INSERMATIC H2B/BA Automatic bench for hardware screwing simultaneously on the two sides of the frame and for automatic rotation of the same. Complete with hardware pre-assembly workbench and hardware storage with up to 42 positions. Available with automatic frame traversing system (BA version). Insermatic is fully-programmable from the console. It most commonly receives data from a hardware management system that automatically programmes screwing.

A vision detection system of the hardware holes scans the profile and identifies the screwing points in which, subsequently, it inserts the screws. No data transfer is necessary.

EASY STORAGE

Effortless perfect storage. All the version may use the optional hardware storage with 21 or 42 positions. The slots above the workbench allow for the spacious click-on storage of different types of hardware to install on the frame. Insermatic is the one guiding the operator in all phases. Once the hardware package barcode is scanned, a system of LED lights guides the operator to find the right loading location in the back part. The hardware making up a door is identified by the switching on of frontal LED lights placed on the slots of the storage. An optical switch turns off the LED lights, as soon as the operator has carried out the pick-up of the component to use. Additional drawers find a spot inside the frame supporting workbench, for easy accessory storage and pick-up.


BLOCK AND ASSEMBLE

Translates and shears. A system of removable pneumatic clamps provide for locking of the frame on the internal side. An optional system provides the exact reading of the measure of the glass-stopper and a label is printed which will be subsequently scanned through a barcode for the cutting off phase. The CN shear carries out a precise cut of the hardware, without the need for manual adjustment. Positioning of the hardware shaving stop happens automatically through the frame information acquired automatically by Insermatic.


Just one finger for everything. The touch-screen interface and the particularly intuitive software make the use of Insermatic extremely simple. All the functions and information may also be recalled to the screen with just one finger. The console moves on scrolling guides and allows to always position oneself in and optimal position and in proximity to the frame.


MOVING SYSTEM Insermatic: Frames in movement. After having positioned the hardware, the frame is automatically handles for the following screwing phases. The conveyor belt moves the frame to position it on the automatic screwing workbench and at the same time the sensor system detects its dimensions. Locking of the frame is ensured by pneumatic independent clamps which are configured automatically according to the dimensions of the frame, also in the presence of eventual beams. On V1 models an optional sensor reads the detection of the position of the beams and the data is acquired by the machine without the need for an intervention by the operator.


PROCESS AND WORK

Already done. Insermatic V1 is equipped with the Artificial Vision System. An infrared camera carried out scanning of the sides of the frame and allows for correct selfprogramming of the holes/screw coordinates. The machine is able to also detect eventual hardware positioning errors. An automatic precision screwdriver equipped with screw feeder storage performs screwing with extreme speed.


Simultaneous screwing. The Insermatic H2 workbench allows simultaneous screwing on two sides of the frame thanks to the presence of two automatic pneumatic screwdrivers, that fasten the hardware to the frame. Once the frame has been rotated, the machine fastens the other two sides. All operations are performed in half the amount of time.


Always ready. A supplementary optional loader allows screws to be fed into the automatic screwdrivers with special length screws. Insermatic is equipped with a mobile blade system which ensures locking in case of frames with stop. The blades self-adapt to the stop dimensions and ensure the perfect grip of the clamp on the internal side of the frame. Without this task it would be very difficult to maintain a sure grip during the frame rotation phases. A spacious two slot screw storage allows feeding of the automatic screwdrivers with screws of different types and lengths.

ROTATE AND FINISH

“Rotate and Flip� The frame rotation system, managed electronically, carries out rotation on the 4 sides of the frame while simultaneously a pneumatic precision screwdriver fixes its perimeter hardware. The unload workbench is equipped with a hydraulic system for flipping, bringing the frame into vertical position, and it facilitates the pick-up operations for the following coupling operations by the operator.
