by Lacie Introducing the Tunic Collection There is creativity, clarity, elegance, discretion, integrity, and substance in crocheted garments. While, I design for others, I would love to share my feeling with my clientele. I would like my clientele to feel confident the way I am experiencing it through what I wear. It is uplifting, physically and emotionally! That way, one can give happiness to yourself and to others. The Cupani clothing line is definitely not my only link to my creative work, rather it is something I pride myself on and work every day to improve it. I am combining crochet, sewing, and clothing and jewelry design. The stance we take at Cupani is one that is geared towards the clientele of beauty of stylish crochet inspired by history, nature, and science. Cupani in 5 words? Historic, scientific, playful, romantic, and dynamic. Historically needlecraft crochet is an old concept. Laces have left traces in history with attractive comfortable styles still encountered today. Scientific is because geometry and mathematics are the fundaments of crochet. Traditionally, lace is very sensual - it playfully and romantic reveals and hides at the same time. Color psychology is a completely new field that impacts the beauty of crochet today. Dynamism in crochet allows to combine different crochet styles and techniques. Behind the Collection: A look into WaZeil and UaZit’s Unique Designs

T

he story of Stalph begins in June 2014 when fate brought WaZeil and UaZit together. They were immediately drawn to each other's unique flare and extraordinary artistry. Nine months later, in March 2015, their baby Stalph was born.

It made them feel more unified in public and they felt a new sense of confidence in each other. The idea sparked quite an interest and quickly caught on with others, which led WaZeil to launch WAZUAZcollection in October 2015; the first clothing collection under Stalph.

Their brand Stalph was birthed to prompt everyone into simply pursuing their dreams. WaZeil and UaZit strive to encourage individuals to make a living out of what excited them, rather than living the mundane lifestyle our culture has deemed proper. To them, if you can achieve that, then you have unlocked freedom. Stalph is dedicated to promoting self-love and the freedom of self-expression, without censorship, through their many forms of creativity. They immerse themselves into music production, photography, videography, stop motion, graphic design, animation, painting and fashion design.

Stalph supports all love including selflove and this was carried directly into WAZUAZcollection. The collection was created to rid individuals of insecurities and fuel a new wave of harmony between couples of ALL kinds. Each article of clothing has a compliment for the same or opposing sex. WAZUAZcollection is completely designed and sewn by WaZeil herself with a rather unique, customizable and custom fit process to ensure each couple has a one-of-a-kind set that is just for them. WaZeil and UaZit exemplify genuine self-love while wearing WAZUAZcollection pieces and want everyone to feel that kind of freedom. With the launch of Stalph, WaZeil began That is the purpose of the collection experimenting with the idea of after all. complimenting outfits for herself and UaZit to wear every day in public, for photo shoots and to events. It has been thought of as taboo to match your partner while getting dressed but determined to bust out of the box of convention, they decided to test the idea of matching. -WaZeil and UaZit They found that it actually brought them closer together.
