Besides Taiwan, there is a growing demand for these delicacies in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau. In these areas, the sales of Crispy Giant Squid can be as high as 800 pieces per day, 600 pieces Golden Chicken Drumstick per day and 600 pieces Crispy Chicken Breast per day. The multiple products marketed through our chain-stores allow sales to be maximized by catering to the differing needs of our consumers. When a customer orders a Crispy Giant Squid, there is every likelihood that he/ she will also request for a beverage. Such mutual leveraging maximizes sales and is a model commonly seen in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and United States. Market studies carried out in many countries, including Malaysia, have found that the model currently adopted by most chain-stores generally allows for the marketing of a single product only. It is almost impossible to find a model which provides technical trainings, knowledge transfers, kitchen set-up and business strategies development for various products, all for an affordable investment.


酥炸大鱿鱼

▎酥炸大鱿鱼 介绍 采用新鲜深海大鱿鱼,选用每只重达250g~300g的巨无霸深海大鱿鱼,因为肉质 鲜美肥嫩,所以整体口感相当鲜甜美味! 将整只新鲜深海大鱿鱼去除内脏后,立即冰镇保持新鲜!再裹上一层独家配方的 (北海道鲜奶面浆),最后再沾上独家配方的酥脆粉,以190度高温油炸,起锅后 再淋上各式的酱料或撒上各式调味粉!外皮酥脆,内层鲜甜!再沾上独家的酱料 或调味粉真是人间美味! 在店内最常听到的一句话就是:「小心!烫口哦」!消费者可以选择切或不切, 但是大多数的消费者还是会选择不切!因为深海大鱿鱼实在是太大只了,拿在手 中更显招摇醒目…

▎About Crispy Giant Squid Fresh deep sea squids, each weighing approximately between 250g – 300g, are cleaned and then dipped in a batter, whipped up according to our exclusive recipe. They are then deep fried at a temperature of 190 Celsius. The end product is crisp on the outside but succulent and tender on the inside. A range of dipping sauces is available to suit the preference of discriminating palates. Customers tempted to dig in upon receipt of this mouth-watering snack are cautioned to “be careful as it is hot”. While some may request for the delicacy to be sliced into bite-size portions, more often than not our customers choose to partake the snack as it is, turning heads and drawing curious glances to the scrumptious Giant Squid-on-a-stick held in their hands.


酥脆鸡排

▎酥脆鸡排 介绍 精心挑选带骨大鸡胸肉,每块大鸡胸肉重达250g,再将带骨大鸡胸肉浸泡在独家 配方的酱料腌渍18小时,腌渍入味后,外层再裹上一层独家研发的脆皮粉,最后 再以180度高温油炸;整体口感除了肉汁饱满之外,鸡排的外皮非常酥脆,目前这 款脆皮粉在台湾、日本、香港、上海造成轰动!马来西亚市场绝无仅有,而且外 皮不会感到一点油腻!主要原因是本公司所研发的脆皮粉本身除了外皮酥脆可以 封锁肉汁之外,最重要的是具备不吸油的特性!就是这个脆皮口感与不吸油的特 性与市面上的鸡排完全不同!

▎About Crispy Chicken Breast Given the prevalence of chicken as part of the Malaysian diet, this white meat is carefully sourced to meet the high expectations of our customers. Each chicken breast weight around 250g is thoroughly marinated to enhance its texture and flavor. It is then coated in our secret flour and deep fried at 180 Celsius. On top of giving 'crunchiness' to the final product, the flour also possesses a quality which reduces the amount of oil absorbed into the meat. Hence, the essential juiciness of the Crispy Chicken Breast is not marred by a greasy after taste. It come as no surprise why this product is widely accepted not only in Taiwan, but in Japan, Hong Kong and Shanghai as well. The unique characteristic of the flour was discovered through the ongoing experimentation and research which takes place at our food laboratory.


黄金右腿 ▎黄金右腿 介绍 所谓(黄金右腿)就是(焗烤cheese鸡腿)加上(生菜沙拉),也称为(PIZZA鸡腿)! 它的制作方式与PIZZA的制作概念是一样的!不同的是PIZZA是以面皮当作底, (黄金右腿)是以去骨大鸡腿当作底! 先将新鲜去骨大鸡腿排以特殊香料与酱料腌渍入味后,外层再裹上一层独家研发 的脆皮粉,最后再以180度高温油炸;油炸完成后,在大鸡腿排上面撒上一层意 大利MOZZARELLA CHEESE(莫札瑞拉起司),再以190度烤箱焗烤4分钟,经过焗烤 过后的大鸡腿排除了充满CHEESE的香浓味道之外,外表呈现出诱人的金黄色鸡腿 ,所以才叫做(黄金右腿);最后在包装盒底层铺上生菜沙拉,再将焗烤后之黄金 右腿放在沙拉上面,并且撒上一层香料! 当一口吃下黄金右腿之后,除了鸡腿本身外皮酥脆,内层多汁的口感之外,更能 看到CHEESE的拉长丝与吃到浓郁的CHEESE香味,如果喜欢吃辣的民众,还可以加 上一点(墨西哥辣味莎莎酱),味道会更不同!

▎About Golden Chicken Drumstick The Golden Chicken Drumstick consists of a drumstick baked with a layer of cheese, on a bed of salad. It is also known as 'Pizza Drumstick' because it is prepared in much the same way as a pizza. In this instance, however, a large, boneless drumstick has been substituted for the base of pizza dough. The fresh drumstick is initially seasoned with spices and marinated in sauces to bring out its flavour, before being coated with our secret flour and fried in oil heated to 180 Celsius. Later, mozzarella cheese strands are added and it is baked at 190 Celsius till it attains the golden yellow hue from which this delicacy gets its name. A juicy drumstick is sealed beneath a crisp layer of our exclusive, minimal-oil-absorbant flour and topped with nutritious cheese. Some lettuce salad and dipping sauce of the customer's choosing accompanies this delicacy. Our Mexican Salsa sauce is recommended for customers who want their meal to have that spicy-kick.
