KEY ISSUES(S)/ CONCEPTS DEFINED: An applicant is requesting that the zoning bylaw be amended to include liquor store as an allowable use in the C C--1 Neighbourhood Commercial zone. Staff is requesting Council's direction on this application - that Council deny the application as it does not conform to approved zoning uses, or that Council direct staff to move forward to public consultation for further consideration.
