Yours Are Important By Pastor Debbie Rivera On January 26, 2020, Christina Mauser lost her life in a helicopter accident. She left behind a husband and three young children. She was a basketball coach on her way to a tournament, but she never made it. Maybe you heard of the accident? It was the same accident in which Kobe Bryant and his daughter were involved. Did you recognize her name? I didnʼt. Yet, there are three children who are now moving forward without their mother. There is a husband who is trying to raise three

We all understand the dynamics of media and understand why this happens. But Christina was important! She was important to her family, her friends, her coworkers, and most of all, she was important to God. Each individual on this earth is important to God. He knows every single one of us by name, by fingerprint, by the number of hairs on our heads, by the number of tears we have shed. And most importantly, He is seeking each one of us. Each person we come into contact with is a child of God and He is seeking them. He has intentionally put us in their lives because they are important to Him and He wants us to help connect them to Him. ECC is starting our spring evangelism effort to help connect people to God. Have you invited your family, your friends, or your coworkers yet? Because “YOURS” are important.
