U prethodnom periodu naš tim porastao je do rekordnih 550 + zaposlenih, proširili smo svoju djelatnost na 13 država, a naš portfolio obuhvata najširi spektar usluga u oblasti elektroenergetike. Svih ovih godina naš rast bio je usmjeren na isti cilj: stvaranje sigurnog, kvalitetnog i održivog energetskog okruženja. Čak i tokom ove pandemijske godine realizovali smo fascinantne projekte na područjima od najosamljenijih predjela Arktičkog kruga do domaćeg terena. Industrija obnovljivih izvora spremna je za veći udio u globalnom energetskom sistemu, a osnaženi i inspirisani svim velikim projektima iza nas, mi spremno čekamo naredne izazove. Hvala vam što ste bili dio našeg putovanja. Radujemo se mnogim godinama i zajedničkim projektima koji su pred nama. Podsjetiću još da empatija nikada nije bila važnija, jer su svačija iskustva s kovidom 19 toliko različita.

A truly incredible and exciting road is behind us. A great anniversary, as celebration of our 75 years long tradition surely is, motivated us to use this issue to write about all temporal dimensions of the Group. In previous period, our team has increased to reach a record number of 550+ employees, we have expanded our business activity to 13 states and our portfolio has grown to cover a widest spectrum of services in domain of electrical engineering. goal: creating a safe, high-quality and sustainable energy landscape. Even during this year of pandemic, we have finalized indeed fascinating projects in areas ranging from most isolated areas of Arctic circle to home field. Industry of renewable energy sources is eager to take an even higher share in the global energy system as a whole. Strengthened and inspired by great projects behind us, we are standing ready for challenges to come. Thank you for being a part of our journey. We are looking forward to many years to come as well as to working together on new projects before us. Let me also remind you that high diversity of experience each of us had with Covid 19 is what made empathy become important as never before.

NOVA EVROPSKA TRŽIŠTA Elnos Grupa ove godine uspješno je iskoračila na nova evropska tržišta – njemačko i holandsko. Svoje profesionalne sposobnosti u ovim zemljama potvrdili smo kroz realizaciju naših prvih zadataka iz oblasti izgradnje i rekonstrukcije novih dalekovoda te iz oblasti izgradnje industrijske infrastrukture. Pored toga, bogatiji smo i za dvije nove članice, Elnos Španiju i Elnos Portugal, osnovane s ciljem iskoraka na veliko tržište solarne energije u ove dvije zemlje. NEW EUROPEAN MARKETS This year, Elnos Group successfully stepped forward to new European markets – German and Dutch. We affirmed our professional capabilities in these countries through realization of our first tasks in the field of construction and reconstruction of new transmission lines as well as in the field of constructing industrial infrastructure. Apart from this, we are richer for two new member companies, Elnos Spain and Elnos Portugal, established in the aim of stepping forward to a big market of solar power in these two countries. Expansion to new markets was an awesome endeavor of our company in 2020 – the year of big challenges. We are sure that, in the upcoming period, we are going to continue to open doors of new projects in these countries.

Sa strategijom usmjerenom prema dugoročno profitabilnom rastu kompanije i profesionalnim pristupom modernim zahtjevima i tržištima budućnosti, Elnos Grupa je u ovoj, za privredu teškoj godini dodatno potvrdila svoju poziciju kao EPC orijentisana kompanija sa snažnom internacionalnom pozicijom. Uz primjenu najnovijih tehnologija i nova ulaganja u osnovna sredstva, planiramo nastaviti izvođenje perspektivnih i izazovnih projekata koji će i u budućnosti naše poslovanje činiti stabilnim i efikasnim.
HVDC interkonekcije su istinska remek-djela energetike budućnosti. Izuzetan pečat radu Elnos Grupe u prethodnom periodu donijelo je učešće u izgradnji dvije važne evropske HVDC interkonekcije. Naši timovi bili su dio izgradnje dva velika evropska HVDC sistema, interkonekcije MONITA – energetskog mosta između Crne Gore i Italije, i NordLink – najveće evropske HVDC interkonekcije između Njemačke i Norveške. Ponosni smo što smo kao dio ovih

ELNOS PORODICA RASTE Elnos Grupa danas je jedan veliki tim vrijednih i stručnih ljudi koji svojim predanim radom pomjeraju granice moderne energetike. Iz godine u godinu naš tim postaje sve veći i snažniji. Izrasli smo u koncern koji u 12 zemalja jugoistočne, centralne, južne i sjeverne Evrope (BiH, Srbiji, Hrvatskoj, Sjevernoj Makedoniji, Crnoj Gori, Sloveniji, Njemačkoj, Švedskoj, Norveškoj, Islandu, Španiji i Portugalu) zapošljava više od 550 radnika. BIG TECHNOLOGICAL STEPS FORWARD – HVDC TECHNOLOGIES
HVDC interconnections are true masterpieces of future energetics. Participation in construction of two very important HVDC interconnections was and extraordinary mark to work of Elnos Group in previous period. Our teams were a part of constructing two big European HVDC systems, interconnection MONITA – power bridge between Montenegro and Italy, and NordLink – biggest European HVDC interconnection between Germany and Norway. We are proud to contribute these magnificent endeavors through development of integrated European power market.

From one year to another, our team becomes bigger and stronger. Oba dalekovoda bila su stara više od četiri decenije. Ovo je bio projekat u okviru kojeg smo izvršili zamjenu faznih provodnika, izolatora i ovjesne opreme na dalekovodu St. Peter Nord te realizovali zamjenu izolatora i ovjesne opreme na dalekovodu Itterbach West.
HOLANDIJA – STVORILI SMO INDUSTRIJSKI LINK
NJEMAČKA – ISPISANI PRVI DALEKOVODNI PODVIZI Elnos Grupa već početkom ove godine dobila je priliku da u Njemačkoj, zemlji koja godinama unazad kotira kao najsnažnija privreda EU, potvrdi svoja znanja, profesionalni potencijal i visok stepen tehničkih standarda. Mogućnosti koje su nam otvorene uspješno smo realizovali, prvi put kroz naše učešće u projektu izgradnje 380 kV dvosistemskog dalekovoda Audorf–Flensburg, a potom i u okviru projekta rekonstrukcije 380 kV dalekovoda St. Peter Nord i 220 kV dalekovoda Itterbach West. Prvi projekat pred nas je stavio zadatak izvođenja elektromontažnih radova na izgradnji novog 380 kV dalekovoda Audorf–Flensburg na sjeveru Njemačke, u neposrednoj blizini granice sa Danskom. Našim ekipama povjereni su elektromontažni radovi i instalacija OPGW-a na tri sekcije ovog dalekovoda, što smo uspješno završili. Ubrzo nakon prvog uspješno završenog pro-
Prvi projekat na tržištu Holandije realizovali smo u oblasti industrijske infrastrukture, a u pitanju je bio zadatak obezbjeđivanja energetskog napajanje fabrike Calcit u blizini grada Terneuzena. Prva projektna misija u Holandiji povjerena je našoj slovenačkoj članici – ENS Slovenija. Njihov zadatak bio je da izvrše tri etape radova: izvođenje radova kojima će se obezbijediti energetsko napajanje fabrike, proizvodnju i instalaciju 33 elektro ormara te nabavku i montažu sistema ventilacije. Ekipe ENS Slovenije u okviru ovog projekta uradile su instalaciju visokonaponskih veza iz distributivne mreže, zajedno sa SN razvodnim postrojenjem i energetskim transformatorima te povezale energetske razvodne ormare sa svim upravljačkim vezama. Ovaj projekat ujedno je jedan od naših prvih značajnih iskoraka u oblasti proizvodnje na tržište EU, jer su instalirani elektro ormari proizvedeni u Elektromontažnoj radionici Banjaluka. Proizvodi iz ove radionice početkom tekuće godine postali su nosioci CE znaka, a Holandija, kao njihovo prvo odredište, najbolja je potvrda da uspješno kreću put tržišta EU.
GERMANY – FIRST TRANSMISSION LINE ACHIEVEMENTS
At the beginning of this year, Elnos Group got the opportunity to confirm its know-how, professional capacity and high level of technical standards in Germany, ranked as the strongest EU economy for years. The opportunities offered became successfully realized projects, first of such being our participation in construction of 380 kV double circuit transmission line Audorf–Flensburg, followed by reconstruction of 380 kV transmission line St. Peter Nord and 220 kV transmission line Itterbach West.
Within the first project, we were faced with a task to perform stringing on construction of new 380 kV transmission line Audorf–Flensburg in northern Germany, in proximity to Denmark border. Our teams were assigned to perform stringing of OPGW and conductor on three sections of new transmission line. The task was successfully completed. Shortly after successful completion of this first project in Germany, our team started with realization of new assignment in this country. In town Hilden, near Düsseldorf, we were a contractor on a project of reconstruction of sections of 380 kV transmission line St. Peter Nord and 220 kV transmission line Itterbach West. Both transmission lines were more than four decades old. Within this project we performed replacement of phase conductors, insulators and suspension equipment on transmission line St. Peter Nord and replacement of insulators and suspension equipment on transmission line Itterbach West.
THE NETHERLANDS– NEW INDUSTRIAL LINK PROVIDED Our first project on the market of the Netherlands was performed in the domain of industrial infrastructure. The aim of the project was to provide power supply for factory Calcit near town Terneuzen. This first project mission in the Netherlands was entrusted to our Slovenian member- ENS Slovenia. The task was to perform three stages of works: execution of works to enable power supply for the plant, production and installation of 33 electrical cabinets and procurement and installation of ventilation system. Within this project, teams of ENS Slovenia installed high-voltage connections from the distribution network, together with the MV switchgear and power transformers, and connected power distribution cabinets to all control connections. This project is also one of our significant breakthroughs into the EU market, concerning our production capacities, since electrical cabinets installed have been produced in Electrical mechanical workshop Banja Luka. Products made in this workshop got their CE marking at the beginning of the year, and fact that the Netherlands became their first destination, serves as a confirmation that these products are on their way to EU markets. 09

U NAJIZAZOVNIJOJ PRIVREDNOJ GODINI DO SADA, sa Članovima Uprave Elnos Grupe razgovaramo o velikim temama: 75 godina tradicije, radu u doba pandemije, budućnosti i ljudima koji su pisali i pišu nesvakidašnju priču o uspjehu.
Dug je put od porodične kompanije do internacionalne Grupacije. Na šta ste posebno ponosni? Dušan Torbica: Ponijeti ime giganta jugoslovenske privrede, Elnosa kao dijela Agrovojvodine, čija je tradicija u trenutku osnivanja predstavništva u Banjaluci bila duga 50 godina, bila je velika obaveza i odgovornost. Sa ponosom ističem da je naša poslovna priča počela iz porodične kuće i da je porodica i dalje nosilac imena, a najvećim dijelom i vizije i razvoja Elnos Grupe. U proteklih 25 godina nije bilo nimalo jednostavno zadržati taj imidž i obogatiti ga portfoliom u oblasti inženjeringa, koji je danas naš core business. 10

Borko Torbica: Prvo, moram reći da je energetika moja najveća ljubav od djetinjstva. Povlašten sam što radim na projektima koji mijenjaju energetsko lice Evrope i srećan što strast prema energetici dijele sve moje kolege. Naravno, to je samo dobar preduslov da izgradite, modernizujete ili oživite najmodernije energetske sisteme. Na svim tržištima su neophodni fleksibilnost i različit pristup, a uz to naš osnovni recept čine: visok nivo inženjer-
skih znanja, striktne procedure u projekt menadžmentu, obučeni i iskusni operativni timovi, kontinuirano poboljšanje osposobljenosti i opremljenosti Grupe, kao i praćenje i primjena novih tehnologija. Situacija s pandemijom kovida 19 dosad je neviđena na globalnom nivou. Koji je odgovor Grupacije na usporavanje privrednih aktivnosti? Branko Torbica: Diverzifikacijom tržišta kroz poslovanje u više zemalja i fleksibilnošću naših projektnih timova, prilagođavamo se uslovima poslovanja u doba pandemije. Izvjesno je da će usporavanje privrednih aktiv-

nosti biti izraženo još duži period pred nama. Otvaranjem novih tržišta i novih segmenata biznisa te aktivnijim prodajnim aktivnostima i novim investicijama u osnovna sredstva, podižemo nivo operativnosti i dodatno jačamo našu poziciju na evropskom tržištu. Imate dva važna imperativa tokom pandemije: zaštitu zdravlja i bezbjednost zaposlenih te dozvole za protok ljudi (i mehanizacije) na sva tržišta Grupacije. Kako se borite sa ovim izazovima? Milenko Majstorović: Ova godina zbog pojave virusa korona bila je izazovna za cijeli svijet. Treba da budemo svjesni da ne postoji kompanija koja je u cijelosti bila spremna na novonastale uslove. Da bi se posljedice u okvirima djelatnosti Grupacije umanjile, napravljeni su akcioni planovi za svaki od „tri talasa virusa“. Sva tri akciona plana sadrže niz aktivnosti na planu preduzimanja svih potrebnih mjera zaštite zdravlja i bezbjednosti
naših zaposlenih te su dali i daju dobre rezultate. Istakao bih da je saradnja Pravnog sektora i Sektora za zaštitu i bezbjednost na radu u prvom talasu, tokom kojeg su radili 24/7, bila vrlo plodna. Napravili su veliki posao da obezbijede normalan protok radne snage i robe na svim tržištima, a zahvaljujući tome, svi aktivni projekti bili su nastavljeni. Vjerujem da ćemo sa novostečenim iskustvom spremno dočekati i narednu godinu.
U nestabilnim uslovima, poput pandemijskih, finansijska stabilnost je u fokusu. Koje ste mjere preduzeli da zadržite likvidnost Grupacije? Bratislav Blagojević: Elnos Grupa je kompanija koja posluje u nekoliko država i to preko firmi kćerki, zavisnih preduzeća ili preko poslovnih jedinica. Ovo podrazumijeva širok spektar aktivnosti i procesa koji se sprovode na uspostavljanju zajedničkog i jedinstvenog
balansa Grupacije. Potrebno je da svaka od članica posluje stabilno kako bi se stabilizacija održala na visokom nivou unutar Grupe. Da bismo obezbijedili kontinuirano poslovanje u doba krize, prevashodno su potrebni brza reakcija i detaljno osmišljeni planovi realizacije svih finansijskih tokova. Sa druge strane, svaka kriza znači i određenu šansu novog pozicioniranja na tržištu, novog poduhvata. Zbog toga, prvi preduslov dobrog poslovanja u doba krize jeste brže donošenje kvalitetnih odluka.
Da li ste zadovoljni rezultatima ostvarenim u godini pandemije? Branko Torbica: Na početku pandemije kao prioritet odredili smo održavanje stabilnosti Grupacije. Sada vidimo da su rezultati značajno bolji od onih koje smo tada očekivali. Uspjeli smo da odgovorimo svim izazovima u 2020. godini, prije svega, u domenu zaštite

zdravlja zaposlenih, a potom i uspješne realizacije svih projekata, pa nijedan projekat nije zaustavljen ili otkazan. Zadovoljni smo i brojem i vrstom novougovorenih projekata za period 2021–2022.
Elnos Grupa igra aktivnu ulogu u izgradnji moderne evropske elektroenergetske mreže. Šta su najznačajniji stubovi daljeg razvoja? Dušan Mijatović: Razvoj Elnos Grupe realizuje se kroz razvoj organizacije, njenu osposobljenost, opremljenost, rast broja zaposlenih i primjenu niza metoda konstantnih poboljšanja njihovih vještina, stručnog znanja te primjenu novih tehnologija pri gradnji mreža. Dobra potvrda da smo na pravom putu razvoja vidi se u konstantnom povećanju obima poslova koje realizujemo na lokalnom i evropskom tržištu. Od izuzetne važnosti je istinski timski rad stručnih i iskusnih kadrova Grupe na novim velikim projektima i tehnologijama gradnje i rekonstrukcije mreža, što potvrđuju projekti realizovani zadnjih godina: najmoćniji dalekovodi, trafostanice i konvertorske stanice +/- 515 kV na prostorima bivše Jugoslavije, Švedske, Norveške, Islanda i Njemačke. Ova jubilarna godina značajna je i zbog izlaska na nova tržišta. Na kojem tržištu očekujete ekspanziju u narednom periodu? Miroslav Tuvić: Nastavljajući tradiciju iz matične kuće Agrovojvodina, odnosno novosadskog Elnosa, Elnos Grupa je tokom ove godine otvorila još dva nova tržišta na Iberijskom poluostrvu, i to tržišta Portugala i Španije. Prateći trendove obnovljivih izvora energije u širem smislu, glavni fokus razvoja i širenja tržišta su projekti poput solarnih elektrana i vjetroelektrana te proširenje našeg portfolija. Pored toga, jedan od ciljeva planiranog razvoja su i projekti u centralnoj i južnoj Evropi, na tržištima koja su do sada ostala nepokrivena, a koja imaju mnogo potencijala. Želio bih da naglasim da zajedno sa otvaranjem novih tržišta i realizacijom projekata na njima, Elnos Grupa doprinosi razvoju energetskog, ekonomskog, ekološkog i društvenog napretka, kako na tim tržištima, tako i na našem domaćem, donoseći najnovije trendove u projekt menadžmentu i načinu poslovanja. Ljudi pišu istoriju. Koliko su oni značajni za istoriju Elnos Grupacije? Dušan Torbica: Mogu biti veoma ponosan na rezultat do kojeg smo došli, a upravo su ljudi značajan faktor našeg uspjeha. Tokom našeg razvoja bilo je mnogo velikih izazova i zato po-

sebnu zahvalnost upućujem odanim, stručnim i profesionalnim kadrovima koji su stub Grupacije koja danas posluje u 13 država. Vodim se devizom da „uspjeh nikada nije konačan“ i da se, pored niza značajnih imena upisanih u 75 godina tradicije, radujemo novim, mladim nadama našeg razvoja, koje će ispisati nova poglavlja moderne energetike.
Zavirimo u budućnost Elnos Grupe. Šta očekujete u narednoj godini i narednom periodu? Borko Torbica: Posljedice pandemije će se vjerovatno osjećati u dugom periodu ispred nas. Želimo da ih minimalizujemo kroz otvaranje novih tržišta, još bolje pozicioniranje na postojećim te dodatnim razvojem u novim segmentima portfolija. Budućnost energije je u njenoj dekarbonizaciji i decentralizaciji. U skladu s tim i naše aktivnosti će biti snažno usmjerene na stvaranje sigurnog i kvalitetnog energetskog okruženja te implementaciju rješenja sa čistom energijom iz obnovljivih resursa. Želimo nastaviti našim Putem dobre energije za budućnost i generacije koje dolaze.
Koji je danas Vaš lični cilj profesionalno i privatno? Dušan Torbica: Želio bih da zadržimo fokus na tradiciji i inovacijama, odnosno da Grupacija nastavi sa profesionalnim radom, kao i do sada, sa maksimalnom odgovornošću prema partnerima, kao i prepoznavanjem strateških inovacija koje nam u budućnosti dolaze na polju energetike. Lično ću u narednom periodu više vremena posvetiti unučadi, koja mi u ovim godinama čine najveće zadovoljstvo.
It is a long way from family company to an international Group. What are you especially proud of? Dušan Torbica: It was a big commitment and responsibility to take the name of a Yugoslav economy giant, Elnos as a part of Agrovojvodina, whose tradition, at the moment of establishing representative office in Banja Luka was 50 years long. I am proud to say that our business story started from our family home and that the family still is the owner of the name and most of Elnos’s vision and development. In the last 25 years, it was not easy at all to keep this reputation and enrich it with portfolio in the field of engineering, which is our core business today. Strategic course towards international market, which was selected ten years ago, proved to be turning point in the Group development. What is the recipe for your success? Borko Torbica: First, I have to say that power
engineering is my biggest love since the childhood. I am privileged to work on projects that change power energy face of the Europe and I am happy to share my passion for power engineering with all of my colleagues. Of course, this is only a good precondition to build, modernize and revive the most modern energetic power systems. Flexibility and different approach are characteristic for each market, and, along with this, our basic recipe consists of the following: high level of engineering knowledge, strict procedures in project management, trained and experienced operation teams, continuous improvement of skills and equipping of the Group, as well as following in and application of new technologies. Situation with COVID 19 pandemic has not been experienced before globally. What is the Group response to slowing down economic activities? Branko Torbica: We adapt to business operations circumstances in the pandemic period through the market diversification and through operation in several countries as well as flexibility of our project teams. It is obvious that slowing down economic activities shall be evident for a long time to come. We raise operational level and additionally strengthen our position on European market opening the new markets and new business segments as well as by more active sales activities and new investments in fixed assets.
You have two important imperatives during pandemic: health and safety protection of employees as well as permit for flow of people (and mechanization) to all Group markets. How do you fight these challenges? Milenko Majstorović: This was a challenging year for entire world due to Corona virus outbreak. We should be aware there is no company that would completely be ready for new circumstances. In order to minimize consequences within Group activity, there were actions plan created for each of “three virus waves”. Each of three action plans contain a series of activities in the plan of undertaking all the necessary measure for health and safety protection of our employees and they gave and still are giving good results. I would like to emphasize that cooperation of the Legal Sector and Sector for Health and Safety at Work was very successully in the first virus wave during which they worked 24/7. They did a lot of work in order to ensure normal flow of workforce and goods at all markets
and thanks to that, all active projects continued. With all our acquired experience, I believe we shall enter the next year ready.
In unstable conditions, such as pandemic ones, financial stability is in focus. What measure have you undertaken to maintain liquidity of the Group? Bratislav Blagojević: Elnos Group is a company operating in several countries through daughter companies, subsidiaries or through business units. This includes a wide spectrum of activities and processes, which are being implemented for establishment of joint and unique Group balance. Each member company has stabile operations in order to keep stabilization at high level within the Group. In order to ensure continuous business operations during crisis period, we primarily need to react fast and create detailed plans for realization of all financial flows. On the other hand, each crisis presents a certain chance for new market positioning, new endeavor. Due to this, first precondition for good business operation in crisis period is faster making of good quality decisions.
Are you satisfied with the results acquired in the pandemic year? Branko Torbica: At the very start of the pandemic, we set that our priority is to maintain Group stability. Now we see that results are significantly better than those we expected back then. We managed to respond to all challenges in 2020, first of all, in domain of protection of employees’ health, and then successful realization of all projects. Hence, no project was stopped or cancelled. We are satisfied both by number and type of newly contracted projects for period 2021–2022. Elnos Group has active role in constructing modern European power engineering network. What are the most significant pillars of further development? Dušan Mijatović: Development of Elnos Group is realized through organization development, its skill, equipping, growth in number of employees and application of series of methods for constant improvement of their skills, professional knowledge as well as application of new technologies in building networks. Good proof that we are on the right development path is supported by constant increase of work volume we perform locally and in Europe. Team work of skillful and experienced Group staff on new projects

