Many office buildings are in close proximity making it a great spot for breaks.

The exterior of the building is designed to resemble the abstracted shape of a cruise ship while also incorporating the shape of the bow of a ship.
The design is intended to be a luxurious and sophisticated space for the users of the pop-up and Battery Park. Guests have the opportunity to observe the simplistic design of the building in two ways; the exterior of the pop-up,and the walkway between the structure and the water feature.
Through a series of projected videography, you see yourself immersed in various locations around the world. Celebrity Cruises offers the ability to travel to the destinations that appear on the walls, such as South America, Antartica, Iceland, Caribbean, Africa, Canada, and Europe.

Savannah, Georgia is a southern city known for its many squares and moss trees. Users are surrounded by local restaurants, shops, pharmacies, pakring & more.
Warby Parker is an American Eyewear retailer. Their mission is to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose and style. Their idea began with a problem. Glasses are too expensive. Their alternative was to design glasses in house, engage directly with customers that allowed quality glasses with a lower cost.
Finding inspiration from the literary book Pieces of the Frame by John Mcphee finding unity in variety of written words.
In literature, structure is found by the assembly of written words The pieces of this frame play with and against one another they are distinguished as much by their unity as by their variety Bringing literature to life, designing a place of connectivity a framework that represents what holds Warby Parker together their frames.
The retail component allows users and visitors to see the heart of the brand and what they love to make
Sta rs face south with an integrated lounge spot for communal collaboration Grand conceptual art is displayed on the back wa l ranging from the second level to the top of the th rd leve paired with dynamic chandeliers The stairs are wide in size and allow for easy traffic and collaboration. It is a centra point for users and easy wayfinding
Private offices are located on both the second and third levels.
The reading room allows for the literature loving brand to have a room to relax and read, a moment away from the desk. This offers users to choose a quiet area to rest instead of the collaborative areas.

The communal lounge and break areas are meant for workers to have a change of pace, interact with co-workers, and take a quick break. Placed near the natural lighting of the building to give users a chance to enjoy that light. Acoustical panels and materials are located in these spaces to help control noise.
