Point cloud data generated from 82scan positionwhich acquired for Tiran Ethem BeyMosque with 3D laser scanner used to create poly-data. Despite of lacking of a Country Coordinate System for Tiran Ethem Bey Mosque, a Project Coordinate System created for architectural plan drawing for certain levels. A convenient poly-data model make it possible to generate architectural plans, sections from any part of the structure.

Ethem Bey Mosque located in the centre of Tirana is one of the most important monuments left from Ottoman Empire in the city. It dated from 16th century and is built by Ethem Beu, local governor of Ottoman Empire. Beside the repairmen and restorations carried out though out the history, the building preserves its main characteristics. The restoration project prepared by EKOL Company includes the detailed survey drawing measured by Laser Scanner (Faro Focus 3D) and preparations of point cloud data together with CAD drawings; restitution drawings based on historical researches of the archive documents, written data and traces observed in the building; material analysis done on the material samples taken from the building and analyses in specific laboratories; historical report; conservation studies; geological and static analysis; and the restoration proposal, which is based in preserving the original and conserving the building by using the appropriate techniques and materials.

Berat Bachelor Mosque Restoration Project
Berat Bachelorsâ€™ Mosque is an example of 19th century Ottoman period religious buildings in Berat, Albania. . Considering the tablet above the entrance door of the Mosque, it was constructed by Suleiman Pasha Vlora, son of Ibrahim Pasha Vlora in Hijri 1234 (1827/28) (Kiel, 1990, s. 73). The Restoration Project was prepared and sent to Institute of Monuments of Albania waiting to be applied.

Iljaz Mirahor Bey Mural Painting Conservation Project
As a construction manager was responsible to supervise the conservation of mural pa ration procedures were done under my supervision based on the project prepared by o upper layers of the wall to reveal the mural paintings, consolidation the damaged par inal paintings. Evaluation of Conservation Problems of the Lead Mosque in Scutari, Albania
The Lead mosque was built in 1773-1774 by Mehmet Pashe Bushatliu and is one of the oldest mosques in Albania and one of the most important ones until the 20th Century. The Lead Mosque in Scutari was chosen as the subject of my master thesis because of the importance it has in the category of monument in Albania. It is the only representative type of classical Ottoman mosques in Scutari. The aim of the study was to analyze the conservation problems of the Lead Mosque in Scutari and develop a conservation project for the historical mosque. The study included developing a restoration project proposal with two aims; first to protect it from further damage and introduce present restoration interventions, and secondly to increase its attention in the category of cultural heritage in Scutari and in Albania.

Ottoman khans, built in the cities, are cultural assets that need to be preserve Karaosmanoğlu Khan, which is located in Kemeraltı, the historical market district tics. The khan dates back to the beginning of the 19th century and is still used ventions. These inappropriate interventions and neglected condition also brought
ed as they reflect the social, cultural and economic condition of the cities of the time when they were built. Great of Ä°zmir, Turkey, is one of the surviving khans that has considerably preserved its original architectural characterisfor commercial purposes. However, it has been subjected to partial demolishment and a series of inappropriate intert some material problems to the building.
The aim of this study is to evaluate all these problems and present restoration decisions for conservation of the building. The restoration proposal aims to preserve the remaining original characteristics, to reveal the lost values within the scope of contemporary conservation theory as well as to find a compatible use for the building.
Restoration project of a historical house in Germiyan street, KĂźtahya
The house is located in a historical part of KĂźtahya and there are lots of other historical buildings near study area. The house tells lots of information about the lifestyle and construction techniques of those times. The environment which is composed of these historical buildings is worthy to be protected and transmitted to next generations with its values. The aim of study was; to document the current situation of the building by preparing survey drawings and reports; to study the conservation problems of the structure and materials; prepare the analytical drawings and report for the current situation of the building; to prepare a historical study and restitution drawings; evaluate the building by comparing it to other historical houses of the same typology; and to propose a restoration project.
Conservation project of the house was based on the international charters of Restoration and the evaluation study of the building based on its values. The building has shown to have some architectural, environmental and social values that can contribute in the development of the zone. It is recognized as the â€œPink houseâ€? by the residents in the area and it is located in the corner of the Germiyan street which is a preserved street in the city of Kutahya, Turkey.
Preservation and Development of Hatuniye Historical Distric, Izmir, Turkey
Surveys were taken from the residents to understand the problem of the area. Questions related with the building they live, facilities they have and the problems they face were asked in the survey in order to help in preparation of the conservation proposals. Different types of maps were prepared to understand and analyze the historical district. Building function map, building typology map, solid and voids, circulation and traffic map, material use map, landmarks and monuments map, services and tourism facility map, period of construction map and greenery site plan drawings were prepared by the group.
Facades of the main streets were measured and drawn and sections of them were taken. Hatuniye district is an old neighborhood in the city of Izmir, Turkey. It consists of civil architecture buildings and most of which date back to the 19th and 20th century and are in need of attention.
Preservation and Development of Basmane Street. BASMANE RIVIVAL Basmane district was an important region in the city of Izmir showing many historical strata and the collaboration of different cultures in its development. Even though the geographical position of the district shows many potential it again need to tell again it importance it had in the past. It needs to be revived.
The vision of this project is revitalization of the study area by increasing the density and types of development and making the area more desirable (more residents, more jobs). It is based in four key words for development of Social life; development of economy of the zone; development and improvement of built environment and natural environment. Preservation of historic urban character and valuable architectural resources (blocks, street, and buildings) will be proposed and improvement of the circulation with safe and pedestrian priority streets with relevant lightening, and to improve and promote local utilities, green areas, renewable energy, creative jobs, activities etc.
Tirana Multimodal Terminal Create a multimodal terminal that will serve the whole city of Tirana and mostly be benefited by the region close by the site. Projects started by analyzing the contest of the region and the general transportation cycle of Tirana, the content of what was needed where the general concept of the project was founded. -Increase the Greenery and create a structure environmental friendly inside a park -Terminal as a collection point of people that use the train, bus, tramway and car. Tarraced Row Housing + Apartment Building Design in Korca
Housing system was required to be designed along the park and the main street in city of Korca. In order to integrate the park with the housing and be part of it was designed a formed which has openings to let the flotation of the park in the housing block. It was designed as a 3 story building and its mission was to create more community within the neighborhood.

