Our story began in Hamburg, Germany in 1977 with the founding of the privately owned Engel

& Völkers franchise by Christian Völkers who remains at the head of our global operations. The

Engel & Völkers Westlake Village was founded in April of 2012 as a full-service luxury real estate

organization with a diversified team of highly competent and knowledgeable professionals servicing Westlake Village, Lake Sherwood, Hidden Valley, Thousand Oaks, Hidden Hills,

Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Malibu, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, and more. We continued to expand our reach and grow our network as we opened shops in Calabasas and Channel Islands at the end of 2018.
