Newsquest is a major internet player, with a network of more than 160 local newspaper and portal websites that are independently audited. It also provides a comprehensive printing service, as well full contract printing services, including page design, distribution (including Royal Mail coordination) and digital conversion of newspaper and magazine publications to companies and organisations. The Gazette series is part of Newsquest Wales and Gloucestershire and is based in Dursley. Established in 1878, The Gazette series has served communities in Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire for over 100 years. There are three editions of the paper: • • •

The papers are regarded by those in the areas as a valued and reliable source of news and information. Readers are evenly mixed, with 51%being female and 49%male. 28%of readers are aged between 25-44. 40%of readers are aged 55+.
