We did so with the use of a crane and used a

fence to fill the deck area on the third floor, which we did from the adjoining nature area. From there were able to move the soil with wheel barrows. With regards to planting, our mixture had to be fine compost mixed with sand for good drainage. In the planting boxes we had good drainage outlets included in the plumbing and used Dorkin covered with Biddum cloth to prevent clogging. The boxes were sealed to prevent damp creeping into the walls. This worked extremely well and we had no problems with water even in the wet Winter. On the sidewalk we had concerns with pollution from the overflowing toilet that was used during construction. We
