Directions:

Preheat oven to 400F. Flaten cabbage leaves with a rolling pin. Spoon Oriental Style prepared quinoa into leaves. Roll and place side by side in a baking dish. Add 1 Cup of water and cover with foil. Place in oven for 35 minutes. Ginger Soy Dressing:

1/4 Cup soy sauce 1 Tbs sesame oil 1 Tbs rice wine vinegar 2 Tbs chopped green onion 1/4 Cup chopped cilantro 1 Tbs sesame seeds 1/4 tsp grated ginger


Southwestern Style black beans, corn, tomato, red pepper, avocado, cilantro, lime & cumin

Southwestern Style quinoa is inspired by the cuisine of Southwestern America, blending together the cooking styles of Colonial Spanish settlers, cowboys, Native Americans, and Mexicans all known for their spicy flavors.

Uniqoa Tip!

Try stuffing bell peppers with Uniqoa Southwestern Style and top with this chipotle sour cream.

Preheat oven to 350F. Cut peppers removing tops and seeds. Stuff with Uniqoa Southwestern Style prepared quinoa. Place in oven for 45 minutes. Chipotle Sour Cream:

1 Cup of sour cream 1 tsp Spanish smoked paprika 2 tsp fresh lemon juice Salt

Caprese Style cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, balsamic vinegar & olive oil

Inspired.

Caprese Style quinoa is inspired by the cuisine of Italy on the island of Capri. The flavors come from the original and simple tricolore salad, using the 3 colors of the Italian flag.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Uniqoa Caprese Style prepared quinoa 1 Cup pasta sauce 2 Tbsp tomato paste 1/3 Cup heavy cream

UNIQOA prepared quinoa

1/3 Cup parmesan 1 Cup mozzarella 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350F. Heat pasta sauce and tomato paste and stir in heavy cream, parmesan, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and add Uniqoa Caprese Style prepared quinoa. Add mozzarella and pour in a large baking dish. Bake 10-15 minutes. Broil 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.


Mediterranean Style red onion, cucumber, tomato, kalmata olives, chickpeas, feta cheese, oregano & lemon

Mediterranean Style quinoa is inspired by the cuisine of the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, the main ingredient being fresh produce incorporated with poultry, seafood, beans and pasta with olive oil and an abundance of herbs.

Try stuffing tomatoes with Uniqoa Southwestern Style and top with this Tzatziki dressing.

Preheat oven to 350F. Cut tomatoes removing tops and insides. Stuff with Uniqoa Mediterranean Style prepared quinoa. Place in oven for 45 minutes. Tzatziki dressing:

1 C plain greek yogurt 1 large cucumber 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp olive oil 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp chopped dill Salt & pepper to taste

Peel, seed and chop the cucumber. Combine ingredients in a food processor and serve chilled.

2-3 Tbsp curry paste 1 clove garlic 2 Tbsp peanut butter 1/2 can coconut milk

Directions:

1 Tbsp brown sugar 2 Tbsp lime juice 1-2 Tbsp soy sauce Zest of 1 lime

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add curry paste and garlic. Saute for a minute. Add peanut butter, coconut milk, brown sugar, lime juice, and soy sauce. Whisk until it comes together.
