EXPONENTIAL JOB CREATION
JOBS CREATED GLOBALLY
Jobs are a cornerstone of development1 and are critical for reducing poverty and providing youth with alternatives to violence. “A good job can change a person’s life, and the right jobs can transform entire societies. Governments need to move jobs to center stage to promote prosperity and fight poverty,” says WORLD BANK GROUP President Jim Yong Kim
/\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\///\//
We are proud to say that our efforts at supporting a vibrant small and medium-sized business sector are really paying off. As we empower ideas and people, Enablis entrepreneurs are effectively creating jobs and changing lives. According to the Enablis 2012 annual members’ survey, our 2,414 members have collectively created an average of 8 full time and part time jobs per entrepreneur. This means that Enablis has helped create close to 20,000 jobs on the African continent and that these people will have a chance to share in the proceeds of growth. 1

The average cost per job created has also dropped from $ 1,105 to $ 106. The Jobs Fund grant, leveraged by Enablis’ own financial resources, will allow Enablis to open two new offices in South Africa, increase membership from 1,135 to 2,500, hire additional staff and implement Enablis Academies. >>>>><<<<<<>>>>>><<<<<<>>> We seek partners both locally and internationally to help deepen our impact on entrepreneurs and socio-economic environment. We have developed a series of offerings for potential partners interested in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) engagements, high profile business plan competition sponsorships and grant allocations. /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ Please join us as partner or sponsor or donate through one of our custom giving program and help Enablis make an even bigger impact in 2013. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
