From a capacity of 120 pigs it is financially advantageous to use EMF - scalding tunnels (8) for vertical scalding of the animals.

Because of complete in-house planning and in combination with our own building department it is possible, at short notice, to alter the parameters of the building and to create a total supply „building“. This is usually a steel warehouse with insulated panelling, including doors, gates, refrigeration, compressed air and in accordance with your individual requirements either offered or provided.

Brush washing system cleaning the carcasses to minimize pollution of the scalding water.
Hang-up elevator to transfer the stunned or already bled carcasses to the pipe track.
Stunning trap for small and medium slaughtering capacities. Various stunning systems are available: electric stunning, heart/brain stunning or stunning by CO2. Depending on the slaughtering capacity fully automatic stunning restrainers are another option.
Combined scalding and dehairing machine.
Scalding and dehairing machine with paddle wheel scalding trough for time and temperaturecontrolled scalding of the carcasses in water. Automatic transfer to the 2-roller dehairing machine, where the hair is gently and carefully removed by means of plastic dehairing beaters which are partly fitted with scrapers. This process is followed by high-capacity singeing, carried out by 9 or 12 propane or natural gas fan burners.
4 Bleeding EMF supplies vertical and horizontal bleeding installations depending on the slaughtering capacity. Edible blood for further processing can be extracted if a hollow knife is used.
Whip washing machine for the final cleaning of the singed carcasses to remove any bristles that may be left in difficult to access places.

Slaughter hall with lifting and stationary platforms Ergonomically designed workplaces for effective operation. For optimal processing and inspection of the carcasses the stationary platforms vary in height.
Scalding tunnel for water scalding in suspended mode The scalding tunnel for the vertical scalding of pig carcasses (economic for capacities of 120 pigs and more) is designed for scalding the pigs in suspended mode. The unit is equipped with high-grade steel panels ensuring a long product life. Water recirculation is perfor- med by recirculation pumps. Special sensors control the temperature and water levels.

Organ conveyor for the transportation of red and white organs.
Intestine processing with reception, grading table and various machines for cleaning and defattening of the intestines, followed by preservation and storage in an intestine cold store.
Cold stores with various cooling and freezing temperatures for varying capacities. Also available with automatic pipe track conveyor and destination control system.
