SHOP IN SHOP In order to update the merchandising for a shop in shop in an airport, I worked closely with the NL team, in charge of this project. With the buy here, I created 3D visuals in order to have an overview of the collection set-up for both men and women.


MEN

WOMEN


RAMADAN Working in the MEA+ department, we have to create special guidelines for this market. During Ramadan for exemple, in the arabic countries like Qatar, UAE, Saudi arabia, a special collection is placed in the store with a special set-up and POS. Here is an overview of the Visual Merchandising set-up.


Use age group 8-16 on the rolling racks

Add other items on the table to finish the outfits, such as shoes, jackets or cardigans. Use age group 3y - 7y ont the table

Place the newborn items on the 2 benches or low table

* Please use the same guidelines for the Parc Table set, Picknick table set and other fixtures


Youpijob


LUCY YoupiJob is a French company. The system helps these ‘jobbers’ to connect with ‘posters’ to find the most appropriate opportunities in their local area. The intricate system means that specific skills are taken into account to ensure every match is ideal and crucially, at a price and time that suits the candidate. Lucy is an artificial intelligence guiding the jobbers on YoupiJob. This is the first time a company is using this type of technology on this market. YoupiJob accualy applied a patent for Lucy and creating an original avatar was essential.


FLYER YOUPIJOB / IKEA With the new partnership between YoupiJob and IKEA in France, YoupiJob needs an efficient way to communicate the brand identity and tariffs.


NEWSLETTER Every week, newsletters are sent in order to maintain contact with both jobbers and posters. This is a crucial part of the marketing process in adding value to their services and showing their expertise and credibility.


Global design


LA SCALA History Located in the Porte Saint-Denis district in the northeast of central Paris, La Scala was originally a music hall which opened in 1900. It was screening films as part of its music hall programme by 1903. It was modernised in 1936 to the plans of architect Maurice Gridaine and given an Art Deco style and was operating as a cinema. In the early-1980’s it was converted into a 5-screen cinema, and later was screening adult films. The Scala had closed by 1993, and in 2014 the building is still shuttered and unused. In the summer of 2016 work began on renovating the building, with plans to re-open in 2018. Subject Frederic Biessy and his wife, owners of La Scala are currently renovating the theater They gave us the opportunity to work on this amazing project with only one restriction: proposing a strong and quirky concept.

GUERLAIN 48 This is a new concept store for Guerlain based on a new version of the product La Petite Robe Noire. La Petite Robe Noire targets young women. In order to increase its market share and touch older customers, La Petite Robe Noire evolves into a new product, gets married and becomes La Petite Robe Blanche. This new perfume is more mature with spring and floral fragrances.

In the store of Champs ElysĂŠes in Paris, the main entrance guides the visitors through a pink carpet leading to the podium where La Petite Robe Blanche is. Displays for other Guerlain franchises like Idylle or Shalimar are located on the sides.

This second-hand clothing store wants to refurbish the space and highlight their customised clothing brand: Ceterrra. The objective is to preserve their brand identity, which is based on recycling. That's why I selected recycled pallets for the front shop, for the Ceterra clothes ranks and for the shoe holders.
