Corbin & Co Review of 2017 2017 has been a busy but exciting year at Corbin & Co with the expansion of both our Sales & Lettings Teams. Alison Mitchell has taken on the role of Sales Director and has been joined by Matthew Tucker who brings a wealth of experience from his time as a Manager with a large corporate estate agent. To accommodate the larger team, we have opened an additional new office at Northbourne/Parley which will enable us to offer our services to a wider audience. As part of the expansion we have also invested in new technology, with the launch of a new TV channel, video tours and, unique to Corbin & Co, we are able to offer our Vendors and Landlords their own property website, which enables their property to be

shared across social media and reach more potential buyers and tenants than Rightmove alone. We have always taken pride in how we present and market our client’s properties and we are very excited about being able to offer this unique marketing tool which will ensure our properties stand out from the crowd and sell and let faster, at the best possible price. On the Letting side of the business, we have been joined by John Boult who previously worked in a busy letting agents in Bournemouth. John brings with him youth, energy, enthusiasm and drive!!! We have also invested in new technology which will enable us to give our Landlords improved and more detailed inspection reports in 2018.
The end of the year has seen us looking towards 2018, which I am sure will bring its challenges, but we will be prepared. We are reviewing what we do to see how we can become more efficient and improve the service we give to our clients and, whilst we recognise the importance of technology, I believe it’s the PEOPLE working in the business that really make the difference to the service our clients receive. It’s about treating people as individuals, doing what we say we are going to do and acting with honesty and integrity.
