INNOVATIO EMPLOYEE DIAGEO EUROPE INNOVATION IDENTITY This was a brief I had when I was working for a design agency called Elipsus. I had to create a new logo for Diageo Innovations Employ Panel. I did this by merging two original logos together to create the final logo. The cranks are meant to represent innovative ideas and thoughts. I incorporated the stars and the face symbols, which had been used in the original logo.

I aimed to design a bold logo and incorporating the ideals of the company. I feel this slogan and the logo works well together, by incorporating the colours type and message.

REPETITIVE BEHAVIOUR These series of images are born from the concept of repetitive behaviour. I tend to repeat the words “off” “clean” “closed” and “fine” before I can leave the house. I wanted to express this hold that these words have over me, by communicating the concept through the use of typography. I continuously layered words and letters over each other using letraset and screen printing, to create abstract images that express the emotions and actions of repetitive behaviour.

RENEWABLE ENERGY STAMPS This project was based around the promotion of renewable energy sources. My goal was to express the different sources of power through stamps. These series of stamps that have images of renewable energy within the queens head. Conveys the message that the queen is all for renewable energy.

XYYMM CORPORATE ENTERPRISE This was brief a I had done whilst working for Xylyx. I had to create a new logo for a coporate enterprise compnay. The circles in the logo are there to represent connecting through business. The colours are friendly and corporate, and the typeface works well with the circle icons.

I wanted to create something where I could keep the leaves, so I made a secrete compartment in this book.

DOCUMENTING JOURNEYS I like to collect ephemera when I am out on the street. This lead me to the idea of collecting leaves to use as ephemera, which would document where I have been. As I walked down different street I collected discarded leaves off the floor. The experiment was meant to show how leaves can give information about an area it originated form, weather by shape, size, colour or texture.


On this idea I used the leaves as pages, the first page represents the beginning of the road,


The book is made from black and white photocopies of A-Z pages, Then I placed the leaves on the roads that I walked down. The different amount of leaves on each page show how many leaves where in that particular area.

LONDON DESIGN AGENCY WEBSITE I had a hand in the design of Brightside sister website. The purpose was to design a website that would attract in new and different customers and clients. I made the template simple yet effective with a white background to make it more visually attractive.


DISAPPEARING CITY FILM This is a story board of a stop motion film I made about disappearing cities. The film portrays the development and destruction of a city. The fast pace film reflects the reality of a busy city, while the dark lines and the black areas reflect the deterioration of the environment, which is also shown in the unbearable noise of the film that gets louder and faster as the film goes on.


& AMBITION & DRIVE The client wanted me to revamp their logo, but still wanted to incorporate aspects from the original logo design. Instead of the triangle representing ‘and’ I used a large ampersand, which made the logo more understandable. Also I gave a tag line underneath the logo so it is esaliy identafiable as to what the company does.

RAINBOB BRAND & IDENTITY This was a joint client brief, the aim was to create a UK toy company that manufactures and distributes toys. Our target audience were children between 2 – 6 years old. The name Rainbob is the companies name, and is conveyed in a fun and exciting way to attract both children and adults. The colours of the rainbow used for the logo,and is usually set on a white background using the typeface AG Stencil.

The idea behind the shop window was to create something that the customers could interact with. A line illustration is set in the window, and over time would be coloured by children and their parents. The products that would be sold are set in the wall, so passing customers can see what is sold. On the right is an example of Rainbob shopping bags. The bags can be themed through the seasons changing the colours to relate to the holiday.

Designed to be adult and child friendly the website is a playful design but is easy to use and understand. The game page helps parents and children bond whilst using the website.

LAVENDER POSTERS Part of a series of images I created. The posters express the colour lavender without using or saying the colour. Using what I associate the colour with (flowers), I embossed them in clay and photographed them on top of a light box. Each tag line hints to what the colour is, using poetic gestures.

FAST E-TICKETS IDENTITY I designed this logo when I was working for xylyx. It was for an online ticketing service. The colours I have chosen are bright and friendly but the hint of greys keep the look of the logo corporate. The hint of red make draws attention to the ‘e’. Also I have used the colour red on the slogan which makes the message more effective.

The app can be used to provide fast-track or VIP entry facilities to authenticate people in a queue and as a capacity enhancer during busy times with the use of no additional hardware, other than mobile phones. The app runs a continuous updating process to and from your online system so once a ticket has been used / authenticated it is no longer available for entrance.

The app can also be used to validate people collecting pre-paid merchandise and to redeem discounts at the bar or in a gift shop for instance. You can even use the app for random checks at an event and thereby help to minimise fraud. 5
