Low profile Lumen Conservation rooflights provide the crowning glory for stylish North London kitchen extension

Low profile Lumen Conservation glory for stylish North London As a lawyer with a keen eye for detail Mr Jones was meticulous in his approach to researching every last component for the family’s new kitchen extension in their beautifully appointed Victorian terrace in North London. With space at a premium the family were able to double the size of their kitchen by making the most of a small side garden with a single story extension incorporating a cleverly designed side return roof. Every last detail of the build, from the high-end kitchen appliances to the light bulbs were researched with rigour to ensure the end finish was to a standard that matched the rest of this beautiful family home. Despite the project being completed under permitted development, the Jones’ opted to install two bespoke designed Lumen Conservation rooflights – a product often specified in Listed properties, barn conversions or properties situated in a Conservation Area. With their low profile and traditional external appearance, the rooflights blend in naturally with the Victorian properties in the street, while providing a modern look and feel on the inside to mirror the stylish appearance of the home. The slender frame of the Conservation rooflights allow the maximum amount of light to enter the new space and despite the close proximity of neighbouring properties, light floods into the new room from above. This was hugely important as the new area forms the hub of this family home - a place not only to cook, but a communal, functional space for the family to come together to dine and the children to play. As with the other components of the build the rooflights were painstakingly researched by Mr Jones himself. He wanted a high quality product that looked visually appealing as they would not only be viewable from upper floors of their three story home, but also from neighbouring properties.

He said: “I did spend a lot (and I mean a lot) of time looking at rooflights. What I just couldn’t see anywhere else was the style (super low profile which was so important to me) and what appeared to be the quality of the rooflights themselves.” The Lumen Conservation rooflights were supplied to the exact specification and size (1600mm x 1000mm), with a black powder coat finish, American ash interior liners, self cleaning highly efficient double glazing units and Lumen’s bespoke lead flashing kit. “The fact that I could get a bespoke size also became important to me in the end and that is what we ended up going for. They have more than lived up to expectations – they look beautiful and the quality is exceptional,” said Mr Jones. The rooflights were delivered on time and were easy to install, even for roofers who had no experience installing Lumen products in the past. “I have not seen anything else comparable anywhere and could not be more pleased. The service (and patience of Lumen) could not be faulted.”

Experience the TrueScale of Nature • Create statement pieces in any environment with no pattern repeat across the width of the sheet • Achieve authentic natural stone and wood looks without the sourcing and maintenance issues associated with the genuine article • Available in 28 decors

Statement piece and large application design make an impact. TrueScale laminate gives you the authentic look of premium material such as marble, quartz and wood. Developed by Formica Group, TrueScale captures the subtle variations and patterns found in natural materials but eliminates the high costs of sourcing and maintaining the genuine article. Attention grabbing application is at the heart of TrueScale by Formica Group. Its marble, wood, granite, quartz, concrete and metal decors reflect contemporary design trends with decors being taken from real life examples. Input from the Formica Group design team and findings from events such as Salone del Mobile Milano, the international reference point of the design sector, have also shaped the collection.

For those who think big TrueScale decors do not repeat across the full width of the laminate sheet so you can unveil patterns in their full beauty. Architects, designers and homeowners benefit from a surfacing solution that is more affordable than premium natural materials, readily available and with lightweight, hygiene and stain resistant properties better suited for hard wearing residential application.

Made in Britain Formica Group proudly supports Made in Britain, an organisation designed to promote and celebrate the manufacture of UK-made goods. All other laminate manufacturers have their operations and plants based overseas and import their laminate into the UK which means Formica Group is better positioned to provide stability from exchange fluctuations. Additionally, Formica Group is also better placed to meet UK project deadlines in the provision of supplying materials.

Combine Reynaers glazing solutions to design your ideal home Valley 21 showcases a range of windows and doors from aluminium systems company Reynaers at Home that offer superior design, security and energy efficiency.

