Small implants are placed above the gum level, so your denture can have forces applied during your healing phase. Approximate costs involved: £2,400 per set. Conventional Implants: Three implants are inserted into the bone. Implants are placed into the jaw and a 6-8 week healing period follows. They are then uncovered and your denture is attached to give you the retention and stability you require. Approximate costs involved: £5,000 per set. All-on-four Fixed Teeth: remaining teeth removed and gap replaced with fixed teeth in just one day. Two implants are placed at the front of the mouth and two at the side. These are angled to provide the best platform. We then place an immediate fixed bridge so you leave with a brand new set of fixed teeth. Approximate costs involved: £12,500 to £15,000 per arch.
