix of various elements like the public key cryptocurrency, cryptographic hash function and proof-of-work where invented around the 1970s and 1990s.

The Blockchain Phenomenon

The blockchain allows for the verification and recording of the millions of transactions that happen between parties through an open sourced, distributed ledger. The blockchain is decentralized and this makes it all the more interesting. Decentralization of the blockchain means that there are no middlemen or intermediaries which means that data is more secure and there is also more transparencies in business transactions.

The rapid rise of the blockchain phenomenon has made it an interesting and exciting technology topic. Many developers and tech enthusiasts have built applications in and around the blockchain. You can do the same also. This article is going to focus on steps by which blockchain applications can be built or developed. These steps can be followed by anybody as not-too-technical terms would be used throughout the article.