A combination of the Concept Patio 155 door with the Concept System 86 window creates a home that is coherent, both in terms of appearance and performance. Glazing panels at juxtaposing angles follow the sun through the landscape, filling the rooms with light throughout the day and providing spectacular views of the mountain scenery. The project represents a step away from urban landscapes, replacing noise and crowds with serenity and comfort. Specific variants of the glazing systems, a lift-andslide door across the front of the home together with high-insulation windows, allow for vast areas of glass even in the harsh climate of Romania – with matching, black slimline frames that contrast against the brickwork facades. The CP 155 is a premium insulating slide or lift-and-slide aluminium door with multiple variations to suit individual project requirements, facilitating extreme dimensions and glass weights up to 400kg. Whilst the lift-and-slide variation will allow users to open huge doors with ease,

this can be taken further with automatic opening and a low threshold option for increased building accessibility.

the CS 86-HI can comply with burglar resistance classes 2 and 3, offering an ultimate level of security.

For those homeowners who are conscious of energy consumption, the system can be upgraded to High Insulation (HI) which makes it suitable even for low-energy buildings – a specific version of CP 155 monorail has achieved the sought-after Swiss Minergie® component label, a trademark signifying high quality and low energy in both new and refurbished buildings.

CS 86-HI is compatible not only with the CP 155 sliding door, but also with Reynaers’ CS 86 doors and CF 77 folding doors.

The lift-and-slide door is compatible with CS 86 inward opening aluminium windows, which are also showcased across Valley 21 – specifically the HI variant. The unique insulation concept not only ensures extreme stability and elevated water- and air-tightness, but also makes it suitable for triple glass applications.

Reynaers at Home is a premium brand dedicated to offering the very best architectural glazing products and service to the discerning householder. For more information see the website www.reynaersathome.co.uk, email homeuk@reynaers.com or call 0121 421 9707.

The window is one of the most energyefficient available and has also achieved the Swiss Minergie® and Minergie-P® component label, with a Secured by Design option available. With regard to safety,

Architect: Luca Fornaroli Developer: Lucian Andrei - Dalghias Development S.R.L. Systems: CS 86-HI, CP 155-HI Photographer: Glenn Siegers

This variety of combinations allows designers and homeowners to choose windows and doors that comply with their exact performance needs, as well as their design ambitions.

Not Just Harfa Floor with

Osmo UK

Osmo UK, the eco-friendly wood and finishes expert, offers architects and designers with a unique looking and aesthetically pleasing wooden floor. Pre-finished with Osmo Polyx®-Oil, the Harfa flooring range from ESCO flooring is the ideal choice for anyone who is looking for a statement floor. ESCO flooring is available via Osmo UK, following a partnership between the wood finishes expert and ESCO Group in 2014. The ESCO collection includes nine flooring options, including Bohemia, Chateau, Moravia and Kolonial. A favourite amongst architects and interior designers is Harfa flooring. This flooring surface has been designed with a rough-sawn treatment and has been enhanced with cross-wise cuts that are grooved in the surface with great care. Harfa can be combined with many different styles and colours, providing endless possibilities. Harfa flooring is available in eight colours, including natural, natural white, double smoked black, smoked tobacco, smoked natural, washy grey, smoked white and stone grey. There is also the option to choose between 2 or 3 layer parquet and your desired wood style - elegance, superb, classic or original. Harfa Vintage is the so called used old version of the Harfa collection. The boards have a special optic in square saw lines in trendy unique colour variations. The surface can be rough as well as smooth; the lines of the blade of the saw are irregular and give Harfa a vintage look. Harfa Vintage is also available in eight tones, including slate stone, cappuccino white, forest honey and dark chocolate. As with all ESCO flooring, Harfa is finished with Polyx®-Oil, Osmo’s renowned wood finishing product. Polyx®-Oil both protects and accentuates Harfa’s traditional and character filled rough-sawn solid oak flooring. As a premium wood finish, Osmo guarantees to keep wooden surfaces in top condition. It is a high quality, water-repellent and tread-resistant wood finish based on natural ingredients. Offering all the professional features of a traditional oil-based finish, Polyx®-Oil combines the smooth surface of conventional lacquers, and the ease of application of a water-based finish, while managing to eliminate the inherent disadvantages of these other types of finish. Unlike ordinary oil finish products which form a film on the wood, Polyx®-Oil’s natural components penetrate deeply into the wood to create a micro-porous finish. This allows the wood to breathe, moisture to evaporate and ensures a flawless finish both upon application and for many years to come. Thanks to Polyx®-Oil, ESCO flooring is strengthened from