and technologies of constructing and upgrading networks is extremely important, which is confirmed by projects realized in the past years: the most powerful transmission lines, substations and convertor stations +/- 515 kV in the region of former Yugoslavia, Sweden, Norway, Iceland and Germany. This jubilee year is also significant for entering new markets. What is the market you expect expansion on in the upcoming period? Miroslav Tuvić: Continuing tradition from the parent company Agrovojvodina, i.e. Elnos Novi Sad, Elnos Group opened two new markets on Iberian Peninsula: Portugal and Spain during this year. Following in the trend of renewable energy sources in broader sense, main focus of development and expansion of the market are projects such as solar power plant and wind power plants as well as expanding our portfolio. Apart from this, one of the aims of planned development also are projects in the Central and South Europe, markets not covered so far and having a lot of capacity. I would like to stress that, along with opening new markets and project realization on them, Elnos Group contributes development of energetic, economic, ecologic and social improvement, both on those markets and domestic market, bringing latest trends to the project management and form of business operations.
People write history. To what extent are they important for history of Elnos Group? Dušan Torbica: I can be very proud of the result we achieved, and the people are important factor of our business operations. During our development, there were many big challenges
and this is the reason I want to acknowledge it to all skillful and professional staff, who are the pillar of the Group that operates in 13 states nowadays. I am guided by the thought “success is never final” and that, apart from a series of significant names written in 75 years long tradition, we look forward to new, young hopes of our development, who shall write new chapters of modern power engineering.
Let’s have a peek to Elnos Group future. What do you expect in the next year and upcoming period? Borko Torbica: Pandemic consequences shall probably be present in a long period before us. We want to minimize them through entrance to new markets, better positioning at the current and additional development in new portfolio segments. Future of power is in its decarbonization and decentralization. In line with this, our activities shall also be strongly directed to creation of safe and good quality power environment as well as implementation of solutions with pure energy from renewable sources. We want to continue our Path of good energy for future and generations to come. What is your personal goal today, professionally and personally? Dušan Torbica: I would like us to keep focus on tradition and innovations, i.e. I would like the Group to continue professional work, as same as so far, with maximum responsibility for partners, as well as recognizing strategic innovations, which we are going to fact in the field of power engineering. Personally, I will dedicate more time to my grandchildren, who are the biggest enjoyment to me at this age.

OD PRVOG KORAKA DO OPGW STRUČNJAKA Prve projekte u Makedoniji Elnos Grupa je realizovala godinu dana prije osnivanja naše kompanije u Skoplju. Makedonski elektroprenosni sistem operator (MEPSO) tada je započeo kapitalni projekat modernizacije elektroprenosne mreže, a našim ekipama povjeren je zadatak zamjene zaštitnog užeta OPGW-om na 380 kilometara dalekovoda naponskog nivoa do 400 kV. Već sa početno uspješnom realizacijom ovog projekta postavili smo kamen temeljac odličnoj dugogodišnjoj saradnji sa MEPSO-om, a naredne, 2010. godine, počela je s radom kompanija Elnos BL d.o.o.e.l. Skoplje – Makedonija. „Za odličan start upravo možemo da zahvalimo našim veoma dobrim rezultatima na OPGW projektima, koji su kasnije postali naš zaštitni znak. Danas s ponosom možemo reći da smo bili važan dio izgradnje više od čak 80 odsto optičke mreže Makedonije“, ističe Kristijan Ainovski, direktor Elnos BL Skoplje, koji takođe ove godine slavi svoj radni jubilej u kompaniji. Uspješno realizovani projekti naše članice sa skopskom adresom počeli su se nizati, a ekipe su počele bilježiti uspjehe iz oblasti izgradnje i modernizacije dalekovoda naponskog nivoa do 400 kV. VJETROPARK BOGDANCI – OBNOVLJIVI IZVORI ZA NOVO DOBA
Jedan od najvećih izazova i veliki iskorak za našu članicu u protekloj deceniji bilo je učešće u poduhvatu izgradnje prvog makedonskog vjetroparka − VP Bogdanci, snage 36,8 MW. U okviru ovog projekta, po sistemu „ključ u ruke“, ekipe Elnos Makedonije izgradile su 12 kilometara dug 110 kV dalekovod Bogdanci– Valandovo, koji je povezao VP Bogdanci sa prenosnim sistemom zemlje. Ugovorom su bili obuhvaćeni: projektovanje, isporuka opreme i izvođenje radova, a naše ekipe su svoj dio posla na terenu okončale i prije predviđenog roka.
RESURSNI CENTAR – SNAGA ZA DOSTIGNUĆA BUDUĆNOSTI
U godinu obilježavanja decenije rada kompanija je ušla osnažena novim resursnim centrom. On broji 30 zaposlenih, najvećim dijelom elektromontera, obučenih i kvalifikovanih za rad na 110 kV i 400 kV dalekovodima i trafostanicama, odnosno na objektima nižeg, srednjeg i visokog napona. Za kratko vrijeme postojanja, resursni centar
realizovao je veoma značajne rezultate, ne samo u Sjevernoj Makedoniji, već i na ostalim tržištima Elnos Grupe. „Rezultati našeg resursnog centra su više nego očigledni. Naše profesionalne ekipe već su završile dva projekta u našoj zemlji i dokazale spremnost da uspješno odgovore na zahtjeve regionalnih projekata u Srbiji i Crnoj Gori, ali i u EU, odnosno u Švedskoj i na Islandu“, rekao je Ainovski. On je na kraju istakao da će ostvareni rezultati svakako biti podstrek da Elnos Makedonija u narednom periodu nastavi izvođenje novih projekata čiji će rezultat biti izgradnja modernijeg, efikasnijeg i sigurnijeg elektroenergetskog sistema zemlje.
FROM FIRST STEP TO OPGW EXPERT Elnos Group completed its first projects in Macedonia one year before opening a company in Skopje. At the time, Macedonian Electricity Transmission System Operator (MEPSO) started with a capital project- modernization of transmission network. Our teams were assigned a task to replace ground wire with OPGW on 380 km long up to 400 kV transmission line. BL d.o.o.e.l. Skopje – Macedonia was opened in the following year, 2010. “We can thank our good results on OPGW projects for an excellent start. Those OPGW projects grew to become our trademark. Today we can proudly say that we were an important factor in construction of more than 80% of optical network in Macedonia“, says Kristijan Ainovski, Director of Elnos BL Skopje, who is also celebrating his own business anniversary in the company this year. One successfully completed project followed another and teams of our member in Skopje maintained a trend of accomplishment in area of construction and modernization of transmission lines of up to 400 kV. Among these, we are proud to emphasize some of state-of-the-art technological solutions such as: reconstruction of 110 kV transmission line SS Skopje-SS Kumanovo 1, reconstruction of 110 kV TL SS Skopje 3HPP Kozjak, construction of new 2x110 kV transmission line for hydro power plant Sveta Petka. Today, Elnos Group portfolio on Macedonian market includes high voltage engineering, industry and renewable energy sources.
WIND FARM BOGDANCI – RENEWABLE SOURCES FOR A NEW ERA Participation in construction of first Macedonian wind farm- WF Bogdanci with capacity of 36,8 MW, was one of the greatest challenges and a major step forward for our member company in the past decade. As part of this “turn-key“ project, teams of Elnos Macedonia constructed 12 km long 110 kV transmission line Bogdanci-Valandovo, connecting thereby WF Bogdanci with national power distribution system. The contract included: design, delivery of equipment and execution of works. Our teams completed their part of work before the deadline.
RESOURCE CENTRE – A STRENGTH FOR FUTURE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Company stepped boldly into this anniversary year, strengthened by a new resource centre. It counts 30 employees, mostly linemen, and electricians trained and qualified for work on 110 kV and 400 kV transmission lines and substations, i.e. on low, middle and high voltage facilities.
During its brief existence, the resource centre achieved significant results, not only in North Macedonia but also on other Elnos Group markets. “Results of our resource centre are more than obvious. Our professional teams already completed two projects in the country and proved their readiness to successfully meet requirements of regional projects in Serbia, Montenegro, as well as in EU i.e. in Sweden and Iceland“, said Ainovski. He concluded by underlining that results achieved will most certainly serve as an incentive for Elnos Macedonia to continue with realization of new projects leading to construction of a more modern, efficient and safer power transmission system in the country.

Since establishment of the company in Iceland up to today, we have achieved a high intensity of work dynamics. We have successful projects behind us, such as (im)possible missions of constructing transmission lines on lava fields as well as construction of Hydro Power Plant Búrfell 2, hundred meters under the ground, and, so far, our people at the field experienced all climate rudeness and timeless beauty of Icelandic geography. NA PRVOJ LINIJI BORBE S KOVIDOM 19 ON THE FIRST LINE OF FIGHTING COVID 19 Nijednoj kompaniji nije bilo lako da prihvati činjenicu da gotovo preko noći mora svoje poslovanje da prilagodi sasvim novim uslovima rada koje diktira kovid 19. Ovaj zadatak u prvoj rundi nije lako pao ni nama. Ipak, i ovoga puta uspjeli smo da pokažemo da smo godinama unazad svoje iskustvo i uspjehe brusili ne posustajući pred izazovima. Prilagodili smo se novonastalim komplikovanim okolnostima strpljivo i efikasno gradeći novi vid otpornosti na njih. Implementacija mjera maksimalne bezbjednosti s ciljem očuvanja zdravlja zaposlenih, njihovih porodica te poslovnih partnera ove godine za našu kompaniju bila je neprikosnoveni prioritet. Ove mjere su ključ našeg uspješnog balansa sa ovom godinom, godinom na čijem kraju s ponosom možemo reći da nismo otkazali realizaciju nijednog projekta, kako u Evropi tako i u regiji. 18

U trenutku izbijanja pandemije imperativ je bio zaštita zdravlja radnika kroz primjenu niza interkompanijskih mjera koje su preduzete. Organizacijom rada od kuće, uvođenjem dežurstava, organizacijom rada na terenima uz primjenu svih mjera država u kojima se radovi izvode, svakodnevno smo se borili sa vladajućim uslovima koje je diktirao kovid 19. Sa izbijanjem pandemije kovida 19 jedan od primarnih zadataka bio je obezbjeđivanje protoka ljudi, mehanizacije i robe između država u kojima poslujemo. Prestanak poslovanja nije bio opcija, jer Elnos Grupa poslove obavlja na elektroenergetskim objektima od državnog značaja za zemlje u kojima radimo, zbog čega smo brzom
reakcijom, prevozili radnike i mehanizaciju na potrebne lokacije širom Evrope. Naši podvizi kojima smo srušili novonastale privredne barijere u vidu organizovanja posebna četiri čarter leta za naše radnike koji su odlazili da realizuju projekte u Švedskoj i Islandu, odjeknuli su i u medijima. „Najveća prepreka bila je zatvaranje granica EU. Priprema potrebne dokumentacije za odlazak radnika na gradilišta, kao i za njihov povratak, oduzimala je mnogo vremena. Nije bilo jednostavno organizovati radove na terenu. Imali smo situaciju da nam je dio radnika koji je došao na Island 14 dana morao provesti u izolaciji, a za njih, kao i za ostale koji su putovali u Švedsku i Njemačku, radili smo testiranje na SARS-CoV-2. Moram pohvaliti sve naše radnike koji su prilikom povratka sa inostranih gradilišta bili u samoizolaciji i pokazali visok stepen odgovornosti“, rekao je

Zahvaljujući kvalitetnom timskom radu i dobroj dnevnoj komunikaciji između službi, dinamika radnih zadataka bila je na veoma visokom nivou. Rat sa kovidom 19 dobija se odgovornim pristupom i strpljenjem, a naša kompanija je veoma uspješno primijenila ovakav pristup i vjerujem da ćemo to nastaviti da činimo i u vremenu pred nama“, rekla je Radmila Cvetković, inženjer zaštite na radu u Elnosu Beograd. None of companies was easy to accept the fact that, almost overnight, they have to adjust to whole new working conditions governed by COVID 19. In the first round, this task was not easy for us, too. However, once again, we managed to show that our experience and successes for many years we had built on not giving up when facing challenges. We adapted ourselves to new, complicated circumstances through building a new type of resistance to them patiently and efficiently. Implementation of measures for maximum safety in the aim of preserving health of our
employees, their families and business partners was primary priority to our company this year. These measures are the key to our successful balance with this year, at whose end we can proudly state we had not cancelled realization of a single project, both in Europe and region.

Elnos Group employs more than 550 employees and has business operations in 13 countries regionally and in Europe. At the time of pandemic outbreak, our imperative was to protect of health for employees through application of a series of inter-companies’ measures undertaken. On daily basis, we fought governing circumstances dictated by COVID 19 through organization of remote work, with organisation of standby service, organization of field work with application of all measures of the country the works were performed in. At the time of pandemic COVID 19 outbreak, one of primary tasks was to ensure fluctuation of people, mechanization and goods among countries we have business operations with. Ending business operations was not an option since Elnos Group performs the works on electrical power facilities of national interests for the countries we work in, due to which, through quick reaction, we transferred employees and mechanization to designated locations throughout Europe. Our endeavors, which we used to remove newly-emerged economic obstacles in the form of organizing separate charter flights for our employees traveling to perform
projects in Sweden and Iceland, were noticed by media as well. “Biggest obstacle was locking the EU boundaries. Preparation of necessary documentation for employees’ traveling to the construction site, as well as their return, was very time consuming. It was not easy to organize site works. We were in a situation that certain number of employees coming to Iceland had to spend 14 days in isolation, and they, as well as other employees traveling to Sweden and Germany, had to undergo SARS-CoV-2 tests. We have to commend all of our employees returning from international constructions sites spending time in self-isolation and showing a high level of responsibility”, stated Mišo Babić, the Engineer of safety at work within Elnos Banja Luka.

Praktično, sve ono po čemu je Island poznat – područja vulkana, tektonskih ploča, termalnih izvora, ledničkih rijeka, polja lave i surovih planina – nepredvidivi je i opasni teren naše 122 kilometra duge trase.

THE MOST FAMOUS BEAUTIES OF ICELAND the tourists admire are much more than just that for our teams working on project Kröflulína 3–untamable landscapes where we perform very difficult and demanding works. Practically, all the things Iceland is famous for – volcano areas, tectonic plates, thermal springs, glacial rivers, lava fields and rugged mountains – is unpredictable and dangerous field for our 122 kilometers long section.

Naš prvi izazov bio je posao montaže i podizanja 328 dalekovodnih cjevastih stubova, čija je visina do 31 metar i koji zajedno teže preko 2.500 tona. Svaki stub je toliko moćan da zamjenjuje pet postojećih drvenih stubova postavljenih prije više od 40 godina. Monteri su radili u dvije grupe i svaka od njih dnevno bi sastavila po dva do tri stuba. Kako bi lakše i brže savladali ovako dugu trasu, radnici su imali tri baze za smještaj i vanjska skladišta na kojima su bile ogromne stubne konstrukcije. Za izgradnju ovih stubova, teških 5-8 tona, koriste se velike dizalice, pa je posebna pažnja posvećena zaštiti na radu. Ne zaboravimo da je ovo teren na kojem su se astronauti pripremali za svoje ekspedicije, pa slobodno možemo reći da je svako stubno mjesto krilo neku specifičnost. „Ipak, kao najzahtjevniji izdvaja se najistočniji dio trase. On je za islandske uslove na velikoj nadmorskoj visini i zbog toga ima dosta vlažnog terena i močvara. Teren je dugo mokar i nestabilan pa se ne može ulaziti teškim mašinama, kranovima i korpama prije druge polovine maja, a zbog duge zime sa puno snijega to smo uspjeli tek u prvoj polovini juna“, kaže Davor Purušić, Senior Advisor Elnosa Island. Uprkos svim otežavajućim uslovima i vladajućoj pandemiji, naši radovi na montaži i podizanju stubova napredovali su dobro. Za sljedeće proljeće preostalo nam je još 12 stubova.
RAD NA 31 m VISINE
Najveći projekat Elnos Grupe na Islandu, izgradnja novog 220 kV dalekovoda Kröflulína 3, projekat je visokog značaja, jer je prvi korak u izgradnji nove generacije dalekovoda i najveći projekat iz oblasti izgradnje dalekovoda u ovoj zemlji u zadnjih 30 godina. Ovo je izuzetno značajna referenca za Grupaciju, a u očima radnika na terenu ovo je prije svega trasa puna velikih izazova.
VELIKI PROJEKAT I VELIKI IZAZOV
„Prošli smo dug i uzbudljiv put na ovom projektu. Bilo je nevjerovatno zahtjevno, uzbudljivo, ali i opasno. Oslonili smo se na iskustvo sa sličnih projekata na Islandu i u Švedskoj, isplanirali smo svaki detalj i nakon velike logističke pripreme, s proljećem smo i mi izašli na teren“, rekao je Nedeljko Vujičić, projekt menadžer Elnos Grupe.
Ove godine snijeg je iznenadio Islanđane i već početkom septembra zima je pokazala zube. Tako je u zimskim uslovima, sa prosječnom visinom snijega do jedan metar, počela i druga etapa naših radova – montaža provodnika. Riječ je o specifičnim provodnicima presjeka 911 mm2, sa čeličnim jezgrima koja se koriste za područja sa velikim dodatnim opterećenjima. Montaža provodnika ovako velikog promjera sama po sebi je izuzetno zahtjevna, a u teškim zimskim uslovima rada sa snažnim udarima vjetra to je ekstremno težak posao. „Ovo jeste veliki promjer provodnika, ali kako su naši radnici na prijašnjim projektima u Skandinaviji već radili sa tim provodnikom, nismo imali većih problema“, rekao je Borisav Novaković, rukovodilac gradilišta Elnos Grupe. Jedan od većih izazova je prebacivanje provodnika preko velike ledničke rijeke, široke 300 m. U ovom slučaju izuzetno jak vjetar stvorio je dodatno otežavajuće okolnosti, jer je postojala velika opasnost da konopac koji prebacujemo ne završi na obližnjem dalekovodu Kröflulína 2, koji je pod naponom. Naše ekipe uspješno su realizovale i ovaj poduhvat, koji spada u sam vrh monterske umješnosti.
SUROVOST ISLANDSKOG PROSTRANSTVA Rad u blizini Arktičkog kruga znači ostavljanje uobičajenih radnih rutina i izlazak u jedinstvenu avanturu. Prirodni i klimatski uslovi svakodnevno su testirali ekipu. „Teško je izdvojiti trenutke kada je bilo najteže i najopasnije. Naš utisak je da smo se neprestano borili s različitim vremenskim uslovima, konstanto jakim udarima vjetra, invazijama mušica ljeti ili snježnim nanosima i ledom po putevima zimi. Trasa je veoma duga i nerijetko smo vozilima sa radnicima i opremom gazili preko rijeka, jer u blizini nema mostova. Dugo ću pamtiti i situaciju u kojoj je sa kranom teškim 60 tona trebalo preći preko mosta čija je nosivost 48 tona. Morali smo skinuti sve dijelove koje smo mogli da bi kran imao oko 48 tona i da bi mogao preći preko mosta“, prisjeća se Novaković.
RUŠENJE VAZDUŠNIH BARIJERA
„Projekat Kröflulína 3 imao je mnogo izazova. Vremenski okvir za izgradnju je ograničen, a povrh svega i epidemija kovida 19 zakomplikovala je mnoge aspekte rada. Elnos je pokazao veliku spremnost da probleme riješi na najbolji način za ishod projekta“, rekao je Daníel Scheving Hallgrímsson, projekt menadžer Landsneta. Kolika je ta spremnost, najbolje govori podatak o organizovanju tri čarter leta za Rejkjavik u jeku pandemije i periodu u kome su dva mjeseca bili zatvoreni aerodromi širom planete. Bili su to avionski letovi na relaciji Banjaluka– Kopenhagen–Rejkjavik, a radnicima iz Banjaluke u Kopenhagenu su se priključile njihove kolege iz Sjeverne Makedonije, čiji se čarter let od Skoplja do Danske odvijao istovremeno kada i avionski prevoz njihovih banjalučkih kolega. Njih ukupno 14 tada su bili neophodno pojačanje za 14 zaposlenih Elnos Grupe koji su već bili na Islandu. Svi su imali zajednički cilj da se nastavi realizacija ovog projekta, koji je od državnog značaja za najsjeverniju evropsku zemlju. ISTRAŽIVANJE PRIRODNIH LJEPOTA ISLANDA Kada radite naporno na projektu, izuzetno je važno da se opustite i napunite baterije u slobodno vrijeme. Naša ekipa radila je baš to. Island ima toliko toga za istraživanje, pa su naši ljudi obilazili okolne gradove i nezemaljske magične prirodne ljepote – ugašene vulkane, vodopade, gejzire – a doživjeli su i čuvene polarne noći.

