Bredgar Mar 2025: Being part of Our Community Multi Academy Trust (OCMAT) strengthens Bredgar’s ability to live up to its foundation as a Church school. This supports the growth of both staff and pupils building courageous and ambitious relationships.
The trust enhances professional development through shared work across the schools. This impacts positively on the quality of the RE curriculum, deepening pupils’ knowledge and understanding of a range of worldviews and faiths.
Selling May 2024: The Trust has provided valuable encouragement to Selling, aiding it to develop as a Church school. Staff training and challenge have fostered the best possible impact for those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), in particular. The local monitoring council are aware of their responsibilities and monitoring reports clearly reference the school’s vision. This gives governors a secure understanding of how the Christian values are lived out daily.
