This has been a very exciting time because there is a lot of research coming out on the subject of intermittent fasting that is showing some amazing results. People are losing weight, seeing improved help and are believed to live long because of this way of eating. I think these benefits should really open your eyes to this amazing way of eating. This is actually a very traditional way of eating that has been done by many past societies. That’s why I felt the need to talk to you about intermittent fasting. Fasting weight loss is a lot easier than you’d think to actually fix this problem. The way it works is actually quite simple. You just have to dedicate one or two 24 hour periods to not eating anything. You just have the basic things like a black coffee and water. The reason you do this is that on your regular eating days you can just eat like normal. You don’t have to give up the usual things you love. A lot of people think it’s hard to go that long without eating, but it really isn’t. At first it will be hard because you’re going into food withdrawal, but after you do it a few times it is easy. Intermittent fasting was a very common type of diet that people followed back in the caveman days. It was the way they ate because that’s how things were. You went out hunting and caught something, or you caught nothing. You ate when there was food to eat. The caveman was considered to be a very fit human and essentially they were doing the fasting weight loss diet by nature. I’d argue that the human body is designed for fasting.
