• Adaptation of price setting of interTSO in imbalance tariffs -
If all other balancing resources in the Belgian control area are exhausted interTSO is activated as last resort. A strong negative price is required as interTSO is not guaranteed and dedicated for use by exception
• Both modifications will lead to negative “single” imbalance prices in case of incompressibility: -