O PROJEKTU KRÖFLULÍNA 3 Izgradnja 220 kV dalekovoda Kröflulína 3, prvog dalekovoda nove generacije na Islandu, jedan je od najznačajnijih projekata Landsneta, koji je investitor. Dalekovod Kröflulína 3 povezaće geotermalnu elektranu Krafla i hidroelektranu Fljótsdalur, odnosno elektroenergetski sistem na sjeveru i istoku zemlje. Gradi se s ciljem poboljšanja sistema prenosa električne energije, povećanja stabilnosti i kvaliteta snabdijevanja energijom.

Biggest project of the Elnos Group in Iceland, construction of new 220 kV Kröflulína 3 transmission line, is a project of big importance, since the first step in construction a new generation of transmission lines and the biggest project in the field of construction of transmission lines in this country in the last 30 years. This is extremely important reference for the Group and, from site’s workers point of view, this is a section full major challenges first of all.
BIG PROJECT AND MAJOR CHALLENGE
“We have been through a long and excited path on this project. It was unbelievably demanding, exciting, but dangerous as well. We relied on experiences from similar projects in Iceland and Sweden, planned each and every detail and, after a big logistic preparation, we were on filed in spring”, said Nedeljko Vujičić, Elnos Group Project Manager.

Our first challenge was dismounting and erection of 328 transmission line tubular towers, whose height went up to 31 meter and who weigh 2,500 tons in total. Each tower is so powerful that it replaces five existing wooden towers set more than 40 years ago. Linemen worked in two groups and each of them would install two or three towers a day. In order to overcome this long section easier and faster, employees had three bases for accommodation and external storages containing enormous tower constructions. In order to construct these towers, weighing 5-8 tons, big cranes are used, so a special attention was paid to protection at work. Let us not forget this is a field where astronauts prepared for their expeditions, so we can easily say that each tower post hide some specific feature. “However, far East part of the section is considered to be the most demanding. For Icelandic conditions, it is on big altitude and, due to this, it has a lot of wet areas and swamps. Terrain has been wet for a long time and unstable so it cannot be approached with heavy machinery, cranes and buckets before the second half of May, and due to long winter with a lot of snow, we managed it only in the first half of June”, said Davor Purušić, Elnos Iceland Senior Advisor. Despite all aggravated conditions and pandemic going to, our works on mounting and erection of towers went well. For the next spring, we have another 12 towers left.
WORK ON 31 m OF HEIGH
This year, snow surprised Icelanders and as early as at the beginning of September, winter showed its roughness. So, in winter conditions, with average snow level up to one meter, the second stage of our works started – assembly of conductors. These are specific conductors of 911 mm2 cross section, with steel nucleus used for areas with big additional loads. Mounting of conductors of such a big cross section is already demanding itself, and in difficult winter working conditions with powerful wind gusts, it is extremely difficult work. “This is a big cross section of conductors, but since our employees have already worked with this conductor on previous projects in Scandinavia, we did not experience major issues”, stated Borisav Novaković, Site Manager in Elnos Group. One of major challenges is transferring conductor over a big glacier river 300 m wide. In such a case, extremely powerful wind created additional aggravated circumstances since there was great danger for the transferring rope to end on adjacent live transmission line Kröflulína 2. Our teams successfully performed this endeavor as well and it is the top of assembling skill.

HARSHNESS OF ICELANDIC VASTNESS Work in the vicinity of the Arctic circle means maintaining usual work routines and going out to unique adventure. Natural and climatic conditions tested our team on daily basis. “It is hard to find moments when it was the most difficult and most dangerous. Our impression is that we were constantly fighting various weather conditions, constant powerful wind gusts, invasion of flies in summer and snow drifts, ice on roads in winter. Section is very long and often we drive through river with vehicles, carrying employees and equipment, since there were no bridges near. Situation I will remember for a long time is when we had to cross over the bridge, whose load is 48 tons, with the crane weighing 60 tons. We had to remove all the parts we could remove, so that crane would weigh 48 tons and be able to cross the bridge”, remembers Novaković.
BREAKING DOWN AIR BARRIERS
“Project Kröflulína 3 had a lot of challenges. Construction timeframe is limited, and, above all, and COVID 19 epidemic complicated man work aspects. Elnos expressed lot of readiness to solve the problems for the best outcome of the project”, stated Daníel Scheving Hallgrímsson, Landsnet Project Manager. Fact on orga-
nizing three charter flights for Reykjavik in the peak of pandemic and in the period when airports worldwide were closed for two months, best describes mentioned readiness in the best way. Those were plane lines Banja Luka–Copenhagen–Reykjavik, and employees from North Macedonia, whose charter flight from Skopje to Denmark was going on simultaneously with plane transport of their colleagues from Banja Luka, joined employees from Banja Luka in Copenhagen. At the time, 14 of them were necessary back up for 14 Elnos Group employees, who had already been in Iceland. All of them had a common goal: to continue realization of this project, which is of national importance for far North European country.
ABOUT KRÖFLULÍNA 3 PROJECT
Construction of 220 kV Kröflulína 3 transmission line, the first transmission line of new generation in Iceland, is one of the most significant projects of Landsnet, the Investor. Kröflulína 3 transmission line shall connects Geothermal Power Plant Krafla and Hydro Power Plant Fljótsdalur, i.e. electrical power system on North and East of the country. It is being built in the aim to improve system of electrical power transmission, increasing stability and quality of power supply.
EXPLORING ICELANDIC NATURAL BEAUTIES When working hard on the project, it is extremely important to relax and charge batteries in free time. Our team did exactly that. Iceland has so much to explore, so our people visited surrounding cities and unearthly magic natural beauties – extinct volcanoes, waterfalls, geysers – and they also experienced famous polar nights.
EXOTIC WILDELIFE Iceland also is one of the best places for unusual animal lovers. Our colleagues were impressed by reindeers, Arctic foxes, autochthone types of sheep, big number of various birds, geese and swans.

WE BRIDGED DANUBE
ŠEST DANA OBUSTAVE PLOVIDBE DUNAVOM na potezu između Banatske Palanke i Rama bilo je potrebno da nova 110 kV dalekovodna energetska veza premosti najdužu evropsku rijeku. Ovakva ekspertska i vremenski tempirana misija veliki je zalogaj i za najiskusnije inženjere i elektromontere, ali i jedan od poslova koji se pamte cijeli život. Timovi Elnosa Srbija bili su važna karika ove misije.
Izgradnja 110 kV dalekovoda između TS Bela Crkva i TS Veliko Gradište je projekat od velikog značaja za buduću stabilnost elektroenergetskog napajanja južnog Banata. Na trasi dugoj 34 kilometra izgrađeno je 140 novih jednosistemskih stubova. Ako govorimo o njegovoj „kopnenoj“ dionici, ovaj dalekovod lako možemo uvrstiti u kategoriju standardnih projekata, što njegova „vodena“ etapa ni po čemu nije. Ukrštanje novog dalekovoda sa Dunavom ovaj projekat svrstava u poduhvate s najvišim stepenom rizika. Ekipe Elnosa Srbija bile su zadužene za izvođenje kompletnih elektromontažnih radova i podizanje dijela dalekovodne konstrukcije upravo u okviru ove najekstremnije etape.

SIX-DAY BREAK IN TRAFFIC ON THE DANUBE at the section from Banatska Palanka and Ram was necessary for new 110 kV transmission line power connection to bridge the longest European river. This expert and termed mission is a big bite even for the most experienced engineers and electrical linemen, but also one of the works to remember for lifetime. Elnos Serbia teams were an important link of this mission.
Dobivši dozvolu za potpunu i povremenu obustavu plovidbe na Dunavu, koju je morala posebno da odobri Dunavska komisija iz Budimpešte, najvažniji dio istinske akcije naših timova je počeo. U vrijeme šestodnevne obustave plovidbe bilo je potrebno završiti radove podizanja 61 metar visokog i 48 tona teškog centralnog stuba na sprudu, a potom realizovati izvođenje kompleksnih elektromontažnih radova. U okviru elektromontažne etape najveći izazov predstavljalo je prebacivanje plutajućeg kanapa za razvlačenje preko Dunava, koji je na ovom dijelu širok 730 metara. Upotreba ovog kanapa spada u jedno od dovitljivih rješenja u borbi energetike sa prirodom. Naime, on služi tome da bi se u narednoj etapi uspješno iznad rijeke podigli provodnik i OPGW. „Prebacivanje kanapa izveli smo tako što smo ga sa više tačke na desnoj obali rijeke spustili do podnožja ’litice’ uz obalu. Kanap je stavljen u radni čamac, kojim je odvezen do sredine rijeke, gdje je čekala usidrena skela sa pozicio-
niranim kamionom i koturačom povezanom na ’ruku’ kamiona. Kada je čamac došao do skele, njegov kraj je predat momcima na skeli. Oni su ga provukli kroz koturaču i predali radnom čamcu sa druge strane. Nakon toga čamac se odvezao ka sprudu vukući kanap poluuzvodno da bi bio predat monteru na sprudu. Trebalo je izvući pet ovakvih tura kanapa, pri čemu moram istaći da nam Dunav nije bio saveznik. Uz velike napore ipak smo uspješno okončali ovu akciju“, rekao je Igor Matrak, inženjer Elnosa Srbija. Uz pomoć kanapa uspješno smo postavili provodnik i OPGW iznad rijeke, nakon čega je uslijedila još jedna posebno zahtjevna faza radova – postavljanje divertera i zaštitnih kugli na provodnicima. Naše ekipe uspješno su realizovale i ove poslove vozeći specijalne bicikle na 30 metara iznad vodene površine. Za izvođenje svih radova na ovoj dionici bio je potreban najviši stepen spretnosti, što su njihovom uspješnom realizacijom naše ekipe svakako potvrdile.

MALE LEKCIJE IZ ISTORIJE I BIOLOGIJE I to nije sve. Ova dionica posebna je i po tome što je izvođenje radova na njoj moralo biti obavljeno uz najviši stepen poštovanja istorije i veoma specifične faune ove regije. Naime, dijelovi obje obale Dunava na kojima su izvođeni radovi imaju važna arheološka nalazišta iz rimskog i austrougarskog perioda, što je zahtijevalo posebnu obazrivost i strpljenje u prikupljanju neophodne dokumentacije i u samom pristupu radu. Ujedno, ova regija je i važno stanište rijetkih ptica, sokolova i kormorana, zbog kojih su na dalekovodne provodnike i postavljani diverteri i zaštitne kugle. Construction of 110 kV transmission line between SS Bela Crkva and SS Veliko Gradište is a very important project for future stability of electrical power supply for the South Banat. 140 new one-system towers were built at the section 34 kilometers long. If we are speaking on its “land” section, this transmission line can easily fall in the category of standard projects, what its “water” stage does not fall in this category at all. Crossing new transmission line with the Danube puts this project into endeavors of the highest risk level. Elnos Serbia teams were in charge of performing all electrical assembly works and erecting a part of transmission line structure within this most extreme stage.
KEY SIX DAYS
Three backbones in constructing power connection above the river were three transmis-
sion line towers, two situated on the river banks and Danube–Tisa–Danube canal, and one central, which was constructed on the sandbank between canal and river. Most important part of true action for our teams started by acquiring permit for full and temporary break on traffic on the Danube, which was supposed to be especially approved by Danube Commission from Budapest. During six-day break in traffic, we were supposed to complete works on erecting 61 meters high and 48 tons weigh central tower on sandbank and then perform complex electrical assembly works. Within electrical assembly stage, biggest challenge was to transfer floating rope for extension over the Danube, which is 730 meters wide at this point. Use of this rope is one of creative solutions in fight of power with nature. Namely, it serves to lift conductor and OPGW above river in the following phase successfully. “We transferred the rope in the way we had put it down from the higher point on the right river bank to the foot of “cliff” next to the river bank. Rope was put to operating boat, which transferred the rope to the middle of the river, where was anchored ferry with positioned truck and pulley connected the truck “hand”. Once the boat reached the ferry, its end was handed over to the guys at the ferry. They put it through the pulley and handed over to the boat on the other side. After this, the boat went towards sandbank pulling the rope half-upstream in order to hand it over to the lineman
on the sandbank. We had to extend the rope five times, and I have to stress that the Danube was not our ally in this. After big effort, we successfully completed this action”, stated Igor Matrak, Elnos Serbia Engineer. With help of rope, we successfully performed stringing work on conductor and OPGW above river, after which there was another especially demanding work phase – installation of diverter and protective balls on conductors. Our teams successfully performed these works as well by driving special bicycles at 30 meters height over the water surface. Highest skill level was necessary for performance of works on this section, which was asserted by our teams through their successful realization of works.
SMALL BIOLOGY AND HISTORY LESSONS
This is not all. This section is special for the fact that works performance there had to be done along with the highest level of respecting history and very specific fauna of this region. Namely, parts of both Danube banks, where works were performed, have important archeological sites from Roman and Austro-Hungarian periods, which requested special care and patience in collecting necessary documentation in work approach itself. At the same time, this region is a very important habitat for rare birds, falcons and cormorants, due to which diverters and protective balls were installed on transmission lines conductors. 27

NOVI ZADATAK NA MJESTU STARE MISIJE
Veoma je uzbudljivo kada vas novi zadatak vrati na lokaciju nekadašnjeg velikog poduhvata. Okolnosti izgledaju poput putovanja kroz vrijeme, ali sa novom misijom. Upravo jedan ovakav zadatak realizovali smo ovog ljeta na lokaciji zapadno od grada Ramsele. Prije šest godina naši inženjeri i elektromonteri uspjeli su da savladaju močvarno tlo i vremenske neprilike ove regije kako bi izgradili 2×130 kV dalekovode Storfinnforsen–Ögonfägnaden i Isbillstjärn–Ögonfägnaden. Tada smo montirali i podigli stubove te instalirali provodnike na jednom sistemu ova dva dalekovoda. Ove godine vratili smo se da realizujemo instalaciju provodnika na njihovom drugom sistemu. Naš dodatni zadatak ovoga puta bilo je izvođenje radova na trasi Björkvattnet–Isbillstjärn, na kojoj smo izvršili instalaciju provodnika, zaštitnog užeta i OPGW-a. Sve tri dalekovodne trase koje su dio ovog projekta dugačke su 30,4 kilometara i obuhvataju rad na 158 stubova. Još jednom smo savladali neugodna iznenađenja tla i u roku realizovali zadatke iz kategorije najvišeg rizika. Naime, naše ekipe izvodile su radove na drugom sistemu, dok je sve vrijeme prvi sistem bio pod naponom. Novim dalekovodima obezbjeđuje se povezivanje vjetroparkova na elektroenergetsku mrežu, a svi naši radnici angažovani na ovom projektu bili su obučeni za rad u zoni vjetroparkova.

28 DANA ZA PODVIG Veoma specifična i uvijek visoko cijenjena kategorija zadataka u oblasti elektroenergetike nosi radni naziv „trka sa vremenom“. To su zadaci najvišeg nivoa iskustva, spretnosti i požrtvovanosti, čija je realizacija uvijek specifična radna avantura. Ove godine naše ekipe uspjele su da izvrše posao koji je podsjećao na reli trke sa svakodnevnim zadacima u srednjem dijelu Švedske. Kao dio projekta rekonstrukcije 400 kV dalekovoda CL 1 na potezu Midskog–Kättbo–Borgvik i 400 kV dalekovoda CL 26 na potezu Rätan– Tandö–Borgvik imali smo zadatak da na dva poteza 400 kV dalekovoda, ukupne dužine 1.000 kilometara, obavimo elektromontažne radove na stubovima koje je Svenska kraftnät odredila za rekonstrukciju. Rokovi su bili striktno definisani – isključenje na svakoj trasi trajalo je dvije sedmice i u to vrijeme radovi su morali biti završeni. Prelazeći i po 300 kilometara dnevno kako bismo stigli do radnog odredišta, uz angažman dosta logistike i mehanizacije, još jednom smo potvrdili svoj visokoprofesionalan status u izvođenju poslova rekonstrukcije dalekovoda.

ENERGETSKA SPONA ŠVEDSKE I DANSKE
Izgradnja internacionalne energetske veze između Švedske i Danske preko Eresundskog kanala ove godine bila je jedan od najznačajnijih projekata iz oblasti elektroenergetike ove dvije zemlje. Ovaj veliki poduhvat sa jedne strane podrazumijevao je zamjenu 400 kV podmorskog visokonaponskog kabla, a sa druge rekonstrukciju elektroenergetskih objekata na tlu obje države. Ekipe Elnosa bile su važna spona dijela projekta koji se odnosio na fazu rekonstrukcije dalekovoda. Našim ekipama bio je povjeren zadatak izvođenja rekonstrukcije dvije sekcije 400 kV dalekovoda, FL 25 i FL 23, u blizini luke Helsingborg, na jugu Švedske. Uspješno smo realizovali demontažu 16 starih dalekovodnih stubova, podigli isti broj novih stubova te izvršili instalaciju provodnika, zaštitne užadi i OPGW-a, u okviru definisanih rokova.

U SRCU SKANDINAVIJE
Grad Örebro i istoimena oblast, čiji je on centar, poznati su kao samo srce Švedske. Upravo je ovo jezgro Švedske, iz kojeg je cijela Skandinavija „nadohvat ruke“, bilo područje na kojem su naše ekipe još jednom potvrdile svoju ekspertizu u oblasti izgradnje dalekovoda. Ovo je regija čiji je razvoj privredne djelatnosti pred elektroenergetsku mrežu zemlje ove godine stavio nove zadatke. Tako je za potrebe jačanja dvije velike fabrike papira u ovoj oblasti izgrađen 130 kV dalekovod BL4S3 Forsbyboda– Kolsva. Bio je ovo projekat koji je podrazumijevao izgradnju 30 kilometara dugog 130 kV dalekovoda BL4S3 Forsbyboda–Kolsva, u okviru kojeg su naši timovi uspješno izvršili montažu i podizanje 104 stuba, instalirali provodnike i OPGW. Realizacija ovog projekta je potvrda važnosti Elnos Grupe na planu stvaranja snažne energetske mreže ove nordijske zemlje.

PRESTROJAVANJE NA JUG
Oštrica snaga naše divizije za dalekovode krajem ove godine počela se preusmjeravati na sam jug Švedske, u oblast Skåne. Tamo smo započeli prve radove na realizaciji jednog od najznačajnijih energetskih projekata u ovom dijelu zemlje – izgradnju novog 400 kV dalekovoda Hurva–Sege. Novi dalekovod će zamijeniti stari 400 kV dalekovod, koji je na isteku svog radnog vijeka. On se proteže preko najpoznatije švedske žitnice, a između trafostanica Hurva i Sege. Ukupna trasa novog dalekovoda iznosiće 42 kilometra i, za razliku od starog dalekovoda, neće prolaziti kroz gradić Södra Sandby. Naše ekipe u okviru ovog projekta montiraće 138 stubova širokog spektra, a među njima se izdvajaju tipski stubovi koji teže po 55 tona i visoki su 55 metara. Prvi radovi na izvođenju projekta počeli su se zahuktavati u oktobru, a očekuje se da će oni biti izvođeni u punoj snazi tokom dva dvomjesečna perioda isključenja naredne godine, kada će za potrebe njegove realizacije na terenu biti angažovano oko 70 naših radnika. Naime, u periodima isključenja naši timovi će uspostaviti dinamiku radova koja će omogućiti istovremeno uklanjanje starog, montažu novog dalekovoda, instalaciju provodnika i OPGW-a, te njegovo priključenje na napon. Uspješna realizacija ovog projekta će u budućnosti biti novi garant stabilnosti mreže na jugu Švedske.

It is very exciting when a new task returns you to a location of former big endeavor. Circumstances seem as time travelling, but with new mission. We performed one task of this kind this summer at the location West from city Ramsele. Six years ago, our engineers and linemen managed to deal with marshland and bad weather conditions of this region in order to build 2×130 kV transmission lines Storfinnforsen–Ögonfägnaden and Isbillstjärn–Ögonfägnaden. Back then, we erected towers and installed conductors on one system of these two transmission lines. This year, we returned to install conductors on their other system. Our additional task this time was to perform works on route Björkvattnet–Isbillstjärn, where we installed conductors, protective wire and OPGW. All three transmission lines , which are part of this project, are 30.4 kilometers long and include work on 158 towers. Once again, we dealt with unpleasant surprises in soil during performance of the task from the category of the highest risk. Namely, our teams performed works on the second system, whereas the first system was live all the time. New transmission lines provide connection of wind parks with electrical power network, and all of our employees engaged in this project were trained for works in wind parks.

