She’s never been able to take “no” for an answer & has a serious (but harmless) competitive streak. She’s never short of ideas & finds that the most pleasurable part of life is creating relationships amongst her colleagues & clients.

Her young professional & educational years have turned her into a lover of the great outdoors, a sociable professional in every sense of the word and a multi tasking, wellrounded freak-of-nature (according to the EECO team).

After earning a BFA in graphic design she brought her artistic eye to the EECO team. She brings some pretty mean design + inspiration to the table when it comes to our presentation materials, social media avenues & blog.

Mean with the spreadsheets & even meaner with calendars, you can find her getting the job done. Her tenacious yet gentle spirit lends to her business savvy attitude and ability to handle the toughest of situations.

Through our experience we have found that offering a variety of design services under one roof is attractive to our couples + clients. We are a full service design company that takes care of the logistics as well. We specialize in creating speciality design elements: ceremony backdrops, unique tabletop decor and garlands made out of anything under the sun. Just to name a few. WHAT IS A CUSTOM DESIGN ELEMENT + ARE MATERIALS INCLUDED?

Our custom design elements bring unique events to life. We source all of the materials and goods to create perfect, fresh and innovative decor pieces. They are event props (the cool kind) sourced by us, designed by us and created by our own two hands - just for you. YES. All custom design materials for your wedding are included in our service fee! Yes, yes they are.

ARE YOU THERE ON THE DAY OF MY EVENT?

Depending on which package you choose, you will get two or more Enjoy Events Co. team members from beginning to end. Not only are we a creative bunch but we are pros at all the logistics. From creating floorplans and timelines, communicating with all of your hired vendors and everything in between. By the end of the process we know your favorite color, your Mom’s name and what pushes your buttons, which makes us the most qualified team to produce your day.

WHICH PACKAGE FITS ME BEST?

Some clients find that they would like more help from the get go and some find us after they have many of their to-dos taken care of. Do you work full time? Do you live in another state? Do you need help in finding the best, most fitting vendors and being the liaison with the vendors producing your event? These are all questions that can help determine the answer. We require a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the total fee upon signing of the contract to reserve the date. The remainder of the fee (1/2) is due two weeks prior to the wedding day.

CONCEPT CREATION AND EVENT DESIGN

REHEARSAL COORDINATION

• Execute a cohesive custom design concept

• Coordination and supervision of event ceremony

• Creation of 2 inspiration boards highlighting the color-scheme and concept • Execution of 2 custom design elements (materials included)

DAY-OF EVENT MANAGEMENT

• Full, day-of management and coordination with an EECO team member and an assistant (or more upon our discretion) • Main vendor contact on event day • Manage/Oversee event installation and set-up according to the Production Plan for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception site(s) • Phone calls to vendors to confirm arrival, set-up, strike details and contract information


• Set-up and breakdown of elements not handled by vendors within the ceremony, cocktail and reception areas (ceremony programs, personal ceremony items, escort card table décor, guest book table decor, tabletop display, place cards, table numbers, menus, favors, etc.) per the Production Plan • Conduct and orchestrate the timeline of all toasts, bridal party and bride and groom announcements and special moments • Manage and oversee event flow from guest arrival to the end of the reception, according to the timeline • Provide event day emergency kit • Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities • Conduct all event clean-up in a timely manner and organize personal items • Event follow-up with vendors via e-mail/phone calls upon event completion

OUR FEE FOR SERVICES

is a flat fee, however, we do require a one night hotel stay within a 10 miles radius of your venue if the event is more than one hour of travel outside of the East Bay.

We handpick the most amazing and fitting vendors, secure a space, start by creating the design and layout for you and finish with a complete concept and coordination. We’re talking about custom design elements - things like backdrops, tables numbers and place seating decor - that make your event an individual experience for you and your guests. And, the fees for these things are already included in our service pricing. Win-win.

Shotgun Floral Studio is the floral division of Enjoy Events Co. where organic, freeflowing and striking arrangements are our labor of love. Flowers are an essential part of your event’s overall design. They convey the color palette, the mood, the tone and, most importantly, your style. Floral color palettes bring the concept of a celebration to life. For our planning and design clients we offer full floral and paper good design as well. What can we say? We love what we do. Please note that our floral services start at $5K.


Our floral offerings range from boutonnieres & other personal flowers to lush centerpieces, ceremony arches & chair adornments. Inquire for our full list of floral products.

In a way - a logo, or a particular font can truly capture the mood and the design of an celebration. But that’s just our artist minds at work again. Don’t believe us?