within and retains its elasticity. The surface is water repellent, stain resistant and more hard-wearing, and because it meets the wood’s natural demands and does not crack, flake, peel or blister. Established over 25 years ago, Osmo UK is one of the leading suppliers a natural and environmentally friendly alternative to wood finishing. The products are based on rapidly renewable, natural vegetable oils that penetrate deeply into the wood, keeping it elastic and healthy, whilst preventing it from drying and becoming brittle. As the range is not produced for the mass market, more time can be spent on ensuring all the products are of the highest quality. Founded in 1997 in the Netherlands, ESCO Group has grown from a trader to all-round trading and manufacturing company with official partners, such as Osmo, all over Europe and the rest of the world. The company produces flooring for architects, real estate, builders and wholesales within the wooden flooring markets, specialising in rustic oak flooring in both solid and engineered (3-layer, 2-layer multi). Sign of a great builder: they’re tight, airtight Will Kirkman, managing director at Ecomerchant – the innovative and sole distributor of Blowerproof, the BBA-certified, paint-on liquid air-tight sealant – explains why great builders know exactly how to make a building airtight.

Good buildings are weather-proof from the outside and airtight from the inside. That’s what building regulations are all about but we all know how ‘slack Alice’ they are. The true test is preventing unwanted air from entering a building and keeping warm air in. Airtight buildings are increasingly wanted and important because: • Our temperate climate means the heating’s on for two to three out of four seasons • We like our creature comforts – we want our workplaces and homes to get warm quickly and stay warm • Energy’s increasingly expensive • If you save energy, you save money.

Why airtightness is tricky for builders Many new buildings are designed to leak before they make it off the drawing board. All the might of the world’s best insulation and energy-efficient heating systems will be lost quickly if warm air can quickly leak out of a building soon to be replaced with cold, damp air leaking in. By the time they get built, their poor design has left the unfortunate builder with a whole raft of leaks to resolve. The smallest of drafts can be a nuisance as they cause cold spots. Cold spots are bad news as they’re accompanied by condensation from water vapour which then triggers a whole range of problems.

• •

• • • •

Energy escapes routes from a building • • • • • • • •

Window and door jambs Wall and ceiling joints Wall and floor joints Joist ends Kicker joints Dot and dab Loft hatches Penetrations: pipes, cables or any bridging external and internal walls • Connections: underfloor heating, light fitting switches/sockets • Timber frame • Dot and dab plasterboard.

Once a building is constructed, stemming unwanted air flow can prove difficult and expensive. So what’s the answer? How to stop cold air getting in, warm air getting out Your priority is to stop warm air leaking out of a building which will help stop uncontrolled air moving around. What are the options to remedy leaky buildings? A whole range of strategies are at your disposal but I’d recommend. 1. Have a plan – showing airtightness layers – it says ‘we’re serious about this’. 2. Share it with every trade and get them ‘on the same page’ - ensure every trade knows you’re aiming for airtightness. That may make your electrician punch a hole in a wall differently. 3. Frequently inspect – to check the airproof layer has not been compromised by shoddy workmanship.

4. Beware of dry lining – dot and dab creates corridors for air to move between the blockwork and plasterboard. Plastering is airtight but you still need to ensure all junctions are sealed between floors and skirtings as well as floors and ceilings. 5. Don’t use expanding foam – it shrinks and breaks down over time. 6. Invest in an anemometer - to measure, detect and demonstrate leaks. 7. Here’s a checklist: • Penetrations • Windows (especially dormer) • Door jambs • Cills • Lintels • Heating manifolds (underfloor systems and radiator pipes) • Boiler flues • Water pipes • Gas pipes • Drainage/soil pipes • Electricity cables and meter boxes • Suspended ceilings • Cupboards • Loft hatches • Bath panels • Light fittings particularly downlights, pull cords, switches and sockets.

Help is at hand The good news is that modern materials are now evolving to make airtightness easier and more affordable to achieve. Blowerproof is nothing short of airproofing magic because: • You simply paint it on – whatever your substrate (plaster, steel, masonry,

render, cement, wood, mineral wool, humid surfaces), cables, pipes. Blowerproof creates an uninterrupted membrane which resists puncture. It paints on blue, dries jet black so you can see that a permanent seal has been achieved. There is a white version too that can be used under plaster. It’s a viscous liquid so it seals every nook and cranny no matter how tricky the shape of the gap or hole. You can then plaster, paint or do whatever else you need to over it. Brushes rinse out with water. It’s safe ie VOC free and BAA-certified.

