Create a culture of electrostatic discharge prevention throughout the plant, in a fun and participatory way, which reinforces the correct habits daily.

This playbook will guide us in the implementation and standardization of this program.

• ESD program management: Develop internal policies, procedures, and standards for electrostatic discharge control.
• Monitoring and measurement: Coordinate testing of floors, workstations, wrist straps, mats, ionizers, and antistatic clothing; maintain audit records.
• Training and awareness: Create and deliver training to operational, maintenance, and quality personnel on ESD issues.
• Internal and external audits: Prepare the plant for customer audits and certifications, implement corrective action plans.
• Coordination: Work with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure program compliance.

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in ESD control or in quality/engineering areas in electronic manufacturing environments.
• Technical knowledge: ANSI/ESD S20.20, IEC 61340, or other equivalent standards; ESD measurement tools; risk analysis and continuous improvement methods (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
