Your wedding day could be the most important and emotional day of your life. If you are the bride to be you have probably dreamt of having the perfect fairy tale wedding. Every woman wants to look their very best (or even better) on their wedding day. Your hair and make-up can be handled fairly easily at the "pre-wedding" bridesmaid party the morning of the wedding. Start exercising today - even if it is simply taking the stairs at work or walking on your lunch hour. Do something to get your heart rate up! 4. Treat yourself at two meals a week to something you love to eat (burgers, pizza, wings, whatever). This is your reward for eating healthy the rest of the week. 5. Don't beat yourself up! Praise yourself and what you are trying to do. Losing weight is as much of a state of mind as it is making lifestyle changes.