And it costs £50 a tub so quickly justifies both its product and labour costs. So, the lesson is, seal all those small cracks and holes and your customers will remember you well for many years after as they revel in the warm comfort and low energy bills only an airtight building affords. See how to create airtight membranes quickly and easily: www.blowerproof.co.uk. Building Regulations (for England & Wales) set a mandatory requirement for airtightness. All buildings must meet ‘reasonable standards’ and newly built dwellings undergo a pressure test. They must achieve air leakage of less than 10m3/ hm2. That is the air leakage rate per hour, per square metre of envelope area. The m3/hm2 figure is the headline ‘pass or fail’ number produced by the air testing engineer and demonstrates how much air (typically by depressurising) is being sucked into the building through ‘leakage’ when the fan is operating at 50 Pascals. The test measures uncontrolled air leakage from gaps and cracks in the fabric of the building ie not air escaping from trickle vents, extract fans or ventilation systems which are sealed prior to testing. Ideal or the ‘maximum’ air tightness you want to achieve is: 4-5m3/hm2 in a naturally vented building – ie using extract fans, trickle vents and windows. Any tighter than that and you’ll need forced ventilation ie a mechanical ventilation system with or without a heat recovery function (MVHR) which extracts and recycles heat from exiting air to warm the incoming fresh air.

Growth of manufacturer recognised at national design impact awards Sealant and adhesive manufacturer Polyseam has achieved the ultimate design accolade for the rebrand of its GRAFT product range. Aston Martin; Josh Berger, president and managing director of Warner Bros; and renowned entrepreneur Deborah Meaden.

The Yorkshire-headquartered company and its branding agency The Engine Room were both presented with a gold design impact trophy at the glittering DBA Design Effectiveness Awards in London. But the GRAFT project also went on to scoop the ultimate recognition of the evening when it was announced as the Grand Prix winner of winners at the end of the night. Since GRAFT’s launch in 2014, annual sales have increased by a staggering 744% and export levels have risen by more than £1million. In fact, this transformational business exercise has played a significant part in Polyseam now building a 50,000sqm factory which is expected to create a further 50 jobs by 2020. It was this bottom line impact that impressed the line-up of high-profile judges, which included Andy Palmer, CEO of

Commenting on the win, Polyseam’s marketing manager Olando Salina said: “The evolving challenges in the manufacturing market mean we must continually innovate to drive growth. We therefore focused on the development of an environmentally friendly, all-in-one adhesive and sealant created using our own in-house expertise. “This high-performance technology was already award-winning in its own right. But it didn’t achieve the traction we sought, which is why we engaged The Engine Room to help clarify our market position, overhaul the branding of this product range, and craft the communication materials we’d need moving forward. The Engine Room team has specific expertise in this field, and we were therefore delighted

when GRAFT was ‘born’. The project success is a testament to the collaboration of these forward-thinking business and design brains.” The Engine Room’s managing director Lesley Gulliver added: “The building, construction and manufacturing sectors are perhaps not renowned for their design prowess. But this project goes to show that strategic creative thinking is about much more than just what looks good. The overhaul of this product range and the development of the GRAFT brand has helped to revolutionise Polyseam’s entire business.” Polyseam has been independently manufacturing first-class brands for the majority of the world’s leading suppliers since 1993. The company manufactures more than 150 different products, and exports to 21 countries globally.

Rinnai System Thinking Brings Business Specific Hot Water Systems Rinnai’s bespoke business specific solutions deliver a new generation of fully integrated, high efficiency hot water systems Rinnai UK is spearheading a new concept for economic and efficient hot water delivery that brings together all the components of a system in one handy, bespoke designed pack for any kind of business, large or small. Rinnai UK Associate Director Chris Goggin says that simply supplying a water heater unit (or multiple units) has become an antiquated notion that simply is not good enough. “System thinking is what is going to give us the edge as we head into a future where fuel prices are going to need to be managed with pin-point precision. System thinking has led Rinnai to the point where it can offer a service to design and deliver a complete hot water system in one easy to install, fully specified and energy efficient ‘pack’ delivered direct to site - meeting all the demands of the client in one seamless operation.

“With our integrated system concept we have gone far beyond simply manufacturing a product to being in a position to offer a complete turnkey service from planning through installation and commissioning to on-going maintenance,” says Goggin. A total solution including water heaters, flues, scale protection, unvented cylinders, valves, prefabrication racks, advanced BMS controls – even water sampling equipment – can be specified, designed and delivered by Rinnai.

