A team can’t run a world class business without the proper tools. We work closely with the Coldwell Banker

brand to continually add to the arsenal of tools we provide to our Teams to support their businesses. Dotloop for Teams, Contact Relationship Management Systems, state of the art technology to include ZAP, CBX and the resources of CBexchange are all available to our agents to provide the resources needed to run a successful business.

EDUCATION

Team Leaders need resources too! We strive to empower our Teams by inspiring them to become better leaders. We provide growth plans, Masterminds, Financial Benchmarks and best practices. Agents want to be inspired and the success to retention on teams is to constantly create value to all while recognizing that every member of the team plays an integral part.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

This is the “secret sauce” to the success of the Team and should be the first “hire” on the Team. We recognize that human resources may not be the strong suit of the Team Leader and as such, we will hire and train the Administrative Support as well as provide support during this process (***to any Team that qualifies for this option***).

MARKETING

This is an area where we really shine! Agents are not designers, they are in the business of creating exceptional service during the home buying and selling process. At Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies, we believe in showcasing our agents and the value they bring to the consumer with an exceptional Marketing department made up of designers, social media experts, writers, etc. Our marketing department spans Ohio, Michigan, Florida and the Virgin Islands. We are laser focused on providing the exposure our agents need. From Branding, to Press Releases, to customized Listing Presentations, Global Luxury advertising for qualified listings and so much more.