Techno City Sita Plan and Incubator Building Design Increase the wealth of its community by promoting the culture of innovation and the competitiveness. The purpose of the project is to create high quality of space and increase innovation in relation with technology. The point is to bring a new beginning to the region and relate it to the existing campus of university. It will be an innovation research center to be used by students and academicians. A complex of out and in space to be used by all is considered. The concept of the design will be the integration of spaces in use and in function. The buildings will be integrated to the nature by creating sloppy green roofs which can be used as resting place. Incubator will be the center of the innovation center. It is designed to be a focal point between the university campus and the innovation center. Public spaces will be designed inside and outside of the building. In front will be a mini amphitheater that can be used for small shows, exhibitions or any other activity, and as a resting place. The roof, as in other buildings, will be accessible and used as part of landscape.
Epoka University Entrance Gate Design The main idea of designing the gate of Epoka University was the shifting of a normal rectangular door form shape with rounded edges and connects in the middle. The gate will serve as the security and traffic control of the campus by having a pedestrian pass in the middle and the cars in two sides of it. It will be a reinforced concrete structure in order to fit the existing buildings in the campus. Outside was planned to have a textured plaster and inside the walls will be covered by timber.
University Library Building Design
A new library was to be designed in Epoka University Campus. It will fit the content of the existing campus and will be its designed to resemble the surrounded landscape as the building itself will be integrated to landscape by having an accessi as a public building to call the student to spend more time in the center of books. 3 Part House
A house to share three functions; hostel; architectural studio and mainly a home. The building was designed as a three part house with three main building connected in the middle by a circular shape, where will be functioned as the meeting place of all functions. The landscape surrounding the building is designed to serve the function of the buildings. There will be an integration of public, private and semi private spaces.
Forest House A house designed in the woods. Integration of the form to the landscape and the slope of the territory was the main point of the project. It will be a two story house with a gallery.
Korca City Center Masterplan
Korca focusing a region of 360,000 inhabitants is surrounded by dramatic mountains and a wide valley. Its urban morphology reflects the ambition of returning emigrants and wealth as well as the historically strong trade. The aim of project was to find a clear concept, which integrates a traffic and pedestrian rational with the qualitative and development needs of the city a commercial strategy, administrative facilities and residential development. There were identified five zones for the revitalization of city centre. Each zone possessing its own unique character, together they add up to a network of urbane public spaces. Communist road in front of the Cathedral Square will be turned into a woonerven street making an extension of the Square itself.
Lotting Plan, New Neighborhood Design Located adjacent to the artificial lake of Tirana a new neighborhood of the city will be design. Lotting plans based on the regulations of the city plan will be planned and integrated to the region. Traffic should be controlled, services should be added and housing lots should be designed. There will be residential, commercial and mix use regions.
Islam Alla Woonerf Street The street was converted to a woonerf by controlling the traffic and use greenery as the identity of the place. It was proposed to be paved with 30x30 cm concrete tiles which are put 5 cm far from each other and is filled with grass, which helps in the drainage of the road. The tiles will gave a gradual differentiation in level in order to control the traffic. We will use pergolas which are structures to hold the jasmine flower: give a typical aroma and identify the street. Between the pergolas are some wood benches.