“Why would busy installers and end users want to waste their time planning and then assembling all the parts of a jigsaw when Rinnai’s water heating experts can specify, design and deliver the total solution?

“The heat generator on the system is Rinnai’s HDC condensing water heater which offers 95% gross efficiency which is maintained for the lifetime of the system due to the design principles and controls. Therefore, the design, combined with the system-thinking approach, promotes best-in-class energy efficiencies.

He says specifiers and designers of both commercial and domestic projects can simply consult with Rinnai engineers and rest assured they will have the right system for the job when they need it and with the minimum of fuss. “What advantage is there in unit thinking when system thinking is so much more effective?” he asks. “And not just at the delivery stage but ongoing through the system’s lifetime.”

“The principles of system thinking add value to the customer as they take away compliance issues like legionella control, for example. We have already developed these packages for multiple corporate customers and for our distribution partners, and these pioneering projects have been very well received. The system thinking principle applied by Rinnai is now being adopted mainstream meaning more and more efficient systems are in use.

“A key demand is to provide better on-site efficiency at point of installation and as the system is supplied to site in a pack, this demand has been answered. Using the principles of system thinking we aim to take the headache out of system design and supply complete solutions that go well beyond the heat generator and offer our customers performance and compliance for many years to come.”

easy installation and tight time and labour control and standardisation of both product and spare parts supply.

“The water heaters (the complete Rinnai range is A-rated under ErP labelling demands) far surpass the thermal heating credit requirements for domestic and commercial hot water systems in new and existing buildings to ensure current and future compliance,” Goggin says, adding: “It is a complete turn-key solution that guarantees

* Rinnai is a BIM steering committee advisor to CIBSE for water heaters, boilers and air heaters and ICOM ‘s chosen expert for the RUK UK review of EN26 and EN89.

Stunning Amphitheatre gets an External Platform lift The disused central dry dock in Hull has undergone a spectacular transformation into a major outdoor amphitheatre taking centre stage in Hull’s revitalised cultural quarter.

The 350 seat outdoor venue required a platform lift to enable wheelchair access from the upper to lower levels before Hull’s reign as UK City of Culture. Working with the main contractor, Hobson Porter, Invalifts supplied and installed their InvaEuro external platform lift, as the larger platform size of 1600mm x 1000mm allowed additional flexibility. The lift was supplied with an open-through configuration and a glazed shaft to complement the open air feel of the site. The lift shaft was finished in a goose grey colour to match with general colour scheme of balustrade. This is one of many lifts that Invalifts have installed in commercial locations throughout the UK including lifts at the BBC, Next, Aldi and Wickes. To find out more about the InvaEuro platform lift, you can give Invalifts a call on 0845 468 2543 and speak to one of their friendly experts

Platform Lifts Our range of platform lifts includes the MC2000 lift (right) - a high quality enclosed platform lift with a unique chain drive, and the option of glazing on all 4 shaft sides. With a fantastic guarantee, and small footprints available, this is a premier platform lift. We also offer stair platform lifts and a range of platform lifts for both internal and external use.

Walkability: The 11th step Variation on a theme - following in James Speck’s footsteps: “Walkable City - How downtown can save America, one step at a time” Curiously, this experience is shared by most of us in the modern era. We are travelling the world, “expecting” to find our way, with some obvious mundane difficulties. In an ideal world, it shouldn’t really go unnoticed. But it is. In my view, walkability should incorporate better common rules for outdoors wayfinding signage so that the average person may expect better orientation even in unfamiliar urban spaces.

Lancaster - the most walkable city in Pennsylvania

alkability, a relatively new term in modern Architecture and sustainable urban design, measuring how friendly an urban area is to walking. It pertains to health, environment, and economic benefits and discusses, among other things, the presence or absence and quality of footpaths, sidewalks or other pedestrian rights-of-way, traffic and road conditions, land use patterns, building accessibility, and safety.