28 DAYS FOR ACCOMPLISHMENT Very specific and always highly valuated task category within electrical works is titled “race against time”. Those are tasks of the highest experience, skill and commitment, whose realization always is a specific work adventure. This year, our teams managed to perform the project resembling rally races with everyday tasks in central Sweden. Being a part of the project for upgrading 400 kV transmission line CL 1 on the direction Midskog–Kättbo–Borgvik and 400 kV transmission line CL 26 on the direction Rätan–Tandö–Borgvik, we had a task to perform electrical fitting works on towers, that Svenska kraftnät marked for upgrade on two directions 400 kV transmission line, 1,000 kilometers of total length. Deadlines were strictly defined – outage on each section lasted for two weeks and works had to be completed within this timeframe. Travelling for up to 300 kilometers a day, in order to get to work place, with a lot of logistics and machinery engaged, we affirmed our high professional status in performing works on transmission line upgrade once again. ENERGY LINK BETWEEN SWEDEN AND DENMARK
Construction of international energy link between Sweden and Denmark through Öresund Channel was one of the most significant energy projects of these two countries this year. On one hand, this big endeavor included replacement of 400 kV undersea high voltage cable, and, on the other hand, there was reconstruction of electrical power facilities in both countries. Elnos teams were important link in a part of the project referring to the phase of transmission line upgrade. Our teams were tasked to perform reconstruction of two sections of 400 kV transmission line, FL 25 and FL 23, close to Helsingborg harbor in the South Sweden. We dismounted 16 old transmission line towers, erected the same number of towers and installed conductors, earth wire and OPGW successfully within defined timeframe.

IN HEART OF SCANDINAVIA
City Örebro and the region of the same name is located in its center, are renowned as Swedish heart itself. This is very core of Sweden, where you can reach all Scandinavia “at arm’s length” from, and it was a region where our teams affirmed their expertise in the field of transmission lines construction once again. This is s a region whose economic development imposed new tasks for electrical power network of this country this year. So, in order to enforce two big paper factories in this region, 130 kV transmission line BL4S3 Forsbyboda– Kolsva was built. This was a project that included construction of 30 kilometers long 130 kV transmission line BL4S3 Forsbyboda–Kolsva, where our teams successfully erected 104 towers, installed conductors and OPGW. Realization of this project is a confirmation of Elnos Group importance in the field of creating a strong electrical power network of this Nordic country. Most of our teams in transmission line division started to move over to Southern part of Sweden, to Skåne region, at the end of this year. We started the first works on realization of one of the most significant energy projects in this part of the country – construction of new 400 kV transmission line Hurva–Sege. New transmission line shall replace old 400 kV transmission line, which is at the end of its service. It goes over the most famous Swedish grain fields and between substations Hurva and Sege. Total length of the route for this new transmission line amounts to 42 kilometers and, in difference to old transmission line, it will not pass through town Södra Sandby. In the frame of this project, our teams shall erect 138 towers of broad spectrum and type, weighing up to 55 tons and 55 meters high. First works on performance of the project started in October and it is expected these shall be performed in full power for two two-month outage periods, when 70 of our employees shall be engaged for its performance on the field. Namely, during outage periods, our teams shall set a work schedule to provide simultaneous removal of old, mounting of new transmission line, installation of conductors and OPGW, as well as its linking to voltage connection. Successful realization of this project shall be a new guarantee of stability of network in Southern Sweden in future.

Infrastrukturno čudo Crne Gore HIGHWAY BAR–BOLJARE INFRASTRUCTURAL MIRACLE OF MONTENEGRO
IZGRADNJA NAJVEĆEG INFRASTRUKTURNOG PROJEKTA u modernoj istoriji Crne Gore, auto-puta Bar–Boljare, ove godine nastavljena je intenzivnim tempom. Hiljade radnika angažovanih na izgradnji dionice Smokovac–Mateševo, prvoj etapi auto-puta, svakodnevno pobjeđuju izazove struke s ciljem realizacije impozantnog podviga. Elnosove ekipe dio su ove velike armije.
Prva dionica auto-puta Bar–Boljare, od Smokovca do Mateševa, najzahtjevnija je i najkompleksnija, počinje na nadmorskoj visini od 69 metara, a završava se na koti od 1.100 metara i biće dugačka 41 kilometar. Brojke pokazuju da se radi o dijelu saobraćajnice koja će imati vrtoglavu i kratku putanju, jer će spojiti Bar sa visokim planinama kolašinske regije. Naše ekipe u okviru izgradnje prve etape grandiozne saobraćajnice učestvovale su u izgradnji sistema dalekovoda koji će biti u službi energetskog napajanja dionice Smokovac–Mateševo. Sistem dalekovoda na kojem smo radili sastoji se od dalekovodnih trasa: 2×110 kV dalekovoda Podgorica 1–Mrke i Podgorica 1– Tuzi, 110 kV dalekovoda Podgorica 1–Mrke, 110 kV dalekovoda Podgorica 1–Tuzi i 110 kV dalekovoda Mrke–Trebješica „Izlaz“. 32
CONSTRUCTION OF THE BIGGEST INFRASTRUCTURAL PROJECT in modern Montenegrin history, highway Bar– Boljare, has been continued intensively this year. Thousands of employees engaged for construction of the section Smokovac–Mateševo, the first phase of the highway, win professional challenges on daily basis in the aim of realizing remarkable endeavor. Elnos’s teams are a part of big army.
Radni zadaci ekipe Elnosa, koja je za potrebe ovog projekta bila tim formiran od radnika iz Srbije, BiH, Crne Gore i S. Makedonije, podrazumijevali su nabavku materijala, izvođenje građevinskih radova, zatim montažu i podizanje dalekovodnih stubova te izvođenje elektromontažnih radova. Rad u pandemijskim uslovima u kombinaciji sa nemilosrdnim terenom Crne Gore svakako je bio misija za pamćenje. „Crnogorski krš i geologija u stanju su svakodnevno da vam priređuju brojna neprijatna iznenađenja, naši ljudi uložili su veliki napor da bi poštovali izvođenje predviđenih etapa rada. Zbog nepristupačnosti područja morali smo adaptirati veliki broj postojećih pristupnih puteva i izgraditi mrežu novih kako bismo mogli izvoditi radove. Uprkos nedaćama, jedno je sigurno, svi mi koji smo dio velikog
poduhvata svjesni smo da će on biti iskustvo za pamćenje“, rekao je Strahinja Vujadinović, projekt menadžer Elnos Grupe. Važno je istaći i da su naše ekipe svoj efikasan i praktičan pristup pokazale i na dijelovima projekta gdje se dalekovodi ukrštaju sa rijekom Moračom te na ukrštanjima sa magistralnim putem Podgorica–Kolašin i željezničkom prugom Beograd–Bar. U okviru ovog projekta naš zadatak je i realizacija manje adaptacije 400 kV DV Podgorica 2–Ribarevine. Novim ispisanim i predstojećim zadacima u Crnoj Gori još jednom smo pokazali da možemo realizovati najzahtjevnije projektne ciljeve. Ponosni smo što smo kroz rad na ovom poduhvatu dio ispisa priče nove saobraćajne budućnosti Crne Gore i regije.

First section of the highway Bar–Boljare, from Smokovac to Mateševo, is the most demanding and the most complex section. It starts at 69 meters altitude, ends on height of 1,100 meters and shall be 41 kilometers long. Numbers show this is a part of road, which shall have downhill and short path since it shall connect Bar with high mountains of Kolašin region. In the frame of constructing the first phase of the impressive road, our teams took part in construction of transmission line system, which should serve electrical power supply of the section Smokovac–Mateševo. Transmission line system we worked on consisted of transmission routes: 2×110 kV transmission lines Podgorica 1–Mrke and Podgorica 1–Tuzi, 110 kV transmission line Podgorica 1– Mrke, 110 kV transmission line Podgorica 1– Tuzi and 110 kV transmission line Mrke–Trebješica “Exit”. Tasks of the Elnos team, which was a team of employees from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia for the purpose of this project, included purchase of materials, performance of construction works, assembly and erecting towers, as well as stringing. Work in pandemic conditions combined with
ruthless Montenegrin landscape surely was a mission to remember. “Montenegrin karst and geology are ready to prepare numerous unpleasant surprises every day. Our people made a big effort in order to respect the planned performance for work phases. Due to inaccessible terrain, we had to adapt a big number of the existing access roads and build a network of new ones in order to make it possible to perform the works. In spite of adversities, one is sure: all of us being a part of great endeavor are aware this shall be an experience to remember”, stated Strahinja Vujadinović, Project Manager in Elnos Group. It is important to state that our teams presented their efficient and practical approach also on project parts where transmission lines cross the river Morača as well as motorway Podgorica–Kolašin and railroad Beograd–Bar. In the frame of this project, we are also tasked with realization of smaller upgrade on 400 kV TL Podgorica 2–Ribarevine. Once again, we proved we can realize the most demanding project aims by newest recorded and future tasks in Montenegro. We are proud that our work on this endeavor is a part of the story of new traffic future of Montenegro and region.
LINK ZA BUDUĆNOST Na auto-putu Bar–Boljare ukupno je planirana gradnja 42 tunela i 92 mosta i vijadukta. Tuneli čine skoro polovinu trase. Ova moderna saobraćajnica biće dio Koridora 11 kroz Crnu Goru i Srbiju.
LINK FOR THE FUTURE Highway Bar–Boljare plan consists of constructing 42 tunnels and 92 bridges and viaducts. Tunnel makes almost half of the route. This modern road shall be a part of Corridor 11 through Montenegro and Serbia.

Projekat uspješne revitalizacije HE Zvornik je nešto što zauvijek pamtite. Iza ovog kompleksnog poduhvata stoji mnogo predanog rada naših ekipa, veliki broj izazova i novih iskustava. Ugradili smo nove hidroagregate, koji su povećali proizvodni kapacitet elektrane za snagu jednog novog agregata i koji će, nadam se, uspješno raditi narednih četrdesetak godina. Važno je istaći i da je cijeli projekat realizovan prema procedurama i uslovima koji su definisani u „Yellow FIDIC Book“-u, a u njegovu realizaciju bile su uključene skoro sve divizije sektora inženjeringa Elnos Grupe, odnosno timovi za elektrane, dalekovode i trafostanice, ekipe iz građevinskog sektora te projektnog biroa. Successful revitalization of HPP Zvornik is a project one will remember forever. A lot of hard and committed work was invested by our teams in this complex endeavour characterized by numerous challenges extensive experience gained. We installed new hydro generators which resulted in the increase of plant production capacity as if one new generator had been installed. These new generators will hopefully operate successfully for another forty years. It is important to point out that entire project was performed in accordance with “FIDIC Yellow Book“ conditions and procedures and that almost all divisions of Engineering Sector of Elnos Group were involved, i.e. tams for power plants, transmission lines and substations as well as Civil Engineering Sector and design bureau teams.

U ovu najstariju hidroelektranu na Drini u proteklih pet godina ugrađena je kompletno nova i najsavremenija elektro i mašinska oprema koja se trenutno proizvodi kod nas i u svijetu. Revitalizovana hidroelektrana će sada, prema procjenama, proizvoditi 70 miliona kWh godišnje. Elektroprivreda Srbije, investitor projekta, završetkom revitalizacije dobila je elektranu čiji je životni vijek produžen za 40 godina, a snaga uvećana za više od 25 odsto.
ELNOS GRUPA NA DJELU Ovaj opsežni i kompleksni projekat bio je ogroman profesionalni izazov za nas. Sa glavnim ugovaračem, austrijskim Voith Hydro i svim partnerima na projektu, realizovali smo kompletan projekat revitalizacije hidroelektrane. Elnos Grupa u okviru ovog kapitalnog projekta bila je na čelu brojne domaće operative. Ponosni smo na činjenicu da smo u proteklih pet godina rada na modernizaciji HE Zvornik uspješno realizovali kompletnu rehabilitaciju četiri agregata i 110 kV transformatorske stanice, projektovanje i izvođenje elektromašinskog dijela, isporuku i puštanje u rad zaštitno-upravljačkih uređaja i isporuku i puštanje u rad upravljačkog sistema elektrane.

ISTORIJSKI REKORD U PROIZVODNJI Sa proizvedenih 2,817 miliona kWh u Hidroelektrani Zvornik, 8. marta ove godine zabilježen je apsolutni rekord u proizvodnji električne energije u 65 godina dugoj istoriji rada ove hidroelektrane. Rekordna proizvodnja najstarije hidroelektrane na Drini uslijedila je nakon što je na samom početku godine okončana i četvrta, posljednja faza kapitalnog projekta njene revitalizacije.
MODERNIZATION OF HPP ZVORNIK
By undergoing a successful revitalization procedure, HPP Zvornik became the most modern hydro power plant in Serbia and region. New, state-of-the-art electrical and mechanical equipment produced currently in the country and in the world, has been installed during last five years in the oldest hydro power plant on Drina. It is estimated that, following the revitalization, the plant will produce 70 million kWh per year. With revitalization completed, Elektroprivreda Srbije, i.e. the investor, got a power plant with capacity increased by 25%, lifetime of which has been extended for 40 years.

This complex and comprehensive project was an enormous professional challenge for us. Overall hydro power plant revitalization procedure was finished in cooperation with Austrian company Voith Hydro as main contractor, and other partners on the project. Within this capital project, Elnos Group was a leader of numerous national operation teams. We are proud to state that, during last five years of work on modernization of HPP Zvornik, we managed to implement overall rehabilitation of four generators and 110 kV substation, design and execution of electrical and mechanical part of the works, delivery and commissioning of protection and control devices and power plant control system.
HISTORICAL PRODUCTION RECORD

RiTE Ugljevik in focus – ecological task number 2 NAKON USPJEŠNOG ZAVRŠETKA RADOVA u okviru izgradnje sistema za odsumporavanje dimnih gasova u RiTE Ugljevik, ekipe Elnos Grupe realizovale su novi projekat koji je nastavak velike ekološke transformacije ovog elektroenergetskog giganta. AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF WORKS within construction of flue gas desulphurization system in RiTE Ugljevik, Elnos Group teams performed a new project, which is a continuance of a big ecological transformation of this electrical energetic giant.

Uvođenje novog sistema transportnih traka za odlaganje gipsa i pepela – nusproizvoda postupka odsumporavanja – bio je logičan prateći projekat nadogradnje ekološkog sistema u Termoelektrani Ugljevik. Zadatak Elnosa, kao podizvođača radova slovenačke kompanije „Rudis“, bio je da obezbijedi elektroenergetsko napajanje 3,5 kilometara dugih transportnih traka. Biti dio uvođenja sistema transportnih traka u RiTE Ugljevik pred naš tim stavilo je specifičan zahtjev koji se odnosi na maksimalno poštovanje sinhronizacije dinamike radova kako ni u jednom trenutku ne bismo uticali na redovno odvijanje procesa rada u termoelektrani, koja je najveći proizvođač električne energije u Republici Srpskoj. Naše ekipe na novi zadatak odgovorile su sa entuzijazmom i radeći u skladu sa najvišim standardima profesije. U okviru izvođenja projekta elektroenergetskog napajanja novih transportnih traka realizovali smo poslove nabavke i ugradnje pet BIOSCO CS transformatorskih stanica 6/0,4 kV, proizvedenih u našoj fabrici u Beogradu, nominalnih snaga 1×160 kVA, 2×250 kVA i 2×630 kVA, zajedno sa priključnim SN i NN kablovima te opremom za snabdijevanje i upravljanje transportnim trakama. Izvršili smo i instalaciju optičkih veza važnih za uvođenje sistema daljinskog upravljanja transportnim trakama. Tim Elnosa angažovan na ovom zadatku pokazao je da njeguje posebnu kombinaciju radne atmosfere, pristupa poslu, fleksibilnosti i rada sa savremenom mehanizacijom, za koju je dobio visoku neformalnu ocjenu od strane izvođača.
Još jednom smo potvrdili da smo spremni da odgovorimo na visoko postavljene standarde elektroenergetike i ekologije u svim oblastima rada. „Za mene lično angažman na ovom projektu bio je novo i važno iskustvo u radu. Drago mi je da smo projekat u potpunosti realizovali sa svojom radnom snagom. Ovo je bio zadatak za vrijeme čije realizacije je dosta mlađih radnih kolega steklo važna nova znanja koja su od značaja za njihov budući profesionalni razvoj. Mislim da smo načinom na koji smo realizovali ovaj posao svakako otvorili vrata novim poslovima u ovoj i srodnim oblastima“, rekao je Momčilo Đukić, projekt menadžer Elnos Grupe. Zbog pandemije virusa korona, umjesto sredinom marta, naši radovi na izvođenju ovog projekta u RiTE Ugljevik počeli su 15. juna. Međutim, iako je došlo do prvobitnog odgađanja početka radova, naše ekipe su, kako je i ranije ugovorom bilo garantovano, svoj dio angažmana završile u periodu od tri i po mjeseca. Connection of new system of belt conveyors for deposition of gypsum and ash – side products of desulphurization process – was a logic accessory project of upgrading ecological system in the Thermal Power Plant Ugljevik. Being Subcontractor of the Slovenian company “Rudis”, Elnos was tasked with provision of electrical power supply for 3.5-kilometer-long belt conveyors. Being a part of the system for introduction of belt conveyers in RiTE Ugljevik, this imposed a specific request to our team in regards to synchronization of work schedule so that in no moment it affects regular operation of the

ect was a new and significant work experience. I am glad we performed the projects with our manpower completely. This was a task during which a lot of young colleagues acquired important knowledge substantial for their future professional development. I believe we certainly opened a door to new works in this and related areas in the way we had performed this work”, said Momčilo Đukić, Elnos Group Project Manager. Due to Coronavirus pandemic situation, instead of mid-March, our works on performing this project in RiTE Ugljevik strated on June 15. However, although there was work start delay in the first place, our teams, as it was guaranteed by the contract aforehand, completed its part of engagement in the period of three month and fifteen days.

Our teams responded to the new task enthusiastically and worked in line with highest professional standards. Within performance of the project for electrical power supply of new belt conveyors, we performed works of installation of five BIOSCO CS transformer stations 6/0.4 kV, produced in our factory in Belgrade, nominal power 1×160 kVA, 2×250 kVA and 2×630 kVA, along with connecting MV and LV cables as well as control equip-
ment for supply and controlling belt conveyors. We also installed optical connections important for introduction of the remote controlling system of belt conveyors. Elnos team engaged for this task proved it nurtures its special combination of working atmosphere, work approach, flexibility and work with modern mechanization, for which it got a high informal grade by the Contractor. MHE Jablanica je daljinski upravljiva elektrana derivacionog tipa, nastaje na istoimenoj rijeci koja je lijeva pritoka Rzava i proizvodiće četiri GWh električne energije godišnje. Ovo je projekat u okviru kojeg prvi put u oblasti hidroelektrana, pored elektromašinske i hidromehaničke faze radova, sopstvenim kapacitetima samostalno izvodimo gotovo kompletnu građevinsku fazu radova i realizaciju sistema upravljanja elektranom.
HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL APPROACH TO ENGINEERING, along with top technical and organizational knowledge, is a winning combination for realization of new and demanding projects, and one of those in this year certainly is construction of small hydro power plant Jablanica, 1 MW power, we build in Donje Vardište in vicinity of Višegrad. SHPP Jablanica is remote controllable power plant of derivation type, is located on the river of the same name, which is left tributary of the River Rzav and shall produce 4 GWh of electrical power a year. This is the project withing which we individually perform almost entire construction phase of works and realization of the power plant control system for the first time in the field of hydro power plants, apart from electrical-mechanical and hydromechanical phase of works, with our own capacity.

