They turned to heavy demolition works to carve out an open area at the lower level. “The agenda was to play up the panoramic views of the balcony,” explain the designers of the high-level unit. With all the boundary walls taken down, this presents a free-flowing expanse of space and amplifies the amount of daylight streaming in from the fullheight windows.