In Walkable City: How Downtown Can Save America, One Step at a Time (public library), city planner Jeff Speck argues that walkable cities would improve lives for American urban dwellers to greater extent than any attempts to create “greener” living conditions in the personal space. I found Kaid Benfield summary of Speck’s ten steps of walkability quite comprehensive for my further argument, and although I somewhat do

not agree with Benfield’s latter analysis, I think that one more important step is required. I am talking about wayfinding signage. One may argue that this is included in the entire concept of attractive building faces, traffic and road conditions or “comfort”. Yet it is often noticed only by its absence. Good wayfinding signage may encourage people to walk the city, to a greater extent than realized by many. Imagine that: You travel to a foreign country, unfamiliar with the language, trying to get from A to B using a somewhat inferior city map supplied by your hotel or local tourist office and simply cannot locate your current location and direction you need to go to. Sounds familiar? Wouldn’t better wayfinding signage (including street names, visible numbers, traffic signs, directions and building names) improve your orientation and comfort? Wouldn’t you give anything to be able to easily locate and read the signs?

Not only in America, but worldwide, inadequate wayfinding signage is often emanating from budget considerations, without realizing the human aspects of the issue. A beautiful building, complex, shopping mall or neighborhood is being built in the urban sphere - but around it and inside structures, people get lost. I challenge you to read Speck’s work with a fresh look at his previously suggested 10 good steps, thinking how wayfinding signage fits the overall scheme of things. V4 Woodflooring takes steps to improve how retailers and consumers experience its products UK wood floor specialist, V4 Woodflooring, is gearing up to an exciting 2018 with a host of product and marketing advances that will be a step-change in how the company interacts with its customers. A refreshed brand, new website, improved retailer displays and the opening of V4 World, alongside the introduction of new wood floor collections, are set to ensure the company continues to be at the forefront in delivering high quality wood floor and wall products for discerning homeowners and professionals. A refreshed brand identity is driven by the core value to Bring Nature Inside. The company will continue to pride itself on offering real wood collections produced from the highest quality woods, sustainably sourced and finished using natural colouring techniques and surface finishes. With the ever increasing range of styles, and listening to retailer feedback, it is about to roll out new display stands for key retailers, offering larger sample sizes for customers to view when visiting V4 retailers. Chris Vincent, Managing Director explains, “Listening to retailer feedback there was a definite demand to introduce improved display material for their stores, which would enable them to show customers larger samples of our wood floor collections in a more impactful way. We have designed our new stands to showcase all of our ranges with easily accessible larger sample sizes, combined with a more engaging brand and information output.

“Initial feedback has been really positive and we are looking forward to rolling out the new stands to interested retailers. We are aiming to create a modular approach as not all stores will have the space for the full stand and we will work closely with retailers to deliver a solution that works best for them and their investment.”

V4 also focuses on driving awareness of its products through its website, allowing customers to see the products available then locate their nearest retailer to visit and discuss specific requirements. Enhancing this experience a new website will launch in the New Year that will provide customers with an improved user experience and more interactive way to discover the collections and identify products that might be right for them. Chris says, “To a certain degree, gone are the days of hard copy brochures and the online experience is the most important first step in the buying process. Consumers want to research online and an easy and informative website experience is essential.

“The new web site will not only be aimed at allowing users to view our products, but will also provide inspiration and design advice. A new search function will make it simpler to shortlist products that are best suited to buyers’ styles and budgets, and we will continue to showcase real life installations so our products can be seen in finished settings.” With these exciting changes in place early in the New Year, later in the year will see the opening of the first V4 World, a unique, design-led space where visitors will be able to experience V4’s contemporary floor and wall products in a brand new way. Situated adjacent to V4’s Head Quarters in Woking, Surrey, the showroom will bring together a myriad of design experiences for visitors. With room sets, virtual technology, large product displays and a café, the showroom will be a design destination for the discerning home and commercial designer. For V4 retailers located across the UK, it will also be an extended showroom, enabling them to send their key customers to the centre to see products in the large room-sets and on virtual displays before placing an order. Chris explains, “V4 World has been in the making for a few years and construction is now well under way on what is a £3m investment for us. It will be a state of the art design centre which will not only showcase our innovative range of flooring and wall products, but bring them to life in a space where people can experience them like never before.

“All of the steps we are taking over the coming months are about us responding to the changing needs of the flooring industry, design professionals and consumers. Interaction and experience throughout the design and buying process is more important than ever, and we want to ensure we are supporting our retailers to be able to give the best possible customer experience, and offer professionals and consumers choice in how they can discover and select the best products for their needs.”
