Dreams like this do come true, at The Elegant Barn. The Elegant Barn is a year round venue, with both indoor and outdoor space. Our one acre venue features various types of trees, hedges, spacious lawns, and flower gardens. All of the vintage bulb lighting, various trees illuminated with lights, garden arbors, and hanging chandeliers, simply compliment an already naturally beautiful venue. It is our vision to help you experience the wedding day of your dreams. The venue is conveniently located in the Town of Gilbert. It is a popular venue for weddings and other events. We would be honored to host your event at our venue.

Basic Package $2,600 + tax to rent the venue Total with tax equals $2,828.80 You will receive twelve hours of venue access to The Barn, the courtyard, and the farmhouse 10:00am to 10:00pm Our 2,700 square foot rustic barn features Elegant chandelier lighting, set to dimmer switches (10) Round Reception Tables with linens, and (80) chairs Sweetheart table with your choice of chairs Towering burlap curtains at main barn door entry Seating for up to 233 guests inside the barn (or a maximum of 300 guests with outside use). Our outdoor garden courtyard features A dramatic staircase (perfect for a grand entrance) A canopy of vintage bulb lighting Trees wrapped in lights with hanging chandeliers A beautifully constructed, wooden rustic ceremony backdrop with cathedral window A carefully laid out, meandering flagstone pathway, leading to the altar Included is access to the venue’s Farmhouse Caterer’s plating kitchen with a vast amount of counter space Bride’s room with en-suite bathroom and closet A sitting room to relax with comfortable sofas and chairs

The Courtyard

The Elegant Barn - rustic elegance full of charm and carefully laid out details to delight the eye. These details were thoughtfully put into place to bring bliss, happiness, and comfort on a day so special as your wedding day. The Elegant Barn not only brings balance between rustic and elegance, but the natural beauty as well as a traditional setting for a breathtaking experience at our venue during any season.

Frequently Asked Questions Are there time restrictions on my event and event set up? When you book an event at The Elegant Barn the standard booking time is 12 hours. 10am – 10pm. How much is the deposit to hold my wedding date? The deposit is $500 and the remaining balance must be paid to The Elegant Barn 60 days prior to the wedding. What forms of payment do you accept? The Elegant Barn accepts the following forms of payment: Checks, Cash, and Credit Card (3% addition al charge when paying by credit card). Is there a security deposit? Yes, there is a fully refundable security deposit of $500 that will be returned to you unless damage has occurred or excess cleaning is needed. Is anything included in addition to the event spaces? We include ten tables, with ivory or dove tablecloths, and 80 chairs. We also include a sweet-heart table with your choice of two vintage chairs, and two rustic barnwood tables. The outdoor courtyard includes a barnwood ceremony backdrop. Additional tables, chairs and linens are available from our preferred vendor, Native Events, at a special price. They also have additional linen color selections. Is the barn air-conditioned and heated? Of course. We have four air conditioning systems (14 tons!). During events, we do ask that the large barn doors be closed after guests arrive to keep the temperature comfortable.

Is there a bridal room? Yes, there is Bride’s Room, a Groom’s Room and a sitting area inside the farmhouse that are included in the rental price. Do you allow alcohol? At this time, alcohol is not permitted at The Elegant Barn. Should you desire an “after party”, we have arranged a special with Dos Gringos (1/2 mile away) for our clients. Are there any restrictions with music? The Elegant Barn allows music until 9:30 pm. No amplified speakers/music are allowed outside the barn, however, you may direct music from inside the barn to the courtyard, or have low level courtyard music by performers. DJ style entertainment may be played inside the Barn when all doors are closed. Can you help with vendor selection? The Elegant Barn has at least two preferred vendors for every function needed. However, you can use your own vendors (or do it yourself!), we just ask that you coordinate with us. Does The Elegant Barn provide any staff to assist with my event? Yes! We provide venue staff for the day of, including an event manager, and traffic control staff (for parking). We also offer help with set-up, tear-down, cleanup, table waiters and food service assistance upon request. Please ask us about cost for additional staff. Are there hotels nearby? There are several hotels within ten minutes of The Elegant Barn and we have arranged special prices at several for your guests should they choose to book accommodations at one.
