FULTON MARKET

Fulton Market is a historic district near downtown Chi cago that was once full of factories and workers, and is now a lively district full of shopping, restaurants, ho tels, and businesses.

We were tasked with designing a mixed-use building that is 40% retail and 60% office space.

MU Child Development Center

For this project, we were tasked with designing a new building for the University of Missouri Child Development Center. The design contains two floors: the first floor fea tures a large, two story lobby, classrooms, an indoor play ground, cafeteria and kitchen, multipurpose room/gym, and other learning centers. The second floor houses the offices for HDFS, CDL, and CFPR, as well as research labs and classrooms. The design also features observation rooms in between every other classroom to observe the children as they learn.

Lambertville Art Museum

This project is located in Lambertville, New Jersey next to the Delaware Riv er. It features large gallery spaces on the first and second floor, as well as an outdoor sculpture garden, and a cafe on the third floor. There’s also an event space on the second floor that over looks the river.

Current Project - Thesis

This project is this semester’s project for Thesis and is still currently being worked on. It is not finished yet. It is for the Solar Decathlon in the Mix - Use Multi - Family division (apartments). It will have a center courtyard, retail and commercial spaces, rooftop garden, and rooftop lounge. It will also have many sustainability features as well, including solar panels, rainwater collection systems, and more.
