To make the harvesting faster they use machine to cut the leaves. The cutter is operated by two people.

From the factory, different steps required to make tea. First, drying-spread the tea leaves on the mat and put it under the sun. In this step the leaves loose about 60% of their moisture. Second, rolling –in this step all the liquids found in leaves will be released in order to allow fermentation and oxidation of the leaf to begin. Third, fermentation-in this step, the enzymes of the leaves are bound to the oxygen in the air. I takes three hours to do this. The leaves will become black and can develop a great taste. The last step is drying again, to make long-lasting tea, they need to dry if longer to produce good product. The factory who is making the tea that we are drinking now will do the process of putting the tea leaves in bag, packed it and delivered to the supermarket all over the world where we can buy and use it as drinking in our home.
