CEDA Grand Prix Awards 2016 Shortlist CEDA received a large number of entries for the 2016 Grand Prix Awards which celebrate the skills in design, specification, project management, and client support delivered by CEDA members for a wide variety of successful foodservice facilities. Talking about the 2016 entries and the challenge at arriving at a shortlist for the awards to be presented during the CEDA Conference on 15 April at the St George’s Park Hilton, Burton upon Trent, Adam Mason, CEDA director general, comments, “Aside from overcoming the everyday challenges that our members face in terms of tight deadlines, challenging spaces, historic buildings and tight budgets you will see they have delivered remarkable design and support to create inspirational front-of-house and back-of-house spaces. “The scale and calibre of projects in the 2016 CEDA Grand Prix Awards shortlist speaks volumes about the reputation and professionalism of our members who are working alongside individuals and teams from Michelin starred chefs to the hippest city centre bars. Our judges Brian Booth and John Savage have had a hard time arriving at this shortlist and now they have the tough task of finding the winners and overall winner for 2016.”
