What you eat actually affects your skin. Poor eating habits make it harder for your body to fight infections, and this can lead to an increase in bacteria-triggered acne. You should limit your intake of sugar, and try to eat a diet that has plenty of veggies and fruit. When you do this it will help you nourish your body and fight infections. You can use witch hazel to remove any leftover clay from your skin.