NAŠA PRIČA
SHPP JABLANICA - OUR STORY FROM FOUNDATION TO CONTROLLING SVE POČINJE SA GRAĐEVINCIMA Na samom početku izvođenja projekta fokus radova bio je na našem građevinskom timu. U uslovima nevjerovatne, ali prilično surove prirode, bilo je neophodno povezati niz „karika“ kako bi radovi mogli početi. Obezbijeđeno je napajanje gradilišta električnom energijom i instalirana automatska mobilna betonara isključivo za potrebe gradilišta, čime smo na sebe preuzeli proizvodnju betona i kontrolu kvaliteta svih komponenata koje se ugrađuju u ovaj, najviše upotrebljavan građevinski materijal današnjice. Uslijedilo je izvođenje zemljanih radova, preusmjeravanje riječnog toka na desnu obalu izgradnjom nasipa i produbljenjem korita, izgradnja vodozahvata na rijeci Jablanici (visine 8,5 metara) i Dubničkom potoku (visine 4 metra), te ponovno preusmjeravanje toka
rijeke Jablanice na lijevu obalu kroz prethodno izgrađene elemente vodozahvata u prvoj fazi. Nakon ovih faza uslijediće kompletni građevinski i elektromašinski radovi na izgradnji mašinske zgrade ove hidroelektrane. Svojevrsnu krunu radova sasvim sigurno će predstavljati izgradnja brane, u koju će biti ugrađeno više od 1.500 metara kubnih betona i više od 60 tona armaturnog čelika, dok će ukupno na svim objektima MHE Jablanica biti ugrađeno više od 3.000 metara kubnih betona i preko 120 tona armaturnog čelika. „Izgradnja hidrotehničkih objekata poseban je izazov, prije svega zbog sinhronizacije gotovo svih inženjerskih sfera na jednom objektu. Svi segmenti objekta male hidroelektrane su netipični i zahtijevaju posebnu razradu metodologije, od samog projektovanja do izvođenja radova. Za kompletan naš tim ovaj projekat
je izazov, jer imamo namjeru da u budućnosti budemo važni akteri na polju izvođenja građevinskih radova u oblasti hidroenergetike“, rekla je Ana Ković, rukovodilac sektora za građevinu Elnosa Banjaluka.
MOZAK I SRCE U NAŠIM RUKAMA
Zaduženi smo i za realizaciju kompletne elektromašinske i hidromehaničke faze radova na izgradnji MHE Jablanica. Ova etapa primarno podrazumijeva kontrolu i odobrenje proizvodne dokumentacije opreme te njenu harmonizaciju u izvođački projekat. Nakon toga slijedi ugradnja hidromehaničke opreme na vodozahvatima, ugradnja energetskih i ormara zaštite i upravljanja u mašinskoj zgradi, instalacija SN postrojenja, transformatora, ugradnja svih potrebnih energetskih i komandno-signalnih kablova i, naravno, ugradnja srca same elektrane – turbine i generatora. Turbina je tipa Francis sa instalisanim protokom koji iznosi 1,38 m3/s, njena snaga je 950 kW, generator je sinhroni, nominalne prividne snage 1.150 kVA, nominalnog napona 400 V, sa beščetkičnim sistemom pobude. „Projekti izgradnje hidroelektrana, kako velikih tako i malih, predstavljaju multidisciplinarni inženjerski izazov od faze projektovanja do puštanja u rad. Divizija za elektrane u proteklih nekoliko godina bila je važan dio nekoliko projekata izgradnje malih hidroelektrana i to kao predvodnik kompletne elektromašinske faze radova i realizacije projekata po sistemu ’ključ u ruke‘, na kojima naš mladi tim stiče dragocjeno iskustvo, koje nam je na ovom projektu od velikog značaja“, rekao je Duško Čabrilo, projekt menadžer Elnos Grupe. Mozak elektrane – najvažniji dio inženjeringa Sistem upravljanja elektranom, odnosno sistem turbinske regulacije, predstavlja mozak elektrane koji upravlja radom turbine i svim sistemima neophodnim za ispravan, pouzdan i bezbjedan rad elektrane. Za našu kompaniju ovo je veoma važan iskorak, jer prvi put samostalno radimo posao koji je na planu realizacije elektro faze radova najzahtjevniji dio inženjeringa na elektrani. Ova zahtjevna faza radova podrazumijeva projektovanje sistema upravljanja, izradu ormara upravljanja, testiranje u laboratoriji, ugradnju u elektrani, povezivanje svih neophodnih signala, testiranje na terenu (što obuhvata suva i mokra testiranja) i puštanje u rad.

Ključna oprema sistema upravljanja koju ugrađujemo sastoji se iz sljedećih komponenata: PLC, (programabilni logički kontroler), HMI (Human Machine Interface), sinhronizator i zaštitni uređaj generatora, regulator pobude generatora i ostala pomoćna oprema koja čini jedan ormar upravljanja agregatom. Elnos samostalno realizuje sistem turbinske regulacije i upravljanja u maloj hidroelektrani, što znači da će naši inženjeri, pored toga što će isprojektovati sistem upravljanja, samostalno izraditi konfiguraciju PLC-a na osnovu unaprijed osmišljenog upravljačkog algoritma i strategije upravljanja turbinom. „Najveći izazov će biti izrada algoritma upravljanja, kao i same konfiguracije PLC-a. On mora da bude funkcionalan, testiran za sve moguće scenarije, i mora, naravno, na bezbjedan i siguran način upravljati turbinom u svim mogućim uslovima eksploatacije“, rekao je Slaven Pavlović, projekt menadžer Elnos Grupe.
IT ALL START WITH CIVIL TEAM
At the very beginning of project realization, our works focus was on our construction team. In conditions of amazing, and pretty cruel nature at the same time, we had to connect a series of “links” in order for works to get started. Powering for the construction site was provided and automatic mobile concrete plant was installed for needs of the construction site only by which we had all the responsibility for production of concrete and quality control of all the components, being built in this most used construction material nowadays, on us. Earth works followed, redirecting of river flow to the right bank by constructing an embankment and deepening the river bed, construction of water intake on the River Jablanica (8.5 meters high) and Dubnički potok (4 meters high), as well as re-directing the River Jablanica flow to the left bank through previously built water intake elements in the first phase. After these phases, entire construction and electrical-mechanical works on construction of the machine room of this hydro power plant are to follow. Crown of all works most certainly is going to be construction of the dam, which will be built with more than 1,500 cubic meters of concrete and more than 60 tons of reinforced steel, whereas, on all facilities of SHPP Jablanica, there will be built-in more than 3,000 cubic meters of concrete and over 120 tons of reinforced steel in total. “Construction of hydro-technical facilities is a special challenge, first of all, because of syn-

chronizing of almost all engineering spheres on one facility. All facility segments of the small hydro power plant are atypical and they require a special methodology elaboration, from the very planning to work execution. This project is a challenge for our entire team since it is our intention to be important subjects of executing construction works in the field of hydro energy in future “, stated Ana Ković, Head of the Elnos Banja Luka Civil Department.
BRAIN AND HEART IN OUR HANDS
We are also in charge of realization of entire electrical-mechanical and hydro-mechanical phase of works in constructing SHPP Jablanica. This stage primarily includes control and approval of production documentation for the equipment, as well as it’s harmonization in the built-in project. After this, there is installation of hydro-mechanical equipment on water intakes, installation of energy and control and protection cabinets in the machine room, installation of MV plant, transformers, installation of all necessary energy and command-signal cables and, of course, installation the heart of the electric power plant – turbine and generator. Turbine is of Francis type with installed flow amounting to 1.38 m3/s, its power is 950 kW, and generator is a synchronal one, 1.150 kVA nominal apparent power, 400 V nominal voltage, with brushless incentive system. “Projects of building power plants, regardless big or small, represent a multidisciplinary engineering challenge from the phase of planning to commission. In several past year, the Power Plants Division was an important part of several projects of building small hydro power plants as leader of entire electrical-mechanical phase and project realization per ‘turn-key’ system, where our young team acquires priceless experience, which is extremely important to us for this project”, stated Duško Čabrilo, Elnos Group Project Manager. Power plant’s brain – most important part of engineering Power plant controlling system, i.e. system of turbine regulation, is the brain of the power plant, which controls operation of the turbine and all the systems necessary for proper, reliable and safe work of the power plant. To our company, this is an important step forward since, for the first time, we individually perform works, which is a part of plan for realization of electrical phase, which is the most demanding part of the engineering on the power plant. This demanding works phase understands planning of the control system, making control cab-
inets, laboratory testing, installation in power plant, connection of all necessary signals, field testing (which includes dry and wet testing) and commission. Key control system equipment we are installing consists of the following components: PLC, (programmable logical controller), HMI (Human Machine Interface), synchronization and protective device of the generator, regulator of generator incentive and other accessory equipment, which is one cabinet of generator control. Elnos individually performs system for turbine regulation and control in small hydro power plant, which means that our engineers, apart from planning the controlling system, individually create PLC configuration based on controlling algorithm created in advance and strategy for control of turbine. “The biggest challenge shall be creation of the controlling algorithm as well as PLC configuration itself. It has to be functional, tested in all possible scenarios, and, of course, must control the turbine in a safe and secured way in all possible exploitation conditions”, stated Slaven Pavlović, Elnos Group Project Manager.

SS Kamnik – successful test of new knowledge and technology PRIMJENOM NOVIH PRAKTIČNIH ZNANJA I VISOKIH TEHNOLOGIJA, naša slovenačka članica proširila je svoj portfolio i dodatno otvorila vrata evropskih tržišta. Novi nivo kompetentnosti na najbolji način potvrdili su kroz realizaciju elektromontažnih radova u distributivnoj transformatorskoj stanici 110/20 kV Kamnik. Novo znanje i nove investicije ključni su za pomjeranje projektnih granica. Ovo je recept kojim su se ovog ljeta poslužile ekipe ENS Slovenije. Naši monteri prošli su edukaciju za montažu, puštanje u pogon i servisiranje VN rastavljača u ABB-ovoj fabrici u Bugarskoj te edukaciju u ABB-ovom centru za edukacije u Švedskoj, koja je obuhvatila obuku za montažu, izvođenje svih neophodnih mjerenja te puštanje ABB-ovih prekidača u rad. Nova edukacija, uz primjenu nove mjerne opreme svjetski poznatih proizvođača, odmah je dobila i svoju najbolju praktičnu primjenu u okviru izvođenja elektromontažnih radova na distributivnoj transformatorskoj stanici Kamnik u Sloveniji. U okviru ovog projekta ekipe ENS-a imale su zadatak da kao podizvođači realizuju poslove snabdijevanja materijalom, demontažne i montažne radove na visokonaponskoj opremi, radove na priključnom vodu, priključku kablova i 20 kV sabirnica te spajanju signalnih kablova. Posebno važna faza radova podrazumijevala je montažu visokonaponske opreme, mjerenje radnih parametara VN rastavljača i prekidača, njihovo puštanje u pogon te edukaciju kadrova naručioca za rukovanje VN aparatima.
APPLYING NEW PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE AND HIGH TECHNOLOGY, our Slovenian company expended its portfolio and additionally opened the door of the European market. New level of competence was best confirmed through realization of stringing works in distributive 110/20 kV Kamnik substation.
New knowledge and new investments are the key to moving project limits. This is a recipe ENS Slovenia teams used this summer. Their electricians attended education for installation, commission and maintenance of HV disconnectors in the ABB factory in Bulgaria as well as education at the ABB education center in Sweden, which included education for installation, application of all necessary measures as well as commission of ABB switchers. New education, along with application of new measuring equipment of world-renowned producers, immediately got its best practical application within performance of certain electrical installation works on distributive Kamnik substation in Slovenia. In the framework of this project, ENS teams, being Subcontractor, were tasked to perform materials supply, dismounting and mounting works on high-voltage equipment, works on connection line, cable connection and 20 kV busbars and connection of signal cables. Especially important phase of works included mounting of high-voltage equipment, measuring operating parameters of the HV disconnectors and switchers, their commission as well as training for Client’s staff to operate HV devices.

IN OCTOBER THIS YEAR, Slovenia officially marker the beginning of performance of big and long-waited project of constructing double-circuit 400 kV transmission line, which is going to be the first high-voltage power connection between this country and Hungary. This is the biggest project in the field of energy transmission in Slovenia, and teams of our Elektro novi sistemi (ENS) company are a part of big working group engaged in its realization.

Poduhvat Cirkovce–Pince Endeavor Cirkovce–Pince
PRVA VISOKONAPONSKA VEZA SLOVENIJE I MAĐARSKE First high-voltage connection of Slovenia and Hungary Početna tačka izgradnje budućeg novog, 80 kilometara dugog, 2x400 kV dalekovoda Cirkovce–Pince je 400/110 kV trafostanica Cirkovce. Za potrebe realizacije dugo očekivanog poduhvata, ova trafostanica prošla je kroz kompleksan postupak rekonstrukcije i nadogradnje, nakon čega je postala jedna od najvećih u Sloveniji. Na staroj trafostanici Cirkovce, čiji je naponski nivo iznosio 220/110 kV, porušeno je 110 kV vanjsko rasklopno postrojenje, izgrađeni su novo 110 kV GIS postrojenje i nova komandno-pogonska zgrada, a u njenom proširenom dijelu izgrađeno je novo 400 kV rasklopno postrojenje. Pored toga, postojeći 110 kV dalekovodi za uključenje trafostanice u njenom zadnjem dijelu zamijenjeni su podzemnim 110 kV kablovskim sistemima.
TS CIRKOVCE U FOKUSU
Ekipe ENS Slovenije od samog početka rada u trafostanici Cirkovce ponosni su dio velike vojske izvođača angažovane na ovom poduhvatu. Jedna od važnih etapa rekonstrukcije bilo je povezivanje 110 kV dalekovoda, koji ulaze u TS Cirkovce podzemnim kablovima, oni se s jedne strane priključuju u GIS postrojenje, a sa druge 110 kV strane na stubove.
Sertifikovani monteri ENS-a u okviru ove faze uspješno su položili 13 kilometara 110 kV podzemnih visokonaponskih kablova. Veliko postignuće za naše ekipe bilo je postavljanje do sada najveće količine čeličnih konstrukcija u jedno 400 kV rasklopno postrojenje u ovoj zemlji. Efikasno i precizno, pridržavajući se svih uslova rada na visini, montirali smo više od 730 tona čeličnih konstrukcija i postolja za VN aparate i fiksnih sistema za sigurno penjanje na ove konstrukcije. U rasklopnom postrojenju od 400 kV, osim montaže konstrukcija, naši timovi izvršili su i povezivanje VN aparata na uređaje i portale. Bili su uključeni i u postupak montaže i puštanja u rad pogona sopstvene potrošnje, u okviru kojeg su povezali NN kablove, postavili NN ormare u relejne kuće i instalirali SN ćelije. Timovi ENS-a realizovali su splet montažnih radova u novom GIS postrojenju, koji je obuhvatio montažu svih kablovskih polica i cijelu mrežu za uzemljenje sa sabirnicama.
NA RASPLETU DALEKOVODA
Dosadašnji angažman timova naše slovenačke članice na poduhvatu Cirkovce–Pince obuhvatao je radove rekonstrukcije na raspletu 110 kV

dalekovoda, koji su sa istoka bili priključeni na postojeće razvodno postrojenje u TS Cirkovce. Ova etapa radova obuhvatala je demontažu i uklanjanje starih te montažu novih dalekovodnih stubova, instalaciju provodnika, ovjesne opreme, izolatora i OPGW-a.
GEOSTRATEŠKI ZNAČAJ Dalekovod Cirkovce–Pince povezaće tri susjedne države: Mađarsku, Sloveniju i Hrvatsku. Jedna dalekovodna trasa ide do trafostanice Heviz u Mađarskoj, a druga do trafostanice Žerjavinec u Hrvatskoj. Projekat je na listi projekata od zajedničkog interesa, finansiran je od strane Instrumenta za povezivanje Evrope (CEF) za realizaciju projekata, promociju rasta, radnih mjesta i konkurentnosti putem ciljanih infrastrukturnih ulaganja na evropskom nivou.

Predani timovi ENS-a uspješno su realizovali rekonstrukcije dijela stubova na dionicama 110 kV dalekovoda Cirkovce–Kidričevo 1, Cirkovce–Kidričevo 2, Cirkovce–Kidričevo 3, Formin–Cirkovce 2 te Cirkovce–Zlatoličje, koji su dio raspleta dalekovoda. Rekonstrukcija dalekovoda odvijala se po striktno utvrđenom planu za vrijeme perioda mrežnih isključenja. U tim periodima predani timovi realizovali su sve demontažne radove, montažu novih stubova, montažu opreme, provodnika i OPGW-a. Radovi koje su realizovali spadaju u kategoriju poslova visokog rizika, zbog toga što su se određene etape odvijale ispod dalekovoda koji su u vrijeme njihovog izvođenja bili pod naponom. „Bez naših stručnih i vrijednih poslovođa i vrsnih montera i njihovog maksimalnog zalaganja, zajedno sa našim angažmanom, sigurno ne bismo ovako uspješno izveli sve radove na ovom projektu. Treba skinuti kapu svima njima. Uz sav predan rad, veliki fokus naše pažnje bio je usmjeren na sigurnost i zaštitu na radu, jer su se radovi izvodili u blizini dalekovoda pod naponom, a ove godine i u uslovima opasnosti od virusa korona. Ne treba zanemariti ni činje-
nicu da je gotovo cijeli dosadašnji dio projekta izveden skoro u potpunosti našom mehanizacijom“, rekao je Franci Milhar, vođa projekta ispred ENS-a. Ekipe ENS Slovenije kroz dosadašnju realizaciju projekta Cirkovce–Pince potvrdile su da su majstori multitaskinga, kao i da su sposobne da kvalitetno izvedu širok spektar različitih radova koji zahtijeva raznolikosti stručnog znanja i sposobnosti njihovog brzog prilagođavanja.
BUDUĆI RADOVI
Višestruko potvrđeno znanje i struka doveli su naše timove u narednu fazu poduhvata izgradnje dalekovoda Cirkovce–Pince. Njihov sljedeći zadatak je izmještanje 220 kV dalekovoda Cirkovce–Žerjavinec, koji se realizuje kako bi bio napravljen prostor za priključenje 400 kV dalekovoda u TS Cirkovce. ENS Sloveniji povjereni su poslovi: montaže čeličnih konstrukcija 220 kV stubova sa montažom fiksnog sistema za sigurno uspinjanje na konstrukciju, montažu provodnika, izolatora i ovjesne opreme, montažu OPGW-a zajedno sa ovjesnom opremom, te demontažu postojećih provodnika i opreme.

Starting point of constructing a new 80 kilometers long, 2x400 kV transmission line Cirkovce–Pince is 400/110 kV substation Cirkovce. In order to perform long-waited endeavor, this substation went through a complex procedure of reconstruction and upgrade, after which it became one of the biggest in Slovenia. In the old substation Cirkovce, whose voltage level was 220/110 kV, 110 kV external switchyard was dismantled, a new 110 kV GIS plant and a new control building was built and its extended part, a new 400 kV switchyard was built. Apart from this, existing 110 kV transmission lines for starting substation in its rear part were replaced with 110 kV cable systems.
SS CIRKOVCE IN FOCUS
From the very beginning of the works on substation Cirkovce, ENS Slovenia teams are a proud part of big army of contractors engaged in this project. One of important reconstruction stages was connecting 110 kV transmission lines, which enter SS Cirkovce through underground cables – on one side, they connect to GIS plant and on the other 110 kV to towers. Within this phase, certified electricians of ENS successfully laid 13 kilometers of 110 kV underground high-voltage cables. Big achievement of our team was installation of the biggest amount of steel constructions into one 400 kV switchyard in this country so far. Efficient and precise, obeying all the conditions for works on heights, we installed more than 730 tons of steel constructions and supports for HV devices and fixed systems for safe climbing onto these constructions. Within 400 kV switchyard, apart from mounting constructions, our teams also connected HV devices to devices and portals. They were also included in the procedure of mounting and commission of own consumption, where they connected LV cables, installed LV cabinets into relay housing and installed MV cells. ENS teams performed a series of mounting works in this GIS plant, which included assembly of all cable shelves and entire network for grounding with busbars.

ENS Slovenia devoted teams successfully performed reconstruction of a part of towers on sections of 110 kV transmission lines Cirkovce– Kidričevo 1, Cirkovce–Kidričevo 2, Cirkovce– Kidričevo 3, Formin–Cirkovce 2 and Cirkovce– Zlatoličje, which are a part of transmission line arrangement. Transmission line reconstruction was going on according to strict defined plan during outage periods during these periods, devoted teams performed all the dismantling works, mounting of new towers, equipment assembly, conductors and OPGW. Performed works fall into the category of high-risk works, due to the fact that certain stages were going on under transmission lines, which were live during the performance. “Without our professional and hardworking managers and skillful electricians and their maximum effort, along with our engagement, we surely would not perform all the works of the project successfully. Hats off to all of them. With all devoted work, big focus of our attention was on safety and protection at work, since the works were performed in the vicinity of live transmission line, and, this year, also in conditions of jeopardy of Corona virus. We should not oversee the fact that almost entire part of project so far has been performed with almost all of our machinery”, stated Franci Milhar, Project Manager from ENS. In so far realization of the project Cirkovce– Pince, ENS teams asserted they are multitasking masters as well as they are capable of successfully performing a wide spectrum of various works, demanding versatility of professional knowledge and their quick adjustment.
UPCOMING WORKS Several times confirmed knowledge and profession, lead our teams to the next stage of constructing transmission line Cirkovce–Pince. Their next task is relocation of 220 kV transmission line Cirkovce–Žerjavinec, which is performed in order to make space for connecting 400 kV transmission line to SS Cirkovce. ENS Slovenia were tasked with following works: mounting of steel constructions 220 kV towers from assembly of fixed system for safe climbing to construction, mounting of conductors, insulators and suspension equipment, mounting of OPGW along with suspension equipment, as well as dismounting the existing conductors and equipment.
GEOSTRATEGIC SIGNIFICANCE Cirkovce–Pince transmission line shall connect three adjacent countries: Hungary, Slovenia and Croatia. One transmission line section goes all the way to substation Heviz in Hungary and the other to substation Žerjavinec in Croatia. Project is a part of list of projects of common interest, financed by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) instrument for project realization, promotion of growth, work positions and competition through aimed infrastructural investments at the European level.

