Agents want to be inspired and the success to retention on teams is to constantly create value to all while recognizing that every member of the team plays an integral part.

We recognize that administrative may not be the strong suit of the Team Leader and as such, we will hire and train the Administrative Support as well as provide resources during this process (***to any Team that qualifies for this option***).
