RE: CPV:09310000 Electricity. Instead of: II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Elia, in its capacity of officially designated transport grid operator in Belgium intends to conclude with one or several of its grid users an agreement for the supply of interruptibility service in order to restore when needed the balance between supply and demand on the net under its control. III.2.2) Economic and financial ability: The applicants must provide a letter stating their interest to participate in the call for tender for interruptibility service for 2013 and the contact person for this matter. Said letter will be sent to the following e-mail address: karine.samson@elia.be and by postal mail to the address indicated at the beginning of the present notice. IV.3.3) Conditions for obtaining specifications and additional documents: Time limit for receipt of requests for documents or for accessing documents: 8.6.2012. IV.3.4) Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate: 15.6.2012 (12:00). VI.3) Additional information: A number of changes in the principles of the 2013 interruptibility contract will be introduced with a view to give more flexibility to the contract holder. Please note that applying for the call for tender is no commitment to submit an offer.
