STARLINE 3 IS A HIGH-PRODUCTIVITY AUTOMATIC LINE THAT INTEGRATES STARMATIC, SCREWFIX AND STARFIX MODULES FOR PVC BAR MACHINING (CUTTING, MILLING, REINFORCEMENT SCREWING AND DRILLING). THE CUTTING AND MACHINING MODULE IS STARMATIC 11EC, WHICH, BASED ON THE WORK LIST RECEIVED BY THE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE, OPTIMISES THE PROCESSES FOR PROFILE CUTTING (45°- 0°- 45°), MILLING, DRILLING AND CONTOURING, IF NECESSARY FOR THE PREPARATION OF SEAMLESS® WELDING. THE STARMATIC UNLOADING AREA OF THE LINE FEATURES A TABLE FOR WORKPIECE TRANSFER TO THE SCREWFIX SCREWING CENTRE. IN THIS AREA, THE OPERATOR INSERTS A METAL REINFORCEMENT OF A SUITABLE LENGTH IN THE PVC PROFILE BEFORE STARTING THE AUTOMATIC SCREWING. WORKPIECE LOADING AND UNLOADING TO/FROM SCREWFIX ARE AUTOMATIC. THE LAST PROCESS PHASE IS CARRIED OUT IN THE STARFIX. PROFILES ARE AUTOMATICALLY LOADED INTO THE STARFIX MODULE, WHERE DRILLING IS PERFORMED TO OBTAIN THREE HOLES FOR CREMONE BOLT FIXING ONTO THE DOOR PROFILE, THE HOLES FOR WALL FIXING AND THOSE FOR FIXING HINGES ONTO THE FRAME PROFILES. THE VARIOUS PROCESS PHASES OF THE CORRESPONDING STARMATIC, SCREWFIX AND STARFIX MODULES ARE OPTIMISED BY THE LINE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TO REDUCE THE PRODUCTION TIME.

STARLINE 2 IS AN AUTOMATIC LINE THAT INTEGRATES STARMATIC AND STARFIX MODULES FOR PVC BAR MACHINING (CUTTING, MILLING, REINFORCEMENT SCREWING AND DRILLING). THE CUTTING AND MACHINING MODULE IS STARMATIC 7E, WHICH, BASED ON THE WORK LIST RECEIVED BY THE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE, OPTIMISES THE PROCESSES FOR PROFILE CUTTING (45°- 0°- 45°), MILLING, DRILLING AND CONTOURING, IF NECESSARY FOR THE PREPARATION OF SEAMLESS® WELDING. THE UNLOADING AREA OF THE LINE MACHINING AND CUTTING-OFF CENTRE FEATURES A TABLE FOR WORKPIECE TRANSFER TO THE STARFIX SCREWING AND MACHINING CENTRE. IN THIS AREA, THE OPERATOR INSERTS A METAL REINFORCEMENT OF A SUITABLE LENGTH IN THE PVC PROFILE (THE REINFORCEMENT SIZE CAN BE VIEWED ON THE 4 DIGITAL DISPLAYS ON THE TRANSFER TABLE) AND THEN MOVES ON TO THE STARFIX MODULE. THE FOLLOWING PHASES ARE MANAGED IN THE STARFIX UNIT: SCREWING OF THE REINFORCEMENT, DRILLING OF THREE HOLES FOR CREMONE BOLT FIXING ONTO THE DOOR PROFILE, DRILLING OF THE HOLES FOR WALL FIXING AND FOR FIXING HINGES ONTO THE FRAME PROFILES. THE VARIOUS PROCESS PHASES OF THE CORRESPONDING STARMATIC AND STARFIX MODULES ARE OPTIMISED BY THE LINE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TO REDUCE THE DOOR/WINDOW FRAME PRODUCTION TIME.
