form must be completed before the candidate is further considered. 5. Faculty Evaluation Form - Faculty members will complete a faculty evaluation form for each candidate. Candidates must receive a satisfac-
tory recommendation. Faculty members will consider their evaluative input in the most professional manner and be able to substantiate claims with professional actions—particularly for low ratings. All input from faculty must be signed. This form is confidential and will not be shared with the candidates. 6. Selection - The actual selection of members will
be made by the five appointed members of the Faculty Council. All aspects of the process will be considered (GPA, Candidate Form, Teacher Evaluation, etc.) d to determine those individuals who are scholastically eligible for membership. Students must have at least a scholastic average of 3.75 for the 6th and 7th grade. Candidates will then be evaluated on the basis of service, leadership, character, and citizenship.