ŠVEDSKA OBLAST GÄVLEBORG ove godine je mjesto velikog „energetskog prestrojavanja“. Nakon što je softverski gigant Microsoft u ovoj regiji kupio zemlju ekvivalentnu površini 260 fudbalskih terena i na njoj započeo izgradnju tri nova data centra, pred elektroenergetsku mrežu ove regije postavljen je kompleksan zadatak – prilagoditi se potrebama novog velikog kupca. Kao ključni dio ovog plana rođen je projekat „Aqua“. Ovaj poduhvat podrazumijeva izgradnju tri nove 130 kV trafostanice pod nazivom Ersbo, Tuna i Öby, koje će napajati tri nova data centra električnom energijom. Nakon devet uzbudljivih godina poslovanja u ovoj zemlji, naše ekipe su se suočile sa još jednim novim i specifičnim izazovom.
THIS YEAR, SWEDISH REGION GÄVLEBORG is a location of a “major energy turn“. After software giant Microsoft bought a land in this region, area of which equals 260 football fields, and started with construction of three new data centers, power supply grid of the region was faced with a highly complex task- to adapt to the needs of such large new buyer. Project “Aqua“ was prepared as a key point of such adaptation plan. This endeavor implies construction of three new 130 kV substations named Ersbo, Tuna and Öby which will provide power supply for the three new data centers. After nine successful years of business in this country, our teams encountered another new and specific challenge.

TRI PROJEKTA U JEDNOM LINJEMONTAGE AB O NAMA Imate iskusne radnike koji za vrijeme izvođenja radova odaju jasan utisak tačnog poznavanja svog dijela posla i onoga što se od njih očekuje. Nastojite da što je više moguće organizujete rad ljudi na tri različite lokacije u okviru ovog projekta, što je poboljšalo dinamiku izvođenja radova. Vaš projektni tim je uspješno organizovao grupisanje ljudi u koordinciji sa našim menadžerom gradilišta i sve vrijeme trajanja projekta komunikacija i saradnja između njih je na zavidnom nivou. Zadovoljni smo vašim pristupom segmentu bezbjednosti rada, te procjenama i analizama rizika koje realizujete za vrijeme realizacije svakog radnog zadatka.
Jedno je sigurno, oni projektni zadaci čiju realizaciju smo počeli u proljeće 2020. godine biće posebnim slovima boldovani na Elnosovoj poslovnoj mapi. Jedan od njih je svakako projekat „Aqua“. U aprilskom jeku pandemije virusa korona, uprkos gotovo potpunoj blokadi evropskih granica i aerodroma, naši radnici su iz Banjaluke posebnim čarter letom odletjeli u Švedsku kako bi počeli realizaciju upravo ovog projekta. Sa 10 radnika, koliko ih je bilo angažovano na početku, zahuktavanjem radova na terenu broj angažovanih zaposlenih popeo se na 25. Izvođenje radova prvo smo počeli na TS Ersbo u aprilu, da bi kasnije sinhronizovano počela realizacija radova i na ostalim trafostanicama, na TS Tuna u junu, a potom i na TS Öby u avgustu. Svaka trafostanica gradi se pored jednog od tri Microsoft-ova data centra u nastanku i imaće ulogu njihovog napajanja. Zadatak naših ekipa je realizacija sveobuhvatnih elektromontažnih radova koji podrazumijevaju montažu primarne i sekundarne opreme na rasklopnim postrojenjima, zatim izradu opštih instalacija u kontrolnim zgradama te izradu uzemljenja. Sve tri 130 kV trafostanice sastoje se od sedam transformatorskih i dva dalekovodna polja, a naši timovi izvode radove u svim poljima. Realizacija radova na montaži primarne opreme podrazumijeva montažu čelične konstrukcije centralnog portala, čelične konstrukcije za visokonaponske aparate u rasklopnom postrojenju, zatim montažu VN aparata, spajanje svih primarnih VN veza te spajanje konstrukcije i VN aparata na uzemljenje. Montaža sekundarne opreme obuhvatila je poslove montaže ormara zaštite i upravljanja u kontrolnoj zgradi, zatim montažu kablovskih kanala, polaganje i ugradnju komandno-signalnih kablova, povezivanje upravljačkih i komandno-signalnih kablova u ormarima zaštite i uprav-
ljanja u kontrolnoj zgradi i ormarima VN aparata u rasklopnom postrojenju. Važno je istaći i to da su naši timovi, između ostalog, prvi put zaduženi i za radove uvođenja kompletnih niskonaponskih elektroinstalacija u kontrolnim zgradama trafostanice.

„Trafostanice Ersbo, Tuna i Öby su distributivne i grade se za potrebe jednog kupca, Microsoft-a, zbog čega je ovaj projekat od samog početka specifičan. Projekat ’Aqua‘ pred nas je postavio visoke zahtjeve poštovanja dinamike izvođenja radova na tri terena uporedo. Njegova realizacija je zaista izazov. Sve tri trafostanice nisu međusobno mnogo udaljene, a pozicija terena na kojem radimo je svega pedesetak kilometara od Botničkog zaliva. Prateći vremenski uslovi su dobri, a mi se nadamo da će tako ostati do kraja izvođenja projekta“, podijelio je sa nama utiske Radovan Spasojević, inženjer Elnos Grupe. Projekat „Aqua“ od samog početka iziskivao je poseban trud našeg logističkog i sektora za bezbjednost i zaštitu na radu. Uz njihovo nesebično zalaganje i koordinaciju, uprkos nizu prepreka uslovljenih pandemijom, dinamika radova se odvija planiranim i dobrim tempom. „Realizacija projekta ’Aqua‘ je još jedna potvrda da u oblasti izvođenja radova na elektroenergetskim objektima kotiramo kao jedan od najsposobnijih servis provajdera na švedskom tlu. On je dokaz naše sposobnosti da u isto vrijeme, praktično paralelno, realizujemo kompletne elektromontažne radove na tri zahtjevna 130 kV objekta. Veoma smo zadovoljni što smo sve svoje dosadašnje radne zadatke okončali uspješno, uprkos vladajućim pandemijskim okolnostima, koje su u velikoj mjeri otežavale poslove obezbjeđivanja potrebne mehanizacije i ljudskih resursa“, rekao je Nenad Vukomanović, tehnički direktor Elnos Nordic-a. Ukoliko se radovi na realizaciji nastave odvijati planiranom dinamikom, nove trafostanice će postati operativne u proljeće 2021. godine.

Izgradnjom tri nove trafostanice u okviru projekta „Aqua“ nastaje novo i snažno energetsko čvorište u centralnom dijelu Švedske.
THREE PROJECTS IN ONE
One thing is certain- the projects realization of which started in spring 2020 will most certainly stand out on Elnos business map. “Aqua“ project is surely one of such projects. In April, during the height of the pandemic of Corona virus, despite almost complete blockage of European borders and airports, a special charter flight was arranged for transportation of our workers to Sweden in order to enable commencement of realization of the project above. 10 workers were engaged in the beginning. However, as the works on site intensified, number of engaged personnel increased to 25. Works first commenced on construction of substation Ersbo in June. Following the commencement, works were later executed simultaneously on other substations; works on substations Tuna and Öby started in June and August, respectively. Each substation is being constructed in direct vicinity one of the three emerging Microsoft data centers and will serve to provide power supply for these. Our teams are assigned with a task to perform entire electrical installation works which implies installation of primary and secondary equipment on the switchgears, followed by works on general installations in the control buildings and grounding works. All three 130 kV substations consist of seven transformer and two transmission line bays. Our workers perform the works in all bays. Performance of works on installation of the equipment implies installation of central portal steel structure, steel structure for high voltage devices in the switchgear as well as installation of high voltage devices, connecting all primary high voltage lines and grounding of the structure and high voltage devices. Installation of secondary equipment included installation of protection and control cabinets in control facility, installation of cable ducts, laying and installation of control cables and their connec-
tion to protection and control cabinets in control facility as well as in cabinets of high voltage devices in the switchgear. It is important to point out that our teams were also assigned with works related to introduction of entire low voltage electrical installations in the substation control facilities.
NEW EXPERIENCE
“Ersbo, Tuna and Öby are distribution substations and are being constructed for the needs of a single buyer, Microsoft, which makes this project highly specific from its early begining. Project “Aqua“ set high demands on us in terms of keeping up with construction time schedule on three sites simultaneously. Realization of this project is a challenge indeed. Distance between the substations is not significant. The sites are located approximately fifty km from the Gulf of Bothnia. Weather conditions are currently favourable and we hope it will remain so until completion of project“, said Radovan Spasojević, engineer in Elnos Group, when asked to share his impressions. From the early begining, project “Aqua“ required particularly high engagement of our Logistics sector and Health and safety sector. With their selfless efforts, works are being implemented in accordance with the time schedule despite a series of obstacles caused by the pandemic. “Realization of project ’Aqua’ serves as a confirmation that, in domain of execution of works on power facilities, our company rates as one of the most capable service providers in Sweden. This project is a confirmation of our capability to perform, practically simultaneously, overall electrical installation works on three demanding 130 kV facilities. We are very satisfied to have successfully completed our present tasks despite all the circumstances surrounding the pandemic which made it significantly harder to provide all necessary mechanization and man power“, said Nenad Vukomanović, Director of Operations at Elnos Nordic. If the works continue as planned and in accordance with the time schedule, new substations will become operational in spring 2021. Construction of these three new substations within project “Aqua“ most certainly represents a formation of new energy stronghold in Central Sweden.

PROJEKAT ENERGETSKE BUDUĆNOSTI REGIJE Rekonstrukcija 15 trafostanica u Crnoj Gori dio je druge faze projekta Transbalkanski koridor u Crnoj Gori. Projekat je dio veće inicijative iz Agende povezivanja – Transbalkanskog koridora, koji će 400 kV dalekovodnom linijom povezati Rumuniju, Srbiju, Bosnu i Hercegovinu i Crnu Goru, dok će posredstvom HVDC interkonekcije MONITA ove zemlje u perspektivi, od 2022. godine, biti energetski povezane sa Italijom.
CGES – PROJEKAT SA NIZOM BENEFITA Ovaj projekat će obezbijediti kvalitetnije snabdijevanje građana i privrede električnom energijom, ističu iz Crnogorskog elektroprenosnog sistema (CGES). „Glavni benefiti ovog projekta su sigurniji i pouzdaniji rad postrojenja, odnosno smanjenje broja i trajanja neplaniranih prekida u napajanju. Dodatno, nova visokonaponska oprema znači produženje vijeka trajanja glavnih elemenata prenosne mreže, odnosno smanjenje troškova održavanja“, rekao je Dragan Perunović, koordinator projekta ispred CGES-a.

Elnos Grupa realizuje jedan od najznačajnijih energetskih projekata u Crnoj Gori. U pitanju je poduhvat rekonstrukcije niza trafostanica koje su značajna čvorišta širom elektroenergetskog sistema Crne Gore. Poslovi povjereni našim ekipama obuhvataju: zamjenu visokonaponske opreme, rekonstrukciju sistema relejne zaštite i upravljanja, rekonstrukciju sistema sopstvene potrošnje te integraciju SCADA sistema u trafostanicama. Ovo je impozantan projekat o čijem obimu mnogo govore preliminarne procjene, prema kojima će naše ekipe do februara 2022. godine ugraditi više od 300 kilometara kablova, 200 novih ormara zaštite i upravljanja i 150 visokonaponskih aparata. Trafostanice obuhvaćene projektom nalaze se na lokacijama širom zemlje – TS Herceg Novi, TS Ulcinj, TS Bar, TS Mojkovac, TS Nikšić, TS Berane, TS Podgorica 1, TS Podgorica 2, TS Podgorica 3, TS Tivat, TS Budva, TS Ribarevine, TS Pljevlja 1, TS Pljevlja 2 i TS Cetinje. Obim projekta na samom njegovom početku jasno je govorio da su naši timovi dio novog i opsežnog projektnog izazova.
RAD „POD NAPONOM“
Struka kaže da je rekonstrukcija starog elektroenergetskog objekta uvijek kompleksniji zadatak od njegove izgradnje. Poduhvat rekonstrukcije 15 crnogorskih trafostanica još jednom je potvrdio ovo pravilo. „Činjenica da je dio postrojenja pod naponom i u pogonu dok radite znatno povećava stepen opasnosti po ljudske živote, što znači da se za vrijeme izvođenja radova primjenjuju najviše mjere bezbjednosti. Pored toga, rad u trafostanicama realizuje se u striktno definisanim fazama isklju-
čenja dijelova elektrodistributivne mreže, što u praktičnom smislu za naše ekipe znači izvođenje radova u više trafostanica uporedo“, rekao je Goran Đurasović, projekt menadžer Elnos Grupe. Rad na trafostanicama koje su dio ovog projekta sastoji se od dvije grupe poslova. Prva grupa poslova obuhvata radove na zamjeni visokonaponske opreme: prekidača, rastavljača, strujnih transformatora, naponskih mjernih transformatora, odvodnika prenapona i potpornih izolatora. Druga grupa poslova obuhvata radove na rekonstrukciji sistema relejne zaštite i upravljanja, odnosno radove na ugradnji ormara zaštite i upravljanja, ormara u polju, ormara mjerenja, rekonstrukciji sistema sopstvene potrošnje (AC i DC ormari) te integraciju lokalnog i daljinski upravljivog SCADA sistema u trafostanicama. „Kompletna zamjena sistema zaštite i upravljanja, izrada lokalnog SCADA sistema te uvezivanje trafostanica u nacionalni dispečerski centar Crne Gore je posebno značajna faza ovog projekta. Integracijom više trafostanica u jedinstven upravljački sistem se postiže viši nivo pouzdanosti i efikasnosti elektroenergetskog sistema, što znači veći stepen kvaliteta u napajanju električnom energijom“, rekao je Dragan Jurošević, rukovodilac našeg tima za zaštitu, upravljanje i mjerenje. U određenim etapama radova vladajući vremenski uslovi nisu išli na ruku našim timovima. Radilo se po veoma visokim temperaturama, a zbog obilnih kiša praćenih snažnom grmljavinom radovi su morali biti prekidani. Uprkos specifičnim projektnim zahtjevima i povremenim vremenskim nedaćama, terenska radna atmosfera je na visokom nivou, a investitor Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem (CGES) zadovoljan je dinamikom i kvalitetom izvođenja radova. Dinamikom radova predviđeno je da do kraja godine naše ekipe završe svoj dio radova u TS Ulcinj, TS Bar, TS Herceg Novi, TS Nikšić i TS Berane. Ipak, najveći i najsveobuhvatniji dio posla naše ekipe čeka u narednoj godini, kada slijedi rekonstrukcija najvećih trafostanica – TS Podgorica 1, TS Podgorica 2 i TS Pljevlja 2, a pored njih u narednoj godini ćemo realizovati radove i u TS Tivat, TS Budva, TS Ribarevine i TS Pljevlja 1. „Crna Gora ima komplikovan, ali nama dobro poznat teren. Ovo je projekat koji je pred nas stavio niz izazova sa kojima se mi veoma dobro nosimo. Ugradnja modernih tehnoloških rješenja koja omogućavaju daljinsko upravljanje i nadzor otvara novu stranicu u procesima upravljanja i daljeg razvoja elektroenergetskog sistema“, rekao je Đurasović.

Elnos Group performs one of the most significant energetic projects in Montenegro. This is upgrade of a series of substations that are significant junction points throughout Montenegrin electrical power system. Tasks meant for our teams include as follows: replacement of high-voltage equipment, reconstruction of the relay protection and control systems, reconstruction of own consumption system as well as integration of SCADA system in substations. This is an enormous project, whose scope is supported by preliminary estimates. According to these, by February 2022, our teams shall install more than 300 kilometers of cables, 200 new protection and control cabinets and 150 high-voltage devices. Substations covered by the projects are located throughout the country – SS Herceg Novi, SS Ulcinj, SS Bar, SS Mojkovac, SS Nikšić, SS Berane, SS Podgorica 1, SS Podgorica 2, SS Podgorica 3, SS Tivat, SS Budva, SS Ribarevine, SS Pljevlja 1, SS Pljevlja 2, SS Cetinje. At the very beginning, the project scope clearly stated our teams were a part of new and voluminous project challenge.
“LIVE” WORK
Professionals say that upgrade of an old electrical power facility is always more complex tasks than construction of the same. Endeavor of upgrading 15 Montenegrin substations once again confirmed this rule. “The fact that a part of the plant was energized and operating during the works performance significantly increases degree of danger to human lives, which means that during performance of works we have to apply the highest-level safety measures. Apart from this, work in substations is performed in strictly defined phases of outages of electrical power distribution network, which, practically, means that our teams have to perform works in many substations simultaneously”, said Goran Đurasović, Elnos Group Project Manager. Work on substations included in this project consists of two groups of works. The first group of works includes activities on replacement of high-voltage equipment: switches breakers, power transformers, voltage measuring transformers, surge arrestors and pin insulators. The second group of works includes activities on reconstruction of the relay protection and control systems, i.e. activities on installation of protection and control cabinets, bay cabinets, measurement cabinets, reconstruction of own consumption system in substations (AC and DC cabinets) as well as integration of local and remote SCADA system in substations. “Entire replacement of the protection and control system, performance of local SCADA system
as well as connecting substations to the Montenegrin national dispatcher center is especially important phase of this project. Integration of several substations in a unique control system results in higher level of reliability and efficiency of the electrical power system, which means a higher quality degree in electrical power supply”, stated Dragan Jurošević, Head of our team for control and protection. In certain stages of the work, weather conditions did not favor our teams. Work was performed under extremely high temperatures and due to heavy rain followed by strong lightning, works had to be stopped. In spite specific project requirements and random weather disasters, field working atmosphere is at a high level, and Montenegrin Electric Utility Company (Crnogorski elektroprenosni sistem CGES), the Investor, is satisfied with progress and quality of work. Work schedule plans that our teams complete their part of works on SS Ulcinj, SS Bar, SS Herceg Novi, SS Nikšić and SS Berane by the end of the year. However, our team will perform the biggest and most comprehensive part of the work in the upcoming year, when upgrade of the biggest substations is planned – SS Podgorica 1, SS Podgorica 2 and SS Pljevlja 2. Apart from these, we shall perform works on SS Tivat, SS Budva, SS Ribarevine and SS Pljevlja 1 next year. “Montenegro has a complicated terrain that we are well familiar with. This is a project where we are facing a series of challenges we dealing well with. Installation of modern technological solutions enabling remote controlling and supervision starts a new page in controlling processes and further development of electrical power system”, said Đurasović.
PROJECT OF REGIONAL ENERGETIC FUTURE Upgrade of 15 substations in Montenegro is a part of the second phase of the project for Trans-Balkan Corridor in Montenegro. Project is a part of more extensive initiative from Agenda for connecting – Trans-Balkan Corridor, which shall use 400 kV transmission line to connect Romania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, whereas it shall be energetically connected to Italy, up to 2022 by HVDC interconnection MONITA of this country in perspective.
CGES – PROJECT OF SERIES OF BENEFITS This project will provide a better power supply for the to citizens and economy, Montenegrin Electric Utility Company (CGES) states. “Major benefits of this project are safer and more reliable operation of the plants, i.e. decrease of number and duration of unplanned supply interruptions. Additionally, new high-voltage equipment means extension of life for the major elements of the transmission network, i.e. decrease of maintenance costs“, stated Dragan Perunović, CGES Project Coordinator.

IZGRADNJA NOVE TRAFOSTANICE UŽICE 2 Elnos Srbija je, kao lider konzorcijuma šest kompanija, dio realizacije dvogodišnjeg projekta izgradnje druge užičke stodesetke – TS 110/35/10 kV Užice 2. Izgradnjom ove trafostanice biće stvoreni neophodni uslovi za sigurnije i kvalitetnije snabdijevanje električnom energijom u Zlatiborskom okrugu. Trenutno napajanje ovog grada odvija se preko nekoliko visoko opterećenih naponskih vodova i 110 kV dalekovoda iz pravca Požege. Izgradnjom nove trafostanice Užice 2 u mrežu će biti priključen 110 kV dalekovod iz pravca Sevojna, što će omogućiti rezervno napajanje za grad koji se trenutno napaja preko TS 110/35 kV Užice 1. Elnos BL Beograd gradi TS Užice 2 po sistemu „ključ u ruke“. Naši projektni zadaci u okviru izgradnje TS Užice 2 podrazumijevaju poslove izrade kompletne tehničke dokumentacije, nabavku elektroopreme, izvođenje građevinskih i elektromontažnih radova te ispitivanje i puštanje trafostanice pod napon. Građevinska faza radova je, između ostalog, podrazumijevala izvođenje radova nivelacije i sređivanja lokacije buduće TS Užice 2, izgradnju komandne zgrade, temelja za VN opremu, kada za energetske transformatore te izgradnju uljne jame i pristupnog puta, ali je sadržavala i određenu dozu posebnosti. Dejan Maljenović, rukovodilac građevinskog sektora u Elnosu BL Beograd, rekao je da je TS Užice 2 jedinstvena po svojoj dispoziciji, jer je specifičnog kaskadnog oblika sa tri terase. „Svaka terasa je jedna funkcionalna cjelina, one su međusobno povezane primarnim vezama za povezivanje VN opreme, dok su granice terasa potporni zidovi visine od 1,6 do 4,2 metra“, rekao je Maljenović. U okviru elektromontažne faze radova naši zadaci obuhvataju nabavku, ugradnju, povezivanje i ispitivanje VN opreme za dva transformatorska polja, dva dalekovodna polja, dvije sekcije sabirnica 110 kV. Preciznije govoreći, ovo znači da obavljamo isporuku i montažu jednog energetskog transformatora od 31,5 MVA na naponskom nivou od 110/35 kV, dva energetska transformatora od 8 MVA na naponskom nivou od 35/10 kV, montažu 35 kV postrojenja koje se sastoji od deset ćelija i montažu 10 kV postrojenja sa 14 ćelija. Pored toga, zaduženi smo i za ugradnju sistema daljinskog upravljanja, sistema za video-nadzor, spoljašnjeg osvjetljenja i uzemljivačke veze. Radovi se odvijaju po planiranoj dinamici pa se očekuje da će TS Užice 2 biti pod naponom sljedeće godine.

CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SUBSTATION UŽICE 2 Being the Leader of consortium consisting of six companies, Elnos Serbia is a part of performing two-year project of constructing the second SS 110/35/10 kV Užice 2. Constructing this substation shall create necessary conditions for safer and better quality provision of electrical power in Zlatibor region. Current powering of this town is performed though several highly burdened voltage lines and 110 kV transmission line coming from Požega. Once substation Užice 2 is built, 110 kV transmission line coming from Sevojno shall become a part of network, which shall provide back-up power for the town that is currently powered through SS 110/35 kV Užice 1. Elnos BL Belgrade builds SS Užice 2 per turnkey principle. Project tasks within constructing SS Užice 2 include design, purchase of electrical equipment, construction and electrical installation works as well as testing and commission of the substation. Construction phase of works, among other works, included works on leveling and arranging location of the future SS Užice 2, construction control building, foundations for HV equipment, tub for electrical transformers and construction
of oil pit and access road, but it also included certain amount of specificity. Dejan Maljenović, Manager of the Construction Sector of the Elnos BL Belgrade, stated that SS Užice 2 is a unique for its disposition, since it has a specific cascade shape of three terraces. “Each terrace is a single functioning unit. They are mutually connected by primary connections for HV equipment, whereas terraces’ boundaries are supporting walls from 1.6 to 4.2 meters height”, stated Maljenović. Within phase of electrical mounting works, our tasks include purchase, installation, connecting and testing HV equipment for two transformer bays, two transmission bays, and two sections of 110 kV bus bars. More precisely, this means that we deliver and assemble one power transformer of 31.5 MVA power at 110/35 kV voltage level, two 8 MVA power transformers at 35/10 kV voltage level, mounting of 35 kV plant consisting of ten cells and mounting 10 kV plants with 14 cells. Apart from this, we are also in charge of installation of remote control system, video surveillance system, exterior lighting and grounding networks. Works are performed according to planned time schedule, it is expected that SS Užice 2 will go live next year. 55

Kao nosilac izgradnje 35/10 kV trafostanice Loznica 5, Elnos BL Beograd uspješno je nastavio realizaciju još jednog projekta iz EPSovog ciklusa modernizacije elektrodistributivne mreže Srbije. Zajedno sa novoizgrađenom 110/35 kV trafostanicom Loznica 2, trafostanica Loznica 5 će u budućnosti imati važnu ulogu garanta sigurnosti isporuke električne energije, kako u novoj Industrijskog zoni Šepak, tako i na području ovog grada.
Projekat izgradnje trafostanice Loznica 5 implementirali smo po sistemu „ključ u ruke“. Naša kompanija izradila je kompletnu projektnu dokumentaciju, realizovala isporuku opreme te izvršila građevinske i elektromontažne radove. Na poslovima izgradnje ove trafostanice angažovane su ekipe iz više naših divizija, a one su uspješno realizovale montažu 10 kV postrojenja, koje se sastoji od 16 ćelija, i montažu 35 kV postrojenja od šest ćelija. Ovi radovi podra-

zumijevali su montažu i povezivanje SN ćelija i njihovih zaštitnih mikroprocesorskih uređaja. Izvršena je i ugradnja ormara sopstvene potrošnje, lokalne signalizacije i daljinskog upravljanja, a s ponosom možemo istaći da je jedan dio ormara ugrađenih u ovaj elektroenergetski objekat proizveden u Elnosovim EMR radionicama. Naši timovi su takođe montirali i povezali dva energetska transformatora, svaki snage po 8 MVA. Pored toga, realizovali su i ugradnju unutrašnjeg i spoljašnjeg radnog LED osvjetljenja, evakuacionog osvjetljenja, grijanja, kao i uzemljivačke veze. „Radove na terenu počeli smo sredinom februara i ne razmišljajući o tome da će za samo tri sedmice biti uvedeno vanredno stanje u Srbiji. Ipak, zahvaljujući veoma visokom stepenu koordinacije svih kompanija koje su dio projekta, uključujući investitora, podizvođača i dobavljače, realizacija posla za vrijeme vanrednog stanja i vanredne situacije nijednom nije obustavljena. Raditi na projektu u prvom jeku pandemije i za vrijeme vanrednog stanja, sasvim sigurno je nesvakidašnje iskustvo koje ćemo dugo pamtiti“, rekao je Stefan Golubović, projekt menadžer Elnosa. Trafostanica će biti bez posade, daljinski upravljiva i nadziraće se iz dispečerskog centra Elektrodistribucije Loznica. Trafostanica će biti puštena pod napon do kraja ove godine. As a leader in construction of 35/10 kV substation Loznica 5, Elnos BL Belgrade, continued with successful realization of another EPS power distribution modernization project. Together with newly constructed 110/35 kV substation Loznica 2, substation Loznica 5 will play an important role in future- guaranteeing power supply for both, new industrial zone Šepak and wider city area. Construction of substation Loznica 5 was a “turn-key“ project. Our company prepared entire design documentation, provided equipment and performed construction and electrical installation works. Teams from all of our divisions were engaged on construction of this substation. The teams successfully performed installation of 10 kV and 35 kV facilities, composed of 16 and 6 cells respectively. These works implied installation and connecting of middle voltage cells and their protective microprocessor devices. Cabinets of own consumption were also mounted, as well as local signalization and remote control. We can proudly point out that a number of cabinets installed in this power facility had been produced in Elnos EMW workshops.
Our teams were responsible for connecting two 8 MVA transformers as well as for installation of interior and exterior LED lighting, emergency lighting, heating system and grounding. “We started with execution of works in the middle of February, not believe that state of emergency will be declared in Serbia within three weeks. However, thanks to high level of coordination between the companies involved in the project, including the investor, subcontractor and suppliers, there were no suspensions of works during state of emergency or
emergency situation. Working on a project during first peak of the pandemic and during an emergency situation is most certainly an extraordinary experience we will all remember for a long time“, said Stefan Golubović, Project Manager at Elnos. Substation will be remotely operated, no manpower will be needed for its functioning and it will be controlled from a remote control center located in Elektrodistribucija Loznica. PAN-EUROPEAN RAILWAY CORRIDOR 10 is infrastructural endeavor of great importance for six states this railway connects. From the very beginning, the Serbian Railways gave priority to projects of reconstructing railways being a part of Corridor 10 through this country. One of them is revitalization of railway section Jajinci–Mala Krsna and Elnos Serbia teams are their important part.
Stvoriti sve uslove da se brzina vozova na željezničkoj dionici Jajinci–Mala Krsna, dugoj 58,8 kilometara, poveća sa 50 na optimalnih 120 kilometara na čas, zajednički je zadatak svih kompanija koje su dio ovog kapitalnog projekta. Uprkos svim nedaćama koje je donijela „godina kovida“, radovi na ovom regionalno važnom projektu nastavljeni su dobrom dinamikom. Timovi Elnosa našli su se pred kompleksnim i izazovnim projektom. Obuhvat radova naših ekipa podrazumijeva i demontažu i montažu gotovo 80 kilometara voznog voda na svim prolaznim kolosijecima, zatim demontažu starih elemenata za nošenje i zatezanje kontaktne mreže na svim prolaznim kolosijecima i na 25 kilometara postojeće kontaktne mreže na sporednim kolosijecima te njihovu zamjenu novim. Realizujemo i zamjenu kompletne elektroopreme na četiri postrojenja za sekcionisanje i na elektrovučnoj podstanici, a naši radovi obuhvataju i izgradnju sedam novih stubnih trafostanica, čija je uloga napajanje uređaja za signalizaciju i grijanje skretnica.
TUNELI LIPE I BELI POTOK
Svaki projekat ima svoje izazove, a uvođenja elektrifikacije u tunele Lipe i Beli Potok za naše ekipe bio je jedan od njih. Ukupna dužina ovih tunela iznosi 2,5 kilometara. Izgrađeni su prije Drugog svjetskog rata, odnosno prije vremena elektrifikacije željeznice. Izvođenje radova u tunelima normalnog profila inače je zahtjevno, a njihova realizacija u tunelima minimalnih profila zadatak je čije izvođenje se u inženjeringu u oblasti kontaktnih mreža radi za „ocjenu više“. U tunelima naši timovi izvode radove demontaže starog voznog voda i starih „trokrakih“ konzola sa pričvrsnicima, montaže novih pričvrsnika za nošenje konzola sa postavljanjem specijalnih ankera u svod tunela, montaže novih konzola i novog voznog voda. „Rad u ovako starim tunelima nosi dozu
Angažman na radovima rekonstrukcije na željezničkoj stanici Mala Krsna u Smederevu bio je dio projekta koji će naše ekipe pamtiti. Ova željeznička stanica sastoji se od osam kolosijeka i jedan je od najznačajnijih željezničkih čvorova u Srbiji. Izvodeći radne zadatke na stanici Mala Krsna, ekipe Elnosa Srbija još jednom su pokazale visok stepen profesionalizma radeći u visokorizičnim uslovima. „Radovi su se odvijali tako da, dok s jedne strane radimo rekonstrukciju na prva četiri kolosijeka, na svim ostalim kolosijecima saobraćaj i dalje teče. Po završetku rekonstrukcije na prva četiri, nastavili smo realizaciju radova na preostalim kolosijecima, dok je saobraćaj na rekonstruisanim kolosijecima tekao. Nama ovakva vrsta radova nije nepoznata i sve se odvijalo u uslovima smanjene brzine saobraćaja. Ipak, jasno je da izvođenje ovakvih radova podrazumijeva ispunjavanje niza dodatnih uslova bezbjednosti i opreza“, rekao je Savić.
RIJEČ INVESTITORA – INFRASTRUKTURA ŽELJEZNICA SRBIJE Rekonstrukcija dionice pruge Jajinci– –Mala Krsna jedan je od naših najvećih i najznačajnijih infrastrukturnih projekata. Njime je predviđena rekonstrukcija ukupno 68,8 kilometara kolosijeka i elektrotehničkih postrojenja, kao i radovi na deset stanica i deset otvorenih pruga, šest stajališta, tri tunela i na dva mosta. Rekonstrukcijom ove pruge obuhvaćena je zamjena šina, pragova i kontaktne mreže, kao i ugradnja optičkog kabla te zamjena svih skretnica na svim stanicama. Sve kompanije koje su dio projekta važni su faktori u realizaciji projekta kojim upisujemo ovu dionicu na mapu Koridora 10.

INVESTOR’S ADDRESS – INFRASTRUCTURE OF SERBIAN RAILWAYS Reconstruction of the section of the railway Jajinci–Mala Krsna is one of biggest and most significant our infrastructural projects. It includes reconstruction of 68.8 kilometers of rails and electrical technical plants in total, as well as works on ten stations and ten open rails, six railway posts, three tunnels and two bridges. Reconstruction of this railway includes replacement of rails, sleepers, contact network as well as installation of optical fiber cable as well as replacement of all railway switches on all stations. All companies being parts of the project are significant factors in project realization, which pins this section onto Corridor 10 map.
CORRIDOR 10 Pan-European Corridor 10 shall connect Austria through West Balkans with Greece by 2,152 kilometers of railway. Serbia shall become an extremely important route in connecting region with Central Europe and its South by completing works on modernization and reconstruction of sections, being a part of railway Corridor 10.
It is a joint task for all companies being a part of this capital project to create conditions so that speed of trains on the railway section Jajinci– Mala Krsna, 58.8 kilometers long, increases from 50 to optimal 120 kilometers per hour. In spite of all disasters a “COVID year” brought, works on this regionally important project were continued in a good dynamic. Elnos teams are faced with a complex and challenging project. Our teams’ list of tasks at the field looks like this – reconstruction of contact network, electrical power substations 110/25/0,23 kV, all 25/0,23 kV plants for sectioning and construction of new substation towers 25/0,23 kV for powering devices signalization and railroad switches heating. Our teams’ scope of work also includes dismounting and assembling almost 80 kilometers of railway line on all transitional rails, dismounting old support elements and extending contact network on all transitional rails and on 25 kilometers of the existing contact network on side rails as well as their replacement by new ones. We are also replacing entire electrical equipment on four devices for sectioning and on electrical power substation. Our works include construction of seven new tower substations for powering devices signalization and railroad switches heating.
TUNELS LIPE AND BELI POTOK
Each project has its challenges and electrification of tunnels Lipe and Beli Potok was one of them for our teams. Total length of these tunnels is 2.5 kilometers. These were built before the Second World War, i.e. before the times of railway electrification. Works performance in tunnels with normal profile usually is demanding and their realization in tunnels of minimum profiles is a task
for “a higher grade” in engineering field of contact networks. In tunnels, our teams perform works on dismounting old railway line and old “thee-way” consoles with tighteners, mounting of new tighteners for consoles bearing with installation of special anchors in the tunnel ceiling, mounting new consoles and new railway line. “Work in these old tunnels has uncertainty element since we drilling, anchor drilling, mounting tighteners for consoles bearing on stone surface, where you do not know what to expect. In order to obey conditions of standard height for contact line, we had to adjust equipment. This kind of works demand a great deal of devotion”, said Veljko Savić, Elnos Group Project Manager.
STATION MALA KRSNA
Engagement in works on reconstructing railway station Mala Krsna in Smederevo was a part of the project our teams shall remember. This railway station consists of eight rails and is one of the most important railway junction points in Serbia. Through performance of activities in station Mala Krsna, Elnos Serbia teams showed a high degree of professionalism once again by working in highly risky conditions. “Works were performed in the way that, while working on reconstruction on the first four rails one side, traffic was operating on the remaining rails. Upon completion of the reconstruction on the first four rails, we continued realization of works on remaining rails, whereas traffic was operating on reconstructed rails. We are familiar with this type of works and all was operating in conditions of decrease traffic speed. However, it is clear that performance of such works, understands fulfilling a series of additional conditions for safety and precautions”, said Savić.

Elnos Grupa je u okviru ovog projekta angažovana na izvođenju radova na rekonstrukciji tramvajske kontaktne mreže. Preciznije govoreći, naše ekipe na terenu izvode kompletne radove izgradnje nove kontaktne mreže na obodima novog Savskog trga i radove na njenoj konekciji sa starom kontaktnom mrežom u Karađorđevoj, Nemanjinoj i Savskoj ulici. Izgradnja Savskog trga, projekta koji se odvija u okviru realizacije poduhvata „Beograd na vodi“, dio je velike infrastrukturne transformacije srpske metropole. Zbog važnosti projekta njegova realizacija nije odgođena ni u periodu vanrednog stanja uvedenog usljed virusa korona u Srbiji, tako da
su naše vrijedne ekipe radile na njemu i u tom izazovnom periodu. „Naši timovi na terenu su, poštujući niz sveobuhvatnih mjera bezbjednosti, nastavili realizaciju radova već prvi dan po uvođenju vanrednog stanja u zemlji“, rekao je Slavko Pušica, rukovodilac divizije za infrastrukturu u Elnosu Srbija. Naši radovi u okviru ovog projekta imaju svoju građevinsku i elektromontažnu etapu. Građevinska faza radova obuhvatala je izradu temelja i montažu 31 stuba za kontaktnu mrežu. Elektromontažna etapa radova obuhvata montažu više od 200 elemenata kontaktne mreže, uređaja automatskog zatezanja, kompletne opreme za napajanje i sekcionisanje kontaktne mreže, sistema za upravljanje i grijanje tri električne i tri mehaničke tramvajske skretnice, 53 sklopa konzola za nošenje tramvajske kontaktne mreže te montažu ormara za napajanje mazalica za podmazivanje tramvajskih šina. Ponosni smo što smo dio projekta kroz koji implementiramo najmoderniju saobraćajnu infrastrukturu koja će biti nova žila kucavica prestonice Srbije. In the frame of this project, Elnos Group is engaged on performance of works on reconstruction of tram contact network. More precisely, our teams on the field perform all the construction works for the contact network on the skirts of the new Sava Square and works on its connection
to old contact network in the following streets: Karađorđeva, Nemanjina and Savska. Construction of the Sava Square, project developed within realization of endeavor “Belgrade Waterfront”, is a part of a big infrastructural transformation of Serbian capital. Due to importance of the project, its realization was not delayed even during emergency situation introduced due to Corona virus in Serbia, so our hardworking teams worked on it during this challenging period, too. “Our field teams, respecting a series of comprehensive safety measures, continued works performance even on the first day of introducing emergency situation”, said Slavko Pušica, Head of Infrastructure division in Elnos Serbia. Our activities within this project have their civil and electrical phase. Civil phase of works included building foundations and mounting 31 towers for contact network. Electrical phase includes mounting of more than 200 elements of the contact network, devices of automatic extension, entire equipment for powering and sectioning contact network, system for controlling and heating three electrical and three mechanical tram switches, 53 console sets for bearing tram contact network as well as assembling cabinets for powering grease boxes for lubricating tram rails. We are proud to be a part of the project in which we implement the state-of-art traffic infrastructure, which is going to be a new major lifeline of the Serbian capital. 61

Zbog toga se u Beogradu od sredine juna vrijedno radi na značajnom projektu - rekonstrukciji saobraćajnice na potezu od Vukovog spomenika do Kalemegdana. Cilj projekta je stvaranje efikasnijeg i bezbjednijeg javnog prevoza, a naša kompanija je još jednom dio kreiranja novog izgleda prestonice.

Elnos Grupa je ponosni dio ovog projekta kojim su obuhvaćene ulice: Kraljice Marije, 27. marta, Džordža Vašingtona i Cara Dušana, koje spadaju među najprometnije u gradu. Ova dosadašnja “četiri bulevara” će po završetku rekonstrukcije nositi zajednički naziv “Zeleni bulevar”, koji će prema najavama biti jedan od najljepših u Beogradu. Elnos Grupa je angažovana na izvođenju radova na rekonstrukciji tramvajske kontaktne mreže. Zadatak naših stručnih ekipa su kompletni poslovi demontaže i montaže kontaktne mreže u dužini od šest kilometara. Elektromontažni radovi koje naši timovi realizuju između ostalog obuhvataju montažu: 1,74 km napojnog kabla, voznog voda u dužini od 6,07 km, kontaktnog provodnika u dužini od 1,94 km, te voda za pojačanje u dužini od 2,89 km. Ovaj dio radova podrazumijeva i montažu po sedam električnih i mehaničkih tramvajskih skretnica, novih ukrštaja tramvaja i trolejbusa, te kompletnog sistema za upravljanje i komandovanje skretnicama. “U okviru ovog projekta smo ugradili osam ukrštaja trolejbus – tramvaj, a oni se nalaze na raskrsnici ulica 27. marta i Takovske, Cara Dušana i Dobračine. Upravo je rekonstrukcija ovih ukrštaja tramvaja i trolejbusa bila najzahtijevnija i najsloženija faza naših radova. To su osjetljive tačke na kontaktnoj mreži. Dovoljno je reći da je saobraćaj preko njih ograničen na 10 kilometara na čas”, istakao je Veljko Savić, projekt menadžer Elnos Grupe. Savić dodaje da su pored ove faze veliki izazov radovi na tramvajskim skretnicama.
“Radovi koje realizujemo su složeni i uvijek ih izvodimo uz mnogo posvećenosti. Naše ekipe posjeduju veliko iskustvo, predane su svom poslu, i možemo biti jako zadovoljni svako dnevnom dinamikom odvijanja poslova”, ocijenio je Savić. Realizacijom projekta “Zeleni bulevar” glavni grad Srbije će dobiti bolju tramvajsku protočnost, uređene saobraćajne trake i kanalisane tokove, s akcentom na veću sigurnost i bolju koordinaciju u saobraćaju u skladu s trendovima razvoja savremene ekološki održive urbane sredine. Investitor projekta rekonstrukcije je Grad Beograd, a glavni ugovarač kompanije “Colas Rail“ i “Energoprojekt niskogradnja“. Kompletan projekat bi prema usvojenoj dinamici radova trebao biti okončan do kraja ove godine.

These so far “four boulevards”, after reconstruction, shall get a joint name Green boulevard, which, according to announcements, shall be one of the most beautiful one in Belgrade. Elnos Group is engaged for works on reconstructing tram contact network. Task of our professional teams are all the works of dismounting and mounting contact network 6 kilometers long. Electrical installation works teams are to perform, among other works, include mounting of the following: 1.74 km long power cable, overhead line 6.07 km long, contact conductor 1.94 km long as well as reinforcement line 2.89 km
long. This part of works also includes mounting seven electrical and seven mechanical tram switchers, new intersections for tram and trolley car, as well as entire system for management and administration of switchers. “In the frame of this project, we installed eight intersections trolley car – tram, and these are located on crossing road of the following streets: 27. marta and Takovska, Cara Dušana and Dobračina. Reconstruction of these intersections of trams and trolley cars was the most demanding and most complex phase of our works. Those are sensitive points of the contact network. It is enough to say that their speed limit is 10 kilometers per hour”, said Veljko Savić, Elnos Group Project Manager. Savić adds that, apart from this phase, works on tram switches are a big challenge as well. “Work we perform are complex and we always perform them with a lot of devotion. Our teams have a vast experience, they are devoted to work and we can be very satisfied by everyday dynamics of work performance”, stated Savić. Realization of the project Green boulevard shall provide the Serbian capital with better tram flow, arranged traffic lanes and channeled trafficflows, with accent to better safety and coordination in traffic in line with development trend of modern ecologically sustainable environment. Reconstruction project Investor is City of Belgrade, and the Main Contractors are companies Colas Rail and Energoprojekt niskogradnja. According to adopted works dynamics, entire project should be completed by the end of the year.

Ekipe Elnosa BL, od septembra prošle godine do sada, završile su polovinu ugovorenog posla u okviru velikog projekta rekonstrukcije SN i NN elektrodistributivne mreže na njihovom području. ove godine naši timovi podigli novih 1.236 betonskih stubova i položili oko 60 kilometara kablova. Ovo je do sada po obimu najveći projekat Elnosa BL iz oblasti zamjene SN i NN mreže u Republici Srpskoj, koji će, osim kvalitetnije isporuke električne energije za više desetina hiljada domaćinstava, uticati i na značajno smanjenje distributivnih gubitaka. Projekat u svojoj prvoj fazi podrazumijeva postavljanje novih betonskih stubova i provodnika na 50 srednjenaponskih i 151 niskonaponskoj mreži, što je u pet zapadnih i sjevernih opština u Republici Srpskoj posao naših ekipa.
„Mi smo prva domaća kompanija koja je tokom rekonstrukcije SN mreže na domaćem terenu za zamjenu provodnika koristila vučnu mašinu, koja se inače koristi za projekte iz oblasti dalekovoda. Upotrebom ove mašine, koja značajno utiče na brzinu posla i podiže nivo sigurnosti, značajno smo ubrzali i osavremenili postupak razvlačenja provodnika. Iz banjalučke Elektrokrajine, sa kojom je Elnos Banjaluka u maju prošle godine potpisao trogodišnji ugovor za izvođenje projekta modernizacije i rekonstrukcije SN i NN mreže u RS, ističu da su zadovoljni dosadašnjim tempom i kvalitetom radova. „Naša saradnja je izuzetno profesionalna i korektna, zbog čega vjerujemo da ćemo projekat završiti na obostrano zadovoljstvo i u korist kupaca električne energije“, rekao je Vladimir Arnaut, savjetnik za tehnička pitanja direktora Elektrokrajine. Elektrokrajina je najveće elektrodistributivno preduzeće u Republici Srpskoj, koje električnom energijom snabdijeva više od 250.000 kupaca na području tri grada i 18 opština. Excellent progress of works performance is best described by the fact that our teams erected 1,236 new concrete poles and laid 60 kilometers of cables from February to end of June this year. “By far, in volume, this is the biggest project of Elnos Banja Luka in the field of replacing MV and LV networks in the Republic of Srpska, which, apart from better quality of provision of electrical power for tens thousands of households, shall also affect significant decrease of distributive losses. In its first phase, project includes installation of new concrete poles and conductors on 50 medium-voltage and 151 low-voltage network, which is what our teams need to do in five municipalities in the Republic of Srpska”, stated Nenad Marjanović, Elnos Banja Luka Project Manager.
Elnos Banja Luka contributed a lot through a series of projects of constructing and modernization of electrical engineering capacities on domestic market in the last two decades, hence becoming one of leading and most significant business entities in the field of electrical engineering in BiH. Elektrokrajina from Banja Luka, a company that Elnos Banja Luka signed a three-year contract for the project modernization and reconstruction of MV and LV networks in May last year, have stated they are satisfied with tempo and works quality so far. “Our cooperation is extremely professional and correct, due to which we believe that the project shall be completed on mutual satisfaction and for the benefit of the electrical power buyers”, stated Vladimir Arnaut, Consultant for technical issues to the Manager of Elektrokrajina. Ekipe Elnosa Banjaluka rade na realizaciji velikog projekta modernizacije javne rasvjete na području grada Prijedora, u okviru kojeg će stara rasvjeta biti zamijenjena najsavremenijim svjetiljkama LED tehnologije. Na taj način se ovaj potkozarski grad pridružio lokalnim sredinama u BiH koje vode računa o potrošnji električne energije i prate savremene standarde zaštite životne sredine. Imajući u vidu da su postojeća rasvjetna tijela veliki potrošači energije, kao i zagađivači životne sredine, zamjenom LED tehnologijom, uz uštede, napraviće se i veliki iskorak na planu zaštite okoline. Po završetku projekta, kompletna teritorija grada biće osvijetljena sa gotovo 10.000 novih LED svjetiljki, koje će povećati nivo osvijetlje-

nosti i umanjiti potrošnju električne energije za 60 odsto. Posao naših timova u okviru ovog projekta obuhvata demontažu starih svjetiljki i nosača, montažu i priključivanje novih LED svjetiljki na sistem javne rasvjete i, na kraju, puštanje modernizovanog dijela sistema rasvjete u rad. Izvođenje projekta zahtijeva koordinaciju velikog broja učesnika istovremeno, odnosno angažman više terenskih ekipa uz upotrebu auto-korpi za rad na visini. „Projekat modernizacije javne rasvjete izvodi se na više od 800 km2 gradske površine. Po njegovoj realizaciji Prijedor će dobiti rasvjetu sa dugim vijekom trajanja, a troškovi budućeg održavanja će biti značajno umanjeni. Nikako ne treba zanemariti ni to da će rasvjeta po okončanju ovog projekta izgledati ljepše, jer će grad dobiti najsavremenije unificirane tipove svjetiljki na ulicama, putevima i trgovima“, rekao je Slaven Tešinić, projekt menadžer Elnos Grupe. Važno je istaći da će kroz ovaj projekat biti izvršen kvalitetan pregled kompletne postojeće infrastrukture sistema javne rasvjete, čime će biti stvorena velika baza podataka za njeno dalje održavanje i unapređenje. Naša kompanija projekat realizuje sa našim resursima i partnerskim firmama, a izabranu LED rasvjetu proizveli su naši provjereni dugogodišnji partneri kompanije: LUG, MinelSchréder i Luminos. Rasvjeta koja se ugrađuje je premijum kvaliteta, sa životnim vijekom od 100.000 radnih sati, a u svjetiljke su ugrađeni najmoderniji LED čipovi i drajveri. Elnos Banjaluka posao realizuje iz pozicije glavnog ugovarača, a investitor projekta je grad Prijedor, odakle ističu važnost ugovorenog posla. „Po završetku projekta modernizacije, građani Prijedora će dobiti savremeniju, pouzdaniju, kvalitetniju i štedljiviju javnu rasvjetu i mi se radujemo što će naš grad zasjati novim sjajem. Za nas je veoma važno to što ćemo realizacijom ovog projekta ostvariti značajne finansijske uštede, a tim novim sredstvima u budućnosti planiramo realizovati nova ulaganja u rasvjetnu infrastrukturu na području grada“, rekao je Milenko Đaković, gradonačelnik Prijedora. Predviđenom dinamikom izvođenja projekta modernizacije javne rasvjete grad Prijedor će u novu, 2021. godinu ući u potpunosti obasjan novom rasvjetom.
Elnos Banja Luka teams work on realization of big project of modernizing public lighting in the area of Prijedor city, in the frame of which old lighting shall be replaced by most modern

In this way, this city in the foot the Kozara mountain joined local areas in BiH taking care of consumption of electrical power and follow in modern standards of environmental protection. Bearing in mind that the existing lights are big energy consumers, as well as environmental polluters, replacement by LED technology shall mean both saving and a big step forward on environmental protection plan. Upon completion of the project, entire city territory shall be illuminated with almost 10,000 new LED lanterns, which shall increase illumination level and decrease consumption of electrical energy for 60 per cent. In the frame of this project, our teams’ work includes dismantling old lanterns and bearings, installing and connecting new LED lanterns to the public lighting system, and, at the end, commission of modernized part of lighting system. Project performance requires coordination of a large number of participants simultaneously, i.e. engagement of several field teams at the same time along with use of car-bucket for works on height. “Project of modernizing public lighting is being performed on more than 800 km2 of city surface. Upon its completion, Prijedor shall acquire long-term lighting and costs of the future maintenance shall be decreased considerably. We should also not forget the fact that, upon completion, lighting shall look nicer since city shall get state-of-art unified types of
lanterns on streets, roads, and squares”, stated Slaven Tešinić, Elnos Group Project Manager. It is important to stress that this project includes a quality inspection of entire existing infrastructure of the public lighting system, hence creating a big database for its further maintenance and improvement. Our company performs this project with our resources and partnership companies, and selected LED lighting that produced by our proven patners companies: LUG, MinelSchréder and Luminos. Lighting being installed is of premium quality with lifecycle of 100,000 working hours and lanterns contain state-ofart LED chips and drivers. Elnos Banja Luka performs these works as the Main Contractor and City of Prijedor is the Project Investor, who emphasizes importance of the contracted works. “Upon completion of the modernization project, Prijedor citizens shall get more modern, more reliable, better quality and cost-effective public lighting and we are looking forward to seeing our city in new glow. It is important to us that realization of this project results in significant financial savings. Those new financial resources are planned for realization of new investment in the lighting infrastructure on the city region in future”, said Milenko Đaković, the Major of Prijedor. According to the schedule plan for performance of the public lighting modernization project, Prijedor city shall enter in a new 2021 fully illuminated by new lighting.

Uvođenjem CE znaka EMR Banjaluka potvrdila je da ispunjava bezbjednosne standarde koji važe u EU, a tiču se bezbjednosti potrošača, njihovog zdravlja te zaštite okoline. Jedan od najvažnijih evropskih standarda, koji je svojevrsni pasoš za izvoz robe na tržite EU, CE znak pokazuje da je proizvod usklađen s relevantnim zahtjevima i drugim primjenjivim odredbama EU te da je bio predmet odgovarajućih procedura ocjenjivanja usklađenosti. S ponosom možemo istaći da CE znak sada nose naši ormari zaštite i upravljanja, zatim niskonaponski razvodni ormari i svi proizvodi naše Elektromontažne radionice u Banjaluci.

Naših prvih šest ormara zaštite i upravljanja sa CE znakom isporučili smo fabrici Paloma u Sloveniji. Nakon toga, 33 ormara plasirali smo za projekat izgradnje fabrike Calcit u Holandiji. Imajući u vidu da je skandinavsko tržište već dugo naš izbor, treba očekivati da će naši elektro ormari uskoro stizati i do novih kupaca u tim zemljama. „U kontekstu otvaranja vrata ino-tržišta, za našu radionicu CE znak je bio neophodan. Mi nudimo dobre i kvalitetne proizvode, iza kojih stoji vrijedan i uspješan tim ljudi. CE znak je to samo potvrdio i trasirao puteve za plasman proizvoda na tržišta zemalja EU. Sa novim tržištima otvaraju se i nove mogućnosti. Ponosni smo na činjenicu da je naša radionica već u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine ostvarila rekordne rezultate koji se mjere cijelim prošlogodišnjim prometom“, rekao je rukovodilac EMR Banjaluka Darko Krecelj. Osim toga što se otvara jedno novo tržište za naše proizvode, ovakav sertifikat značajan je i za imidž kompanije. Ispunjavajući zahtjevne evropske norme, jača i naš kredibilitet, koji potvrđuje da naša proizvodnja ide u korak sa evropskim praksama. A da bi jedna kompanija posjedovala CE znak, prije toga mora proći brojne procedure. „Neophodno je usaglasiti kompletan proces proizvodnje sa evropskim direktivama, nakon čega, pregledom akreditovane sertifikacijske i inspekcijske kuće, u našem slučaju TÜV Croatia, kompanija dobija zapisnik da ispunjava uslove za postavljanje CE znaka. Ovaj znak je potvrda usklađenosti našeg rada sa evropskim normativima kojima svi težimo“, objasnio je Dragan Jurošević, rukovodilac tima za zaštitu, upravljanje i mjerenje Elnosa Banjaluka. Jedno je sigurno, CE znak predstavlja početak novog doba plasmana proizvoda naše Elektromontažne radionice Banja Luka.

CE marking confirmed this and traced routes for placement of products on markets of EU countries. New markets provide new opportunities. In order to obtain CE marking, a company must undergo numerous procedures. “It is necessary to adjust entire production system so that it complies with European directives, after which, following an inspection by an accredited certification body, in our case TÜV Croatia, a company receives an official record as an evidence to prove that all requirements for affixing a CE marking have been met. This marking is a confirmation of conformity of our practice with European norms, which all of us strive to“, explained Dragan Jurošević, Head of Control and protection team at Elnos Banja Luka. One thing is certain, CE marking stands for a beginning of new era for placement of our electrical mechanical workshop products.

More than 80 speakers and 420 participants from Montenegro, Croatia, Hungary, German, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina presented numerous professional and scientific works in the field of electrical energy production and distribution during
the Summit. Among other possibilities, Summit participants had a chance to personally contribute solving energy field issues through a series of panel discussions. In the frame of panel titled “Smart networks – modern energetics”, were Borko Torbica, Executive Vice-President of the Elnos Group. On this occasion, Torbica emphasized importance of digital transformation, realization of projects for smart cities and changes before us within trend of forming infrastructure for e-mobility. “Task of creating energetically sustainable conditions is a true vocation for our company and we are very proud of the fact that Elnos Group was one of pioneers in realization of the project ‘Smart city’ in Novi Sad in 2012”, stressed Torbica. Trebinje Energy Summit provided a new base for creating better dialogue in realization of investment possibilities and efficient plans in the field of energy, but also new guidelines for efficient use of available potentials for production of electrical power from renewable sources in the region of South-East Europe.

Elnos Grupa je sa ciljem unapređenja znanja i vještina elektromontera organizovala nove obuke za rad na visokonaponskim vodovima. Edukacije su do sada održane pet puta i uspješno ih je završilo 50 elektromontera iz BiH i Sjeverne Makedonije. Teoretski dio nastave organizovale su Elnosove službe za zaštitu i bezbjednost radnika i divizije za dalekovode. Za vrijeme trajanja ovog dijela edukacije naši radnici imali su priliku da se upoznaju sa HTZ opremom koja se koristi na gradilištima te da saznaju nešto više o važnosti ispunjavanja svih uslova bezbjednosti na radu. U nastavku teoretskog dijela obuke inženjeri su ih detaljnije upoznali sa svim segmentima rada na gradilištu, počev od mehanizacije, opreme, širokog spektra alata i mašina pa sve do montaže različitih vrsta dalekovodnih stubova. Praktični dio obuke organizovala je divizija za dalekovode naše kompanije. Ona se odvijala na poligonu na kojem su polaznici edukacije obavljali elektromontažne radove. Zahvaljujući našoj obuci, polaznici su imali priliku detaljnije da se upoznaju sa procesom rada i alatima koji se koriste na gradilištima. Smatram da
je obuka poput ove veoma dobra za produktivnost samog posla, ali i za sticanje važnih znanja iz oblasti bezbjednosti i zaštite na radu“, rekao je Borisav Novaković, vođa praktičnog dijela edukacije. Elektromonteri koji su uspješno položili sve dijelove obuke iz oblasti visokonaponskih vodova dobili su sertifikat Elnos Grupe o uspješnom završetku edukacije za rad na visokonaponskim vodovima.
In the aim of improving knowledge and skills of electricians, Elnos Group organized new training for work on high-voltage lines. So far, educations have been held for five times, and 50electricians from BiH and North Macedonia completed it successfully. Theoretical part of education was organized by Elnos departments for protection and safety of employees and division for transmission lines. During this part of education, our employees had a chance to be introduced to personal protective equipment (PPE) which is used on construction sites and to get to know more on importance of fulfilling all safety at work conditions.
In continuance of theoretical part of education, engineers introduced the trainees with all segments of the construction site works, starting with machinery, equipment, wide scope of tools and machines all the way to mounting various types of transmission line towers. Practical part of training was organized by the division for transmission lines in our company. This part of education was held on training field where trainees performed electrical mounting works. “Thanks to our training, trainees were able to get introduced to work procedures and tools used at the construction site in detail. I believe this type of education does well to productivity of the work itself, but is also important for acquiring important knowledge in the field of safety and protection at work”, said Borisav Novaković, Head of practical education. Electricians who have successfully passed all training segments in the field of high voltage lines, have obtained a certificate from Elnos Group of successful completion of training for work at high-voltage lines.

Donacijom vrijedne laboratorijske opreme za nova imunološka ispitivanja Centru za biomedicinska istraživanja Medicinskog fakulteta u Banjaluci, podstakli smo rad jedinog ovakvog centra u Republici Srpskoj. „Za opremanje Centra za biomedicinska istraživanja bila je neophodna sofisticirana i savremena oprema za molekularna istraživanja, molekularnu biologiju, genetiku, imunologiju, mikrobiologiju, analizu tkiva, biohemiju i analitiku. RAĐANJEM PRVE GENERACIJE Elnosovih stipendista prijateljski odnos naše kompanije i Elektrotehničkog fakulteta (ETF) Banjaluka dosegao je novi nivo. Prva grupa naših stipendista su studenti Odsjeka elektroenergetike. Među njima je i Nedeljko Dujaković (24), već diplomirani inženjer, koji je sada i pojačanje Divizije za trafostanice Elnosa Banjaluka. WHEN THE FIRST GENERATION of Elnos scholars was born, friendly relationship of our company and Faculty of Electrical Engineering (ETF) Banja Luka reached a new level. First group of our scholars are students of the Department for Power Engineering. One of them is Nedeljko Dujaković (aged 24), Bachelor of Electrical Engineering now, who also is a backup of Elnos Banja Luka Division for substations.

Uz program stipendiranja, koji je Elnos kreirao za studente elektroenergetike ETF Banjaluka, poseban prijateljski odnos ove visokoškolske ustanove i naše kompanije dosegao je novi nivo. Naš mladi kolega Dujaković prošao je kroz prvi organizovani program stipendiranja i postao vrijedna karika Elnos tima. „Elnos stipendija mi je značajno pomogla da završim svoj diplomski rad, a nakon toga se stvorila prilika i za rad u kompaniji. Već godinu dana sam dio uspješne Elnos ekipe. Znanje koje sam stekao tokom studija sada primjenjujem i u praksi. Postao sam član divizije za trafostanice Elnosa, što mi je i bila želja“, kaže Dujaković i dodaje da je već imao priliku da bude dio velikog projekta rekonstrukcije trafostanica širom Crne Gore. Dujaković ističe da je radno okruženje u Elnosu podsticajno i da je kolegijalnost na zavidnom nivou. „Kolege su odlične, pravi saradnici. Što se tiče područja rada u kompaniji, zadovoljan sam u timu inženjeringa za trafostanice. Učim mnogo na terenu, od samih osnova pa do složenijih stvari, naravno, uz pomoć rukovodilaca i kolega. Dragan Jurošević, kao mentor mi je puno pomogao“, priča mladi inženjer. Naš vrijedni kolega nastavlja i dalje da se edukuje i usavršava u oblasti elektroenergetike. „Upisao sam se na master studije i želim da napredujem u struci u timu Elnosa, što je sjajna prilika. Potrudiću se, marljivo ću da radim, jer činjenica je da se usavršavamo tek kada se suočimo s poslom“, zaključio je Dujaković. Elnos Grupa, poučena sjajnim iskustvom, a u okviru svog društveno odgovornog programa, planira da nastavi podržavati mlade studente kako bi doprinijela obezbjeđivanju kvalitetnih stručnjaka u oblasti elektroenergetike. friendly relationship of this university institution and our company reached a new level. Our young colleague Dujaković went through the first organized scholarship program and became a hardworking link of Elnos team. “Elnos scholarship helped me a lot to complete my thesis, and after this, there was a chance for me to work in the company. I have been a part of successful Elnos team for a year. I apply my theoretical knowledge, acquired at the faculty, practically now. I became a member of the Elnos Division for substations, and this was my wish”, says Dujaković and adds that he has already had a chance to be a prat of a big project of reconstructing substations throughout Montenegro. Dujaković emphasizes that work atmosphere in Elnos is stimulative one and that collegiality is at an enviable level. ”Colleagues are excellent, true associates. As for the field of work in the company, I am satisfied by the engineering team for substations. I learn a lot in the field, from the basics to most complex things, with help of managers and colleagues, of course. Dragan Jurošević being my mentor, helped me a lot”, says young engineer. Our hardworking colleague continues to educate and improves in the field of power engineering. “I enrolled Master studies and I want to get improved professionally in Elnos team, which is a great chance. I will do my best, work hard, because the fact is, we get improved only once we are faced to work”, concludes Dujaković. Elnos Group, taught by great experience, and within its socially responsible program, plans to continue supporting young students in order to contribute ensuring more good quality experts in the field of power engineering.
